Attended a function in one of the halls, which was catered. The food was delicious, and the service (bar & waiters/waitresses) was on point.

We spent two night at this hotel. It looks fairly new and fresh. No dirt was spotted anywhere.

My favorite brand of Hilton properties is Double tree because of this specific property in West Edmonton!

A very nice property with great staff. A nice clean room, good value (for 2023) and everything to our expectations.

We had the pleasure Eta serving us this morning at breakfast. She was conversational and ensured that we were well taken care of.

Walked up to the front desk and received amazing customer service. A friendly hello, small chat, early check-in, and an offer of a warm, fresh cookie. This really set a positive mood for our weekend away. The room was clean, just a little warn down (the headboard was all stretched up), but work for what we needed. Don't usually go on vacation and stay in a room the whole time. Check out was also very smooth.

Front staff member and 3 cleaners on July 1st @1120ish went above and beyond to find a make up bag that was left in a room for a bodybuilding function. Bag was left by accident hours prior and a front staff member kindly offered to walk over and help look for the bag. The cleaners sat it aside had disposed of (as they should have) but searched in the garbage and pulled it out. Bag had a lot of $ worth of make up. This was extremely appreciated! Front staff and cleaner members should be thanked by management for this! If ever in need of a hotel il definitely remember the service that was received.

Amazing experience at this hotel. Booked this hotel for 4 days, and i am already very impressed on my Day 1. Customer service is one of the best i experienced.

Been staying at this hotel for several years now for work trips. It’s always been a really welcoming place, fantastic breakfast spread, and clean rooms.

In our last stay we had terrible experience. Room was not cleaned. House keeping was not responsive. Asked for house keeping manager and he was very un professional. Do not recommend to anyone.

Great service but rooms are starting to look run down and for the price you pay for the rooms it's no longer a luxury type hotel.

We arrived in Edmonton early and asked Front desk if they have an option of early check in. The lady said "yes, I can check you in now for a fee or come back in an hour and you can check in for free". We had to grab groceries for our room so we went grocery shopping and came back after 1 hour 15 min. The first Woman was gone and a new woman was at checkin. I asked if our room was ready and she said "no, housekeeping hasn't even started cleaning your room yet. It will be 1 hour. ". I said "the previous woman told me 1 hour, why would she say that if it wasn't true? " and she said she doesn't know and she can call me when our room is ready. We left again for 1 hour and returned. The original woman was back and kept repeating "we don't make promises here". I was like "OK I just asked if you happened to have early check in. It's my birthday and we are visiting my family after 7 years and they're waiting for me and we just wanted to get ready quickly and go meet them, not sure why everyone keeps promising me 1 hour if it's not possible". She seemed very dismissive and kept laughing about the situation. We had to wait in the lobby until what we assume is a supervisor came in and was the first professional person we encountered at this hotel. I am not sure why these 2 women couldn't just be honest if they didn't have early check in that's fine, but promising 1 hour and lying was uncalled for. I will try another hotel with suites next month.

EDITED to 1 star as they were "delighted" someone helped us after 3 hours. Totally missed the point of our review. Very weird take by your management.

You need to find a restaurant hidden gems speak with Samantha! The hotel is old but well maintain. The breakfast is… I’d rather not comment… Staff is great and always there to help. This is a must in this industry.

Stayed here on May 31rst and went to Mayfield Dinner Theatre for Rock of Ages. This was the cleanest hotel that we ever stayed at. Friendly staff we would stay here again.

While the hotel was ok, the experience wasn’t. We were there for a yearly conference of over 400 people and there was no AC - not for the day time events, the formal ball, and it was 30 outside. First your staff locked exit doors - complete violation of fire safety code because you didn’t like the number of people going outside but when asked by a conference guest about air flow because they were in suits, your front desk staff, a woman said this - “maybe if you lost weight you could tolerate the heat better. ” She body shamed a guest of your hotel. In hearing that many of us will think twice of staying at any Hilton Hotel and definitely will never stay at this one.

Stayed here for a work function. Room was upgraded to a king room on the 8th floor and breakfast included. Room was awesome, clean and comfortable. All staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Buffet breakfast was amazing as well.
I will definitely stay here again when back in Edmonton.

The room was great Size found old piece of pizza under a chair was gross. Very loud due to hockey tournament. They had to come fix toilet it wouldn't flush.

Great breakfast! Elevator can be slow so took the stairs a few times. Easy to get to up from west ed mall.

Had a great stay for business trip, complimentary breakfast has good selection, service is on point.

The room was mediocre. One of the queen beds was lopsided and heavily worn on one side. The TV was too old or modified to not have any inputs. As we came to Edmonton for a funeral, we wanted to test out a slide show and use the TV as a monitor or screen share - it didn't have usable HDMI! Or screen share. Another faux pas the room had was no USB plugs. I have seen USBs in many hotels pre covid. Even a cheap alarm clock nowadays come with USB plug-ins.
The room was clean. We liked the soap dispenser system in the bathroom. The pool was a cool temperature, but nice. (saltwater?) For a quick family situation visit we would go again but not for a vacation.

Rubbish hotel. I booked it a day before for two bedrooms suite and the day I went there they said some leakage problems so they offered two separate bed suit which condition was worsen than some regular motel rooms. Dirty rooms. So disappointed with them

Don’t go to the pool! There’s a worker there that will stare you down if your brown! He won’t let you touch anything! I’m never going there again
