I stopped in to pick up a couple bags of chews and Georgia was so delightful, remembering our dogs and asking about them, while she competently served me in booking an appointment and explaining costs of potential procedures and ringing through my purchase. Our dogs have been healthy for several months, so it was nice to have a reason to pop in!

They repaired my cat's spay incision effectively at great price!

We rushed our cat to them on a Saturday, through referral, after we found out the cone came off and incision wound got licked and reopened. They repaired for few hours and gave us proper medication to speed up recovery.

To my surprise, they waived some fees that gave us huge discount after the repair and checked on us days after by phone.

Staff are friendly and compassionate, they are very flexible with schedule and doctors are available even on Saturday.

Dr. Amanda Maclean and all the staff at this clinic are so welcoming and helpful. Really great experience during a very stressful time.

Dr Avril was absolutely wonderful with my nervous 80lb doodle! She was thorough, patient and kind!

We have always been very well taken care of at this office. Dr Mandy and all the ladies (reception, the techs) are all very warm and welcoming. And they all make sure to ooohhh and awwweeeee over your pet, even when they’re lookin’ ugly.

I’m not one to post this kind of stuff.
But this vet clinic is the best one I have been to.
Michelle the front receptionist was the most kind and caring front staff I have encountered in all my time owning pets.
She’s was a pure joy to talk to and made me feel like she actually cared about Me and my pups.
She was able to fit me in as soon as possible did not pass me off with 6 other numbers for another vet clinic.
She was compassionate and caring, and she could hear that I was clearly upset, and I could feel that she was very empathetic. She should be teaching all front staff at all vet clinics her way of being a kind person. Receptionist at most of the clinics I have been to have zero personality, zero compassion, and are very robotic all receptionist can learn a lot from her. This clinic is very lucky to have her. Then I move on to my veterinarian who was so Amazing my DR Amanda Maclean was so kind, caring, knowledgeable, helpful, empathetic.
She not only took the time to help me with my dogs issues, She also took the time to explain to me great training tips and was so positive in the advice that it for sure did not fall on deaf ears all of her advice will be used. She did not money gouge me and with 2 dogs at the same time I could not be more thankful for her kindness.
I was not a waking wallet when I came through the door they really cared about getting my dogs better and will be there for the follow ups this I know.
This is for sure the best clinic I have ever been to.
I hope that they will be accepting new patients because I’m for sure switching over my pups to her care.
10/10 for sure.

My little21/2 lb morkie puppy was sooo I’ll passing mucus and bloody stools had m vaccines done here so took him in immdiately, thorough, kind, and caring from dr April with antibiotics and special diet has him on the road to recovery. Phone calls at home to check on hm way beyond what I expected, what can I say? Excellent excellent beyond expectations! I hate spell check it’s dr Averil not April!

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Started going here after they worked with a shelter I volunteered with. Prices aren't bad, I will continue to go here with my cats.

Unfortunately, I am not very happy with the service. Expensive and not properly responsive.

The staff and doctors are super nice and friendly. First time going here with my new kitten and ZERO hiccups from these guys! So smooth and such a pleasure to deal with
