The worst service I have ever had in my life. They have a phone but they never answer. I left an urgent message and they never got back to me. I sent an email and they never responded.
Terrible, terrible. If I could I would never go back, but unfortunately there is no doctor available in this city.

Great clinic with great physicians, but unfortunately the receptionist is always in a foul mood. I have never been to the clinic where she was in a decent, non passive aggressive mood.

Dr. Dolgetta has truly made me feel so comfortable. I’ve never had a doctor that really listens to me fully and then works with me to make a health plan. Really happy with my first couple of visits with her.

Dr Edwin Obarisiagbon is a a Real Good doctor. I recommend if You are looking for a Family Doctor.

Great service! I am a happy & satisfied patient. I have been looking for a female family doctor since I moved addresses. Dr. Dolgetta, she is phenomenal, amazing personality and cares for your wellness. Cindy, the receptionist is amazing. It was a great first time meet & greet with the doctor and pleasant atmosphere. Dr. Dolgetta might be the nicest family doctor I've ever had and the receptionists are all super lovely as well. Your mental health is just as important as your physical health to these people and the staff do a terrific job on making you feel safe and comfortable from the moment you walk in. I'm so glad I found this clinic and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a new family doctor.

I moved out to claresholm from BC. I searched for a doctor but none to be had for 6months. Then I came across this clinic. I have been dealing with chronic pain since i was 31 (im 45), chronic migraines since I was a teenager, and dealing with anxiety and a couple other things too. Dr E has been a huge help to me. She took the time to deal with each individual problem, immediately started me on some medications for migraines which I've never been tried on when I was in BC and was shocked at how quick these meds started to take care of the migraines, Dr E statement was no one should have to live with migraines. As for anxiety she referred me to another wonderful Dr.trying to help me with that. For the first time in my life I feel that I'm being heard and someone trying to get to the source instead of brushed offa and just giving me the bandaid method. The receptionist too has been very nice to me, we even make each other laugh. I'm very happy indeed for finding this team.

Worst Doctor ever. Doctor Edwin, he doesnt even lmow how to talk. I think he is not even a doctor. I went there with a rash that spreading through my body and he told me to apply body lotion. He was so annoyed that I even went there. I would never recommend anyone going there. Does he even have a degree? I dont think so. I had thw worst experience

The lady doctor is very nice, but the front desk is very rude. She doesn’t respect patients at all. It seems patients owe her $1 million. Highly recommend her to change a job.

Not friendly, doesn’t give you a thorough overview of how the procedures are going to happen, pretty disappointing experience overall

Don't go there! The receptionist can't get her facks straight on appointment times! They gouge you for $50 for a Doctors phone call! THEY ARE NOT AROUND TO HELP PEOPLE just make money from the government. They black list you for missing an appointment! They won't refill a prescription unless you visit so they can double bill the health care system. The Manager, if there is one won't even return your call! I'm looking into getting them shut down

My experience at this clinic is one of the best so far. I'm happy with my doctor. She is kind and efficient

I have been going here for my cosmetic Botox injections (crows feet, frown lines, face). I am pleased with the result and start looking relaxed starting about 3 days after my Botox injection.

Trying to call them ask where is our referral to pediatrician, what we are waiting more than week and couldn’t even reach reception, put me on hold for two times for 20 min each.strange clinic and strange service…

I've been there twice and had great experiences both times. I scheduled online for non urgent matters. Reception was kind and friendly.
