I went to inquire about the unit. The lady in the front desk, I think her name is Liwey, was very accommodating and gave me an excellent customer service. The facility is clean and secured. Definitely a 5-star service!

The front desk is very friendly and welcoming, providing excellent customer service. However, there is only one loading zone, resulting in a huge inconvenience and delays when accessing and moving items in and out of the storage unit.

I was moving on quick notice and found this storage facility.

Linway was ever so helpful as my stuff arrived before me.

In the end, I needed an extra unit because I had to much stuff.

This was handled efficiently and with a smile, even when i had troubles doing the electronic signing. All handled with smiles and giggles.

I've used self storage a few times before, and I must say that the experience here is very different, very friendly staff, they are open until 11pm and they have all the tools available to make the move as quick and easy as possible.very positive experience. 5 stars.

I have been using this storage building now for 15 + yrs. I was nervous about the change over but am super happy with the facility. Liway Beren (assistant store manager) is a joy to deal with and is very mindful of the security of the facility plus is always smiling. The building is clean.safe.secure.

My experience was amazing! The front desk lady is extremely kind and helpful, the storage size is just perfect for my needs and the storage is also near my house, which helps going back and forth.

Booking a unit through Sentinel Storage 10th ave was easy and straightforward. Liway is very friendly/professional, provided the best assistance helping me choose a unit, and promptly answered my many calls/emails. I could not have moved without her help! If you need storage in downtown Calgary, choose this location!

Very great service and affordable. Liway was very helpful and really went out of her way by staying 40 minutes past their closing time to wait for me to put my things in as I had to catch a flight the next morning. She was very kind and friendly that she made me feel comfortable.

I was able to avail of their promotion for first time customers and it only cost me $25 for the month. Liway was friendly, very helpful and accomodating. The place was clean and the whole site overall is secure. Rates are reasonable as well.

I've had a storage unit with Downtown Self Storage since 1997, firstly for sales samples and marketing materials with my job, and then to store my books as an author with a small business. My valuables have always remained safe and in good hands. 23 years with the same company is a long time and says volumes.

I really appreciate the hard work that Dave, Elaine, Phil and Greg have done to make this a safe, clean and accessible environment. Always friendly and professional when I go there. I feel that not only my belongings are secure but I have no worries accessing the location such as parking, entry/exit, etc.thanks folks for what you're doing.

The building and my storage unit is clean, easily accessible and well lit. I really appreciate the size of the elevator, the power lift in the loading area and the use of the moving dollies.

Moved out of my apartment and needed to store my adventure gear in between.adventures:) Super easy to get in and out and always had the facility to myself. Neat old building, reminiscent of an old armory with an antique elevator that is a piece of engineering history. The gentlemen working the door were always pleasant and remembered my name. Hard to beat the price for storage downtown. The loading dock is really good for big and awkward loads.

This was the third time I have used this facility, and it was exactly what I have come to expect. Always clean. Easy to access. The staff, especially Phil, are more than willing to go out of their way to help. I would not hesitate to recommend this facility to anyone. I am sure that I will use them again.

This storage unit is not bad I had to pay 50 bucks for 3 days and I diden't get my money returned.the red neck that works in there is not bad but shady.he would allow my friend to come help me when I needed to get my stuff out and it was only 2 big duffle bags and he was allowed in the day I got here.he's nice but a little attitude when u walk in and they over price the used items that they sell in the storage unit

Poor customer service. There are lots of options when it comes to storage space in Calgary and these guys are not the best. Also, you can only access your stuff 4 times a month. You can't go in after hours and they're not open on Sunday. The price is pretty average, they're in a good location but I'm not going to give money to people who are rude to me, not with so many other options available.

Professional and courteous. I cannot say enough good about Phil's friendly attitude and willingness to help. He made a difficult situation less far less daunting.

Very convenient centrally located downtown location with easy access and free parking. Business is well managed, very clean, safe and secure. Staff are very professional, pleasant, polite and helpful. Nice character building in old downtown. Great place for storing off-site office records, furniture, art, etc. We have used this storage place for a number of years, never any issues. Would highly recommend this place.

I have been working with Downtown Self Storage for a couple of years. Their customer service is excellent, the facility is clean and very well thought out for ease of move ins and move outs. Downtown Self Storage is focused on caring for their customers. I would highly recommend them.

Locker was broken into and I lost many of my belongings. Most lockers only have mesh wire between the tops of the lockers and are vulnerable to tampering.

The. Manager is more concern with denying any responsibility showing no empathy for their client.
