We recently had Jason arrange a trip to Fiji for us. Everything ran like clockwork (even though we were on Fiji time).

Once we told Jason the type of holiday we were looking for, he managed to ensure all our needs were met.

We highly recommend Downunder Travel, and would use them again.

There are no words to describe my appreciation for Jason’s help in planning our most significant trips.

This is the third time Jason has helped us arrange a trip (1. Australia - Sydney to Cairns, 2. Australia and New Zealand - Auckland to Wellington then Adelaide to Melbourne, 3. Thailand - Bangkok to Chiang Mai to Khao Lak).
Jason’s knowledge, attention to detail, patience in answering my countless number of questions, timeliness and added hints and tips resulted in incredible journeys. Each trip was smooth with no unexpected hiccups. Jason’s help did not stop once I paid for our trip as we found out while we were in Thailand and he emailed us to tell us he had heard of a possible issue with a tour pick up time. He then followed up and emailed us with the revised pick up time.

My only disappointment is that Thailand was likely our last big trip and as a result the last opportunity to work with a top-notch agent like Jason.

Jason found us a great deal to travel to Australia and was extremely helpful throughout our trip making sure everything was in place to get us home after a passport decided to go walkabout.

He even went to bat for us to get a refund which had been denied to us when we had booked and paid through an online travel agency but could not travel due to unexpected cancer diagnosis when chemotherapy and stem cell transplant was required immediately.

Great trip to Costa Rica! Jason at Downunder Travel organised a memorable holiday… spent a couple of nights in San Jose, 4 in Monteverde and 7 at Pacific coast resorts. I was in a tail spin trying to get my ETA set up (my tech skills are extremely limited) and randomly called Downunder travel for help. Jason told me to come over and he would help. WOW, what help it was. He spent over an hour with me getting this sorted. I left his office with my completed ETA on my phone along with a paper copy. I cannot recommend Jason from Down-under Travel highly enough. My wife, myself and our 3 young kids were set to travel to Perth, WA in early January 2022 as I was relocating back home from Canada. Jason booked our tickets and over the course of December and into January 2022, we had to change our flights 4 times and jump through multiple hoops in order to get home to Perth. Jason was always available on the phone and was always very helpful in changing our flights, speaking and answering our questions, providing travel insurance etc.etc.
I highly recommend using Jason and his team with all your travel needs.

Sawyer was such a godsend for our trip home after two years overseas in Canada. Predictably our flight was bumped by the airline, but Sawyer and Jason were on top of it quickly to sort out our new flights and were very reassuring, calling us multiple times to discuss any questions we had and to give us advice. Sawyer went well above and beyond to help us with some baggage issues we were having due to a long layover and two different airlines (after two years overseas, we have a LOT of luggage, but airlines have decided to only allow one piece nowadays for some reason) and was able to get our baggage fees waived for our second flight. Couldn't recommend Downunder Travel enough. In spite of how difficult flying is nowadays, it felt easier with Sawyer and Jason. Thank you so much to you both.

Jason and his team moved mountains and went above and beyond so that I could get home to Australia in time for an important family event and then back again to Canada during Covid. He talked me through multiple flight cancellations/changes, including dealing with me crying on the phone to him on one occasion. Each time he calmly found the best option and was amazingly responsive, assisting with all aspects of travel including the changing covid restrictions, not just the flights. Thank you so much!

Jason and his team are fantastic! Over the years we have used Downunder Travel for our holidays to Australia and in 2021 they were able to get us to Australia during COVID. Jason found us the cheapest flight with the lowest likelihood of cancellation through Qatar and he was right. He kept us updated with any changes and gave us good recommendations about maximising our checked baggage. Very professional and knowledgeable! Would use Jason and Downunder Travel every time.

If you are thinking of traveling back to Australia during COVID then you must book with Jason Webb from Downunder Travel. He has saved us on numerous occasions and he is worth is weight in gold. Honestly, we feel like we should have paid him more for everything he did for us!
Our flight was scheduled for Sept. 2nd and we got the dreaded call that we were going to be bumped till Oct 27th. Having no jobs and desperate to get back he moved mountains and was able to get us on a Sept 3rd flight last minute! But his awesomeness doesn't stop there - Sept 3rd we are in the airport and needed to fly to SFO to get our flight to Sydney but the aircraft we were waiting on to arrive got rerouted due to an emergency and there was suddenly NO WAY we were going to make our connection in SFO. I had him on speaker with a United agent and together they were able to move our flights so we could get on the LA to Sydney flight instead. (Pro tip get to the airport really early and call him the second something goes wrong like a delay)
He always picked up when I called and always walked us through our options in a calm way when we were panicking. He texted us throughout the entire day of our trip to check in even when it was the middle of the night for him. I think I texted him more than my mom that day.
Now we are happily sitting in a hotel in Sydney and can't wait to get out of quarantine. My parents plan to use him when they can one day come visit us post-covid!

Jason got me home to Australia from Toronto in one piece. He was super responsive and knowledgeable and took the stress out of flying internationally during the pandemic. He rebooked my connection flights when they were cancelled and was great to deal with!

Generally my husband and I have been happy with our service at Co-op travel with our 9 trips back to Aus over the years, but with all the Covid-19 travel restrictions, I'm cautious to trust ANY AGENT at the moment. Downunder put together a perfect package for travel to Rarotonga which included best-available flights, top-notch accommodation, car rental deal and airport transfers.
