Have visited this office for the first time. Very satisfied with Dr. Tailor and other staff. Will use them again for future needs.

Staff is professional and always friendly. New location in Willow Park Village is far more accessible than previous location.

The staff is friendly and Dr. Tailor is excellent! I have been seeing him for years. The new location is bright and modern. The only thing I would change is that there be more seating. Overall, very satisfied!

I’m posting on behalf of my brother who has health issues and is exasperated trying to track down glasses which he has paid for in full at the Willow park location.he seems to be getting lip service as to where his glasses are with varying accounts from different staff.if they’re lost or misplaced let him know and provide a refund.he had been going to the eye doctor for years and had good service til now.help him out people

HORRIBLE Experience!

I went there to get help with my lenses and CLEARLY mentioned that I can wait will May because thats when my insurance resets but the associates who were helping me suggested that I pay now and they can make me a new invoice in May to claim my insurance! So i paid the full amountThey promised to have the lenses ready in 7-8 business days which obviously dint happen!

I called them many times and got different responses! Finally after a month they called and said the lenses are ready for pickup and when I got there and mentioned about resissuing the invoice, they said we cant do that because i was given wrong information!

They asked me to wait so they can check with their “Dr. Bishop” about inmb this situation and after making me wait for a long time, they said the doctor is busy so come back another time or just leave the lenses in the store and go back home and come tomorrow!

I have already made 30 minutes trips to their location a few times and this was just frustrating!

I asked them for a solution and they said well you have to leave your lenses in the store till May and when your insurance resets you can come back and we can put the lenses in your frame!

At that point I just asked them to take their lenses back and return me the money because they wasted so much of my time already!

I will never ever recommend or visit their stores ever again!

I had no problem paying but the way they lied to me about making a new invoice in May is just ridiculous and it was not 1 employee, it was 2 of them who assured me that it will happen and its normal for them to do this!

Kindly educate your associates to give proper information to customers and not waste their valuable time and refrain from promising what you cannot deliver!

I was very impressed with Dr. Hoover and all the staff in the office, especially Sara and Valerie for their immense amount of help. I felt heard about concerns I had with previous glasses I had gotten elsewhere and was offered solutions to pick from with expert advice and assistance. This was my first visit there and it won’t be my last. I’ll be bringing my dad in next.

Dr Tailor was recommended to me by my wife who has been a patient of his. He is courteous and personable and was able to quickly address my visual issues and allay my anxiety concerning the source of my visual problem as well as prescribe a course of treatment that appears appropriate for said condition.

It only took a few minutes to make the appointment over the phone and got in very fast. There was barely any wait at the office and everything was done quick. The staff was friendly and answered all the questions I had.

They got me in right away. Did the Checkup quickly and efficiently. Answered all my questions and I was out in a short amount of time.

I've been to Dr Tailor multiple times now, and every time has been a good experience. The staff are friendly, and do a very good job of explaining what's going to happen

Doctors provide good service and explain everything about the tests and your eyes, discussing in detail any areas of concern or interest.

Dr Bishop and associates are amazing very thorough very technical findly getting my eyes tested proper understanding and what I need for glasses and the proper prescription thank you very much

The staff have always been friendly and efficient. I have phoned orders in and the delivery time has been exceptional. I was expecting to have to pick it up but the receptionist said they would deliver free of charge.made my day! Thanks for all you do.

We should have had an exam in October, but we did not receive the usual communication. We finally called in to make an appointment and attended on January 24. We would like to be contacted to schedule appointments.

My family has come here for years and we have found this clinic to be incredibly professional and trustworthy. They have given us excellent care and advise and are never pushy.

Dr Bishop's office, doesn’t provide the space for the appropriate distancing for Covid 19. This limited space puts clients at risk and creates an uncomfortable environment while waiting for your appointment. Far to many appointments scheduled at the same time Very disappointed to say the least and I will not return while Covid 19 is a threat to my health.

The staff and Dental Assistants are amazing, thoughtful, and considerate. I also consider the dentists (and in particular my dentist, Dr. Waleed Al-Turfi, to be fantastic! He his very professional and compassionate, and does everything he can to explain things and work with his patients in every way possible!

The staff were incredibly kind a helpful. They made sure I had everything I needed when leaving the office and answered questions I didn't even know I had! I will definitely be going back to see Dr. Taylor in the future!

My experience at Dr. Bishop was mixed. Firstly, I was utterly disappointed with the service of an employee named Megan. She was rude and just simply terrible. Worst customer service I have ever received. I would not recommend going there just because of her. However, the reason I gave this review three stars is because of a girl named Rachelle. She was kind and provided great service. She is the only reason that I had an enjoyable time at this location. If it was not for Rachelle, my experience would have been terrible.

I was not impressed when the person at the front desk insisted I had to pay an extra $50.00 for an additional test that was not covered by Alberta Health Care. I chose not to pay and went elsewhere. The office I went to did the additional test as they said it was included in the exam. The doctors are excellent though.

Great experience, took my son in for an exam the other day, Emma was very friendly and helpful during the exam! (And patient to boot! He’s 4 and never sits still). Dr. Tailor was super nice and let me know exactly what was going on with his eyes! Definitely switching here when it’s time to get my own eyes checked =D

The ladies that helped me with my Contact Lenses fitting were very professional and helpful. I would recommend Dr. Bishop & Associates to anybody that requires vision care help!

The entire experience here was stellar! The folks at the front desk are welcoming and polite. During the initial tests, Diana was kind, informative, honest, and polite. She truly deserves a shout out for her hard work! Dr. Rakesh Tailor truly cares about his patients and took the time both prior and during my exam to fully examine my eyes and provide care and feedback while also passing along some excellent advise and knowledge.

I have always loved going to Dr Bishop and Associates. I had an eye treatment a while ago and needed a follow-up. I tried to cancel the follow up because my eyes are much better and I don't have any time free at the moment. I was told that they could not cancel my appointment because the doctor recommended it. My time, my money! Your doctors have no authority over me. I can cancel my appointments if I want to. I can cancel chemo therapy or heart surgery if I don't want the treatment. Don't tell me I can't cancel a follow-up appointment at the Optometrist.

The Doctors and staff make you feel very comfortable. Very prompt service regardless of appointment or not. I came into my appointment thinking my eyes were completely fine, and left with a prescription for glasses. Now I can see better than I ever have! I highly recommend going to this clinic for any eye care needs

I had such a great experience getting my eyes examined! The staff was prompt, friendly and very knowledgeable. They were able to answer all of my questions well. My eyes have been very dry and the doctor prescribed products that could help and also suggest what I could do throughout the day to help my eyes not feel as dry. I am on a computer all day and I've noticed such an improvement already! I'm very glad I found this optometrist and will definitely be coming back!
