My family has been going to Dr.fika for years.
Staff was friendly. And I would recommend this team to anyone.

I went for a cleaning that took 3 hours and they only cleaned the bottom teeth and then they told me that I had to make another appointment to have the top teeth cleaned because they had another appointment. And when I got home I realized that they left some gaps between my teeth that look horrible.

I have dealt with Doctor Fika’s office for several years, both for hygiene and for dental work. Quality of the work is very good and Dr. Fika is very accommodating. My benefits company is not the easiest to deal with, but the administration ladies at Dr. Fika’s office do a great job of handling the claims and making things convenient on my end. Great all around dentist.

A wonderful dentist with a great team. Always friendly and welcoming. Never had any problems or complaints. I think they're great. When I had some dental issues they got me an appointment the next day.

My Hygenist Paula is spectacular and I take max advantage of my dental plan and go see her 4 times a year for scaling! Dr Fikka and staff are really accommodating, they will try to get you in as fast and all the cleaning are done very well and in a timely matter. Great experience!

Not impressed with always having to pay extra when my benefits are 100%. When I asked, I was told that my benefits are too low. They do their homework. I believe your fees may be a little too high.

I have been seeing Dr. Fika for almost 8 years, I personally enjoy going to his office because the staff are amazing and Dr. Fika Office is outstanding. I suffer from A rare condition that takes away your hearing and your sight. The staff is so accommodating and Do you go the extra mile for me. And I never go in feeling guilty or leave feeling guilty about how my teeth are. I’ve been to many other dentist that try to shame you to do better with your oral care. Dr. Fika Office team understand that people eat and life goes on and teeth, is just maintenance to oral health.
With the pandemic, this is the cleanest office I have ever seen. After someone leaves the lovely ladies at the front wipe down everything. The counters, the inner doors and the door handle on the inside and the outside of the establishment. Anything that you have touched. I feel safe going to Dr. Fika office, great service and great people.

I had an awesome experience at this dental office! I have finally found a place where I will go from now on! Thank you to the staff I met during my visit (Annie, Cat, Paula and of course Dr. Fika) You all made me feel so welcomed and comfortable. Used to like going to Dr. FIKA’s office until my most recent experience. I went in with a broken molar. I waited over an hour for Dr. FIKA to come in and just file it down so it wasn’t cutting my tongue anymore. He said I needed a crown so I had to book another appointment. I couldn’t get one for over three weeks. Sitting with a tooth open for three weeks to me is just asking for a root canal on top of a crown. I had to go somewhere else to get it fixed. Also they’re massaging chairs ended up causing me severe backache and when I wrote and told them I never even got an apology or reply. Very disappointed

Well I’d like to recommend DrDerrick Fika he’s a sharpe shooter in his business nothing he cant tackle, his office is professional and spotless.
I’ve been tackled by him for 30 yrs and counting.
Love this guy he’s you will too.

Dr. Derek Fika and his team is professional, super friendly, and very knowledgable. My family has been going there for over 5 years now. My sister worked for him and recommended to me. Even though I live in the south side but go all the way to the north side for treatments. His charges are a little bit above average when compared to the fee guide, so know ahead of time about your insurance coverage and the difference for your treatment. Everyone in the family is satisfied and are planning to get treatment from Dr Derek Fika Family Dentistry for years to come.
