Dr. Fix Cell Phone Repair Shop

My wife shattered the back glass on her iPhone 14 Pro Max so we started looking for places to get it fixed. Found a couple of places in WEM and they quoted prices from $250 up to $719 (Apple Store). Looked online and found Dr Fix, gave us a price of $130 so we thought why not with the amazing ratings on Google. The service and quality of the repair was incredible and we highly recommend this place for all of your device repairs!

My iPhone X was stuck in a boot loop and Apple told me there was nothing I can do, my phone was dead and all my data would be lost forever. I messaged Manny (Dr. Fix) with my issue and he replied the same day telling me it likely could be an issue with the proximity sensor and he would diagnose it first before charging me for a repair I might not have needed. Turns out it was the proximity sensor and he replaced it for a low and reasonable price. I am so thankful for his honesty, expertise, and timeliness. The guy didn’t want to do any work, and would always come up with an excuse to not fix a phone.i need to press on my screen way harder for it to respond.i would have rather kept my broken screen.

Went to get my iPhone screen replaced. Very happy with the service! Was told it would take about 45 minutes, which I was fine waiting for, and the man gave it back to me within 20. Very well priced and good waiting abominations

Had the tip of a lightening cable snap off and get stuck in the charging port. Apple said it could not be fixed and offered to sell me a new device. DR. Fix had it fixed in less than an hour. Wonderful service, good price, kind and helpful. Highly recommend.

Fantastic service. Took the phone in on a whim to get the screen replaced, and $120 and 30 minutes later (after tax and after adding a screen protector) the phone was like new! Highly recommend.

Day before yesterday, I dropped my iPhone X (while I had no cover on it of course) and the screen cracked.

I did some searching, and found Dr. Fix and their price was from about $50 to about $150 less than other places.

They quoted me $120 to replace the front glass, and it took about 40 minutes like he said, and was well done.

I'd definitely recommend them.

The time required and price estimated was exactly right. When the volume switch did not work after the screen was replaced, the shop made it a priority to fix the problem at no additional cost. Top quality repairs and professional service. I would recommend to family or friend.

I had my iPad mini screen get touchy last year and brought it to another place that took 2 months to fix. That fix did not last so I brought my iPad to Dr. Fix on Tuesday and I was able to pick it up Wednesday - less than 24 hours later! Not only was the issue fixed, the cost was very reasonable compared to other quotes received. I will definitely be going back for any future fixes!

Had my iphone x water damaged (stuck in recovery mode) and apple wasn't able to fix it without wiping it. I thought I would need to buy a new phone and also go to a data recovery center. Brought into Dr Fix on monday evening and he had it fixed the next day. Everything works again at the cost of face id, which is fine. Price was $84. Great service!

1 counter in nail salon. Guy didn't seemed to want to do any work, came up with excuses as to why not to replace screens, said didn't fix s7 even if was on website, had no stock for my screen. Was more expensive than replacing my phones.

I cracked my iphone XR screen and even though I had SmartCare from Virgin Mobile, it was going to cost me $250 to fix ("service fee"), plus a headache of paperwork and sending phones through the mail. In contrast, Dr. Fix repaired my screen the same day I called, in less than an hour and added glass ghost armour for $10. Grand total was under $130. Very happy with the service and timeliness of repair. Highly recommend.

Replaced the battery in my Pixel XL, works great now! It only took a few hours to get it back. The other phone repair shops I went too in the mall wouldn't even touch it because they were afraid of breaking the screen.

So happy I bought my iPhone in for screen repairs. I’ve gone to other places and happy I found Dr. FixIt. I bought it in at 4: 30pm ish. And he had it done in a half an hour. And for such a reasonable price. Regretful I hadn’t tried him for my other repairs before.

My story started with a Samsung note 9 screen replacement after my phone fall of my pocket while riding my motorcycle, they got it replaced in less than two hours, the mistake I did is I never asked for the quality of the new screen, cause I payed $315, they pushed me to purchase a screen protector for it, I declined it cause I can't afford it plus I have a foldable case, after 3 days i was browsing on internet while sitting on the toilet the phone fall again as the many times before I replaced it but this time the screen cracked again, from 1 foot high I felt like I was screwed the new screen quality is really poor, so I smarter up and did quick research to find out that you can get screens for the same phone for less than $30. Long story short ALWAYS ASK FOR THE QUALITY OF THE STUFF YOU ARE REPLACING.

I took my Samsung S8 here for a screen replacement. It was done quickly and looks like new again. The price was also incredibly reasonable. Highly recommend this place.

Holy smokes, thank you Dr. Fix! I'd gone somewhere else for a quote on getting the screen on my samsung phone repaired and was shocked they wanted over $300. Dr. Fix did it for just $160! My phone feels brand new again, thank you so much!

Battery was totally dead and wouldn't charge up. It was plugged in at the counter and it started to charge up right away. He let it charge to 20% and sent us on our way with no charge for his service. Thank you. Will definitely be using his service again if needed.

HORRIBLE. I JUST GOT MY IPHONE 8 SCREEN REPLCED AND THE COLOURS ARE SO MUCH WORSE THAN BEFORE. THE SCREEN IS ALSO SLOW AT RESPONDING. MY OLD IPOD SCREEN IS EVEN BETTER. NEVER TRUST PHONE REPAIR SHOPS. NEVER GOING BACK TO DR FIX AGAIN. SO MAD.

I got my iPhone 7 screen replaced here the other day for $75 as opposed to the $200 they were asking for at the apple store. They even included a glass screen protector. Super quick service, picked up 40 minutes later. Screen works perfectly & phone looks brand new!

I had the charging port of my iPhone replaced here. I received their quote through the website and they charged a fraction of what the official Apple repair shop quoted me for it. They stayed within the quoted cost and fixed it while I was waiting and checking out their phone cases that were on sale (was the last customer that day). Terrible! Paid him to fix my shattered iPhone screen and within one day the touch screen was unresponsive so I'd have to restart the phone to get it to stop glitching. Now, two weeks later, I can't use the touch screen at all. I'm completely locked out of my phone.
