We've had multiple great experiences here. Great staff. Dr lohlun is very gentle and professional. Have recommended multiple times now.

I’m sure the staff and procedures are good. However, their communication is terrible. My husband and I both left messages through their website; I called several times and left a few messages to book an appointment for our son as the phone was never answered. We left them our contact information, and we never heard back. This all took place over 5 weeks. My OBG recommended this place and the reviews initially seemed good, but I’m extremely disappointed. We booked our son in elsewhere.

Went to this clinic after a friend had a very smooth experience. The staff are super friendly and Dr Lohlun was really good at putting my mind at ease with the whole process. The procedure was virtually painless and very smooth! Definitely would recommend him

Took my husband in for a consultation. The staff were lovely. It took us some time to schedule in bc hubby works shift work. We finally got in for procedure. The nurses were historical, so friendly and Dr. Lohlun has incredible bedside manners. The procedure went quickly (15 mins). We did not buy the VIP package. I was allowed to watch the procedure it was SO COOL! 0/10 pain during procedure. Day 3 1/10 pain. Hubby is healing up well. Thank you Dr Lohlun and staff! Y’all were amazing. Now get on Tiktok

I would highly recommend this clinic; as the staff and Dr are amazing! I was super nervous about getting a vasectomy but they answered any questions before and during and there was no pain at all the worst thing that happened was the freezing process and that was with no needle felt like an elastic band lightly slapping your balls froze instantly. They offer a premium service which is $300 and it's well worth it as it gives you all what you need prior, during, and after your vasectomy. Dr also gives direct cell number if require any advice or help while in the healing process which Dr is quick to reply, even on weekends!

We had a fantastic experience at this clinic with our son in 2016. Now, having another son, we wanted to go back for his procedure. I’m frustrated this time around as I have emailed multiple times, called, left messages, filled out the online booking form and have not heard back from them. I finally just booked in with another doctor in the city to do his procedure. Very disappointing considering they advertise on their website that they respond quickly.

We had an exceptional experience at this clinic for our son’s circumcision. We would definitely recommend Dr. Lohlun and his team to anyone.

My husband had a great experience! He was referred to Dr. Lohlun by a family doctor, and it was quick to get booked in. He opted for the procedure covered by Alberta Health, with scalpel. He had no issues with recovery and said it was not painful.

Dr Lohlun was great! I loved him and his staff. Every staff I dealt with was great. Great team.
And it is was so quick. I was in the room for what felt like 15 minutes. I forgot my wallet and I was in and out before she made it to the office.
Would 100% recommend a vasectomy and to choose Dr Lohlun

I've been trying to get ahold of them for 2 weeks now. Sent an e-mail, called, and left voicemails. Not once did I receive a response. I would suggest booking with another clinic. Doesn't leave a good impression.

Dr. Lohlun is a fantastic physician and I highly recommend him. Made the entire experience as smooth as it possibly could be, will definitely be referring others to his practice in the future.

Hubby had his done a couple months ago and it was not pain free as they said it would be and they gave him needles anyways. The staff was sassy and disingenuous. If anyone was to go in nervous, they would not feel comforted. The procedure was chaotic and they also NEVER answer their phone for results after the procedure. We’ve been trying to get test results for over a week with multiple phone calls each day and emails.

The doctor is always In a hurry. Twice he messed up my nephews circumcision due to his negligence causing us to have to rebook. In addition to the unnecessary pain my nephew was subjected to. Will not recommend.

9 months Update - After two very traumatic circumcision sessions (an original one and a revision) my nephew had to go through 9 months ago.we are still not satisfied with the results. I have called Dr Lohuns office severally for the past 2 weeks. I have called, left several messages to talk to Dr Lohuns and its impossible. Are they closed or screening calls? Why the gross negligence?

I would HIGHLY NOT RECOMMEND this office for your kids circumcision's needs.its traumatic both for the kids and the parents.

Dr. Lohlun doesn't properly explain the procedure and is in a rush doing the vasectomy. The local anesthetic didn't work on my left side and was incredibly painful. A vein was hit during the procedure and that area was inflamed and extremely painful for weeks, I couldn't even walk normally. Months later I have chronic pain and I feel like I've been permanently injured. I'm writing this review at 3am because I can't sleep due to the pain.

As a family physician who has done 1000's of circumcisions in South Africa, I would highly recommend Dr Lohlun. Our newborn son had his circumcision done at this clinic and the experience was friendly, professional, and efficient.

Look, I'll give credit where credit is due. Dr. Lohlun is friendly, professional and made my experience as comfortable as it could be given the situation. His business is clean and professional and I was able to get in quickly. My only issue is that they will not return phone calls or texts even to their emergency line. So keep in mind after any type of procedure you will be on your own for the recovery which can be extremely stressful when you can't have your questions answered by a professional.had there been better communication I would 100% recommend this place.

Very Professional, friendly, easy going and knowledgeable. The whole process was about 45 minutes. My husband said his no needle no scalpel vasectomy was pain free and he is only having some mild discomfort on day 2.
