Overall service was good. There were still weeds after multiple applications so I had to call customer service. They responded quickly with reapplication of fertilizer.

On time services all the time and I am very happy with the weed control. Seeding along with topsoiling should be added in the same package.

My lawn looks much better now. Grass grows strong and weed is gone. I tried look after my lawn last few years but can't beat Dr. Green professional service. Recommended.

My lawn was full of weeds, now I have lush lawn. Great service, good price, and easy to set up.

**BEWARE** If you sign up for a seasonal package (5 visits for $2XX. XX), they will keep your credit card on file and continue to bill you the following year even if you do not purchase their services under the guise that it is a "subscription service" - which is not actually written anywhere on the invoices or communications they send you when you sign up.

Unfortunately this is a negative review.

After 2 years giving this company a chance they’re just underperforming… the price point is good BUT I’ve had to babysits them for both years they’ve been maintaining my lawn.

Last year they started my lawn work late after multiple calls to come out and this year I had to call twice to have my lawn aeration.

I feel if your paying for a service you should not have to micro manage.

This is my 3rd year using Dr Green and it will defiantly be the last. We got the ultimate package from them and as of yet they have not provided the services paid for. Dr Green is aware we have a dog and have a note on file to ring bell to make sure dog is not in yard. Last week Dr Green had services scheduled so as responsible pet owners we locked our dog inside the house before we left home for a few hours. They showed up and rang bell. Did front lawn and left, they did not finish the job nor did they go into back yard. I received an email stating dog was in yard "that was a LIE! " we have camera's to prove it. Then they had the audacity to state there is spots on the lawn and WE should seed the areas, when we are paying for that service from Dr Green! I contacted customer service same day and they stated they will seed in the fall sometimes, That is the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard, who wants a nice lawn in the fall and not all summer in Calgary. I requested a call back from a manager last week, no response, called back following day and no response, now its been 5 days and still no response. Dealing with Dr. Green has been more of a headache so please think of different options when choosing a lawn care service. I will be requesting a refund and taking my business elsewhere!

UPDATE: Manager called back finally, she is going to rectify all these issues and promised to fix our lawn. I will gladly change the 1 star rating upon performance of Dr. Green over the summer.

I have been using DR green weed control and fertilizing Program service for 2 years. So far so good. Whenever I call them up for additional spraying when new weeds were found they have always been very responsive and quick to answer my calls.

Good service, they were on time, and their weed control was good along with their lawn aeration.

Great company. Great services, even more so once you consider their prices. Responded quickly when weeding didn’t work as expected to be sure all areas were treated as well.

After just one season of treatments I can’t believe the difference! We should have done this years ago, will definitely continue for next year.

My front and back yard were covered with a lot of weeds and the grass was unhealthy. Dr. Green services took care of these and it didn't cost much. My yards are weed free and the grass green and healthy. I will use them again and add more services to my subscription.

Our grass in our yard never been look so healthy and green not until Dr Green took care of it. What I love about it that they put the sign on my lawn that it was being fertilized! So people won’t let their animals walk in our lawn. Dr. Green rid 99% of weeds in my lawn. I’m so thankful and very satisfied with their service and I highly recommended them to my friends.

The fertilizer and weed control package was a great deal with excellent results. My lawn was weed free, lush and very green.

I really liked that they addressed my concerns in a timely manner but it depended who came out to do the work, I have a large yard and the applications were patchy and areas missed.

We had a great experience with Dr Green this summer. We back on to a green space and have been plagued with weeds for years. This summer we had green grass and early into the summer our lawn had no more weeds. They repaired our lawn!

We used a different service last year, and we ended up with stripes in our back yard. More than once we had to call them to come back because they had missed something. We switched to Dr. Green Services this year for our weed control, and it has been a much better experience! Dr. Green managed to get the stripes out of our back yard, and the entire lawn was weed free all year. The staff was very friendly and professional - they even sprayed our small slate patio out front so that no weeds would come up between the stones - its a small area, but we very much appreciated the thought of our technician! The technicians we had were also very good at answering any questions we had, and would arrive within the specified window. We appreciate the care and service we have received from Dr. Green, and we shall continue with their company next year:)

Dr. Green has provided excellent service this Summer. Their season package pricing was excellent and they were always timely in their service and applications. If there was a problem, Dr. Green addressed the issue promptly. I would certainly use them again next year.

We decided to try this service for weed and fertilizing and were very pleased. I did ensure they understood my expectations - lawn only and please be careful of our flower beds (I would deal with any weed in flower beds). Our lawn has never looked better. They even did the little strip down the alley. I know other reviewers (a few years old) did not have good experience and can not comment on anything but this year. Don't know if new management/service people but we plan to use them again next year and would recommend them.

Possible my neighbor sprayed on their side of the fence and I got drift. Therefore did not mention as I never approached my neighbor either. My lawn right now is the best it has been. I planted new seed in the puppy pee spots and everything is beautiful. I most definitely would like you to care for it next year. Now I know how to pay we will not have that issue again

We were very happy with Dr Green Services Inc. They were prompt and efficient and even though we started late in season all our weeds are gone and our grass has gone from brown to green and healthy. The system they use definitely works and I definitely recommend them and will use them again.

Dr. Green did a great job. Very professional and our grass is very green now and no weeds at all. A slight communication issue to begin with about the areas we wanted to have treated, however, it was resolved without issue - just took a bit of time. I would recommend Dr. Green. We live across from a city park and the dandelions are out of control. Over the years we started to notice more and more. After 1 visit we immediately noticed a huge difference. Our grass is once again lush, healthy and weed free.

I had lots of weeds and not the best grass.now I have no weeds and nice green grass! It works.call the Dr! I probably would have spent a similar amount on chemicals and fertilizer to do it myself with nowhere near the same result.

This was my first experience using professionals for weed control and it was 100x more effective than spraying all the dandelions myself with Weed-Out which didn't work anywhere near as well and also killed my back from spraying so many of them. This service got rid of about 95% of my weeds and I had tons and tons of dandelions that had started to take over my lawn despite my best efforts. I also found Dr Green to be very responsive and accommodating for any situations coming up and I was easily able to change my service date when necessary. They always left a report of the state of my lawn along with any tips such as time for raking, etc. Would definitely recommend.

The service is great and the techs that come in for the service is always friendly and courteous. We have a dog and there is always enough warning to allow us to clean up before they come as well as gates being closed afterwards.

A bonus is we can log into the web portal to check any notes that were left for us on the current session. Anything that requires work is noted.

Dr. Green provided excellent weed control for my lawn. In the beginning it seemed slow and that they hadn’t been back soon enough but eventually the treatments seemed more regular and my lawn started looking better and better until it was weed free. I was very satisfied. They are great at customer response. The price is good. I will use them again and I would recommend them to anyone. Excellent results. Thank you.

2021 was a very unusual summer (in Calgary) with little rain and really hot days. Dr. Green always arrived a little late (in my opinion) with regard to treating our weeds. Nevertheless, with rain in late August and early September our lawn came around rather nicely. I'll use Dr. Green's services again in 2022.

Setup with online account and promotional sign up was very clunky. And had to follow up with neighbour's referral too.

Weed control/spraying in rock areas took a long time.chemicals used must be not as strong. Took just over a week after each successful spray for weeds to turn yellow/brown. And timing was almost always bad: sprayed just before it rained. But free recall sprays were easy to line up.

Ordered a plan. Have been told that the payment is going to be processed in 2-3days. Waited 5 days. Then I noticed that the money wasn't withdrawn from my credit card. Called back to Dr. Green told them that you didn't charge me. They told me that my account wasn't created at all with no explanation why. Poor customer service couldn't even sign a new customer.

My favourite has been the mosquito control. Last year was the first year we used it and it worked really well.

Dr. Green Services is great! I have 3 dogs and I need them to let me know that they are servicing my back yard so I can put the dogs in the house. They always come to my door or call me first. They offer a mosquito spray and I used it last year.it was amazing! Thank-you Dr. Green Service, our summer can not come soon enough!

Like the fact that they give you notice before they come and are always within the time frame they tell you. Great value for the service you receive. Also very responsive online when you email them. Would be nice to interact with customer once in a while when leaving the invoice but that's just my suggestion. Otherwise very please with service.
