Dr. Barber is excellent. I have the highest regard for Dr. Barber. I have previously been critical of the office administration; however, a recent appointment was highly satisfactory. I requested an appointment by email, received a timely response and was given an appointment that accommodated my timeline. Thank you.

Very disappointed I waited 5 months for the appointment and gave me 2 minutes no medication asked me continue using what my family doctor gave me condition didn’t improve

They have the worth appointment system ever. I was in their wait list for 3 months, after 3 months I received an email that your appointment was canceled and we gave your spot to some one else. There is no telephone number to call. I sent them an email that why you canceled my appointment? They answered because you didn't confirm it and didn't respond our email while I didn't receive any email from their side. I sent them a screenshot from my emails and ask them to forward the email you've sent me (if any). They even didn't do that.

Please please don't waist your time waiting for this clinic.

Dr. Barber is good but not worth the effort of trying to get past his reception/administration staff. Save your time and limit stress by getting a referral to a different derm.

Dr. Barber is really good.
The Receptionists are lacking.
Don't recommend for new patients.

He should hire some new receptionists.

My experience with Dr. Barber was very pleasant! He is an exceptional dermatologist. His staff member that greeted me right away was very nice too. I was really nervous getting 3 moles removed (one being on my head) and he made me feel at ease and took his time. He thoroughly explained the process of the removal for each one and why that was best. I would definitely recommend Dr. Barber to anyone! Thank you for all your help - I should’ve come seen you years ago!

I received a referral here in november, it took them 10 weeks to get in touch with me to book an appointment. They only ever got in touch with me once over the phone. When I tried to reschedule they never replied, and counted me as a no show, which I found out from my doctor who referred me there initially when I called her to ask Why I never heard anything. I asked my doctor for a new appointment a month ago, never heard anything so I called last friday, straight to voicemail. Was told I would hear back within a business day but its been a week already.

TLDR the administration does not care about their patients. I think its time I tried to find a new referral somewhere else.

The doctors here are very friendly, accommodating and knowledgable. The same cannot be said for the management team. They should provide her with customer service training or replace her.

I visited Dr. Sander and the appointment was super fast, only 10 minutes but she was very informative, kind and caring. Her nurse was super nice as well. First doctor that seemed to care about what was going on with my skin and refereed me to another specialist. I would have given 5 stars however the front desk staff seemed to be a little annoyed and very monotone like me being their was an annoyance. Overall Dr. Sanders and her nurse were awesome!

Even though I was late Dr barber made time to see me. That to me meant very much of how dedicated to his patients he is. Very kind and patient. I thank him for his understanding.

If you want to waste your time and learn nothing beside the bad service in front desk this is the clinic that you need, oh by the way ask everything you want to ask in that room cause when you out you need to book another appointment even if you want to double check something or ask another question (business)

I've been seeing Dr. Barber for years. I'm thinking of changing. Here's why: There appointment system is THE WORST system ever. They don't accept phone calls so you have to email them. You patiently wait for them to respond which takes a couple days. I got the email on Monday, but I was away from work that day so I didn't see it. My appointment was for that Tuesday, but even if I did see it, I wouldn't have been able to go as I had meetings. I seriously don't understand how they just don't consult with you on appointments. Ridiculous. And then they say they are going to charge you 150 bucks if you cancel too late.but you only gave me 24 hours notice? So how is that fair. This is NOT the first time this has happened to me. So i write back asking to reschedule. I never heard back. So while I was at Phototherapy, I go into the office to make the appoinment. Fine. Then I get an email Sunday night (I have now switched to my personal email to avoid these situations) saying that I have an appointment on Tuesday the 6th but the appointment I made was for the 12th. SO I figured they finally made my original appointment for the 6th and didn't see the 12th. I go in. They can't find me for this day. "Oh you're appointment is for the 12th". Well why did I get an email to come today? I showed her the email. She says "oh the other girl made you a phototherapy appointment". WHAT THE HELL. You don't need appointments for Phototherapy. And it didn't state that in the email? ! "Oh it must be a glitch". She was very rude about it. Ok so I wasted a trip. So like I say, WORST system ever.

Been a patient for a few years - pleased with Dr. Barber Front desk staff often rude and the appointment system is deficient and not affective. The previous system was much more reasonable, you could call or when you were leaving your appointment and were told to have a follow up, you would see someone at reception. Now you go back and forth and wait a few days in between to confirm your availability and what they have available - one appointment took 4 weeks to schedule. Not impressed.

I go there 3 times a week for my UVB light therapy. It's going well and my hands and feet are starting to get better.finally.

My boyfriend and I travelled to Calgary from Edmonton and recieved nothing but professional and insightful advice during the visit. My boyfriend felt taken care of and listened to and we got more out of it then expected. The staff were very friendly, the office is very clean and welcoming and Dr. Barber was a pleasure to visit, his work over the years is very impressive and we are beginning to agree that he's the best around in his field!
Thank you to all the staff and Dr. Barber for a great visit! See you again soon

I've had a skin condition for over 17 years I was very excited as this would be my first time to see a dermatologist I walk into the office and was greeted by some nice ladies in the office I did get into my appointment even before it was scheduled but that was because nobody was there. My doctor was Megan Sanders she gave me a diagnosis of what I've been going through within 17 years within 5 minutes I was not confident with what she had diagnosed me with. I have now seen three other dermatologist and not one who said what she is told me nor is it do not go to this office it was the worst experience after trying to figure out something for so many years my rating is actually a zero but you don't have that so I've given you a one!

I must say Dr. Barber is one of the best doctors as well very nice. My son had been suffering chronicle eczema a long time. It was so itchy that my son kept scratching to bleed never heal. He had been in a coastal city and the environment helped him, but there were pretty lots of rashes coming out after he was home, and he felt so itchy. The medicine bought before didn't help. It is very lucky that I had appointment booked with Dr. Barber. He prescribed medicine for my son and promised it could be healed in 10 days and it was. I really appreciate. For the office environment, I didn't see anything wrong, there is no complaint. It is very likely you have to wait but It is very common in Canada, is it.
