I want to express my genuine satisfaction in the service I received at this store. I was visiting family in Edmonton when my phone dropped and the screen cracked while I was at the mall, and upon looking at the phone repair options in the mall, this seemed to have the best reviews. A young gentleman immediately greeted me when I walked in and asked what he can do for me, I explained the situation and he told me he’ll handle it, and that I can go shop/walk around and it will be ready within half an hour.

It was such a seamless experience that I think was worth every penny, back in the days a cracked screen would’ve been a headache to get fixed, but this store took care of me and offers great prices. I definitely recommend visiting here for all your phone care needs, they even sell phone accessories!

Asked to fix my phone and they did but my camera wouldn't work, I had a pop up camera phone and instead of fixing it they ruined it by putting so much glue that the camera wouldn't go up. The camera was working perfectly well before getting the screen repaired and after the repair my phone camera would lag and the screen as well

Avoid this phone repair company at all costs! They are deceitful, untrustworthy, and will rob you of your hard-earned money. Save yourself the headache and find a reputable and honest repair service instead. I regret ever setting foot in their store and wish I had listened to the warning signs from other negative reviews before giving them a chance. Stay away!

Yasser is great and an exceptional business owner. He is well versed with what he does. He fixed my mobile within a span of time and did not charge a single dollar, though he could have mis-used or taken advantage of my stress and frustration. Indeed, I insisted to pay and he kept refusing.

Hard to find loyal, honest and great people like Yasser. Dr Mobile at 2nd floor in WEM is highly recommended for their professionalism, ethics and kindness.

So went during black Friday to get my screen protector replaced. The entire team was made of immigrant workers despite hundreds of Canadian citizens looking for jobs. The guy immediately took my phone and said yes I can fix. I asked him how much 3 times and 3 times the answer I got back was no worry I can fix it. Finally on the fourth time he said 35 for the "unbreakable screen" and then preceded to put a cheat 10$ screen and charge me 40$ it took me a while to process this but I will not be going back.
