Went in with my son’s phone, that had not been backed up, EVER. Almost 20,000 photos and 1000 notes pretty much his whole life on there. Walked in and ask if they could do magic. OMG beyond impressed with these gentlemen they were able to repair the phone and lose nothing! Everywhere else said we needed to restore which would wipe it clean.

The staff (Meenu) was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, he was able to quickly diagnose and fix the issue with my phone. The pricing was also very reasonable and transparent.

Needed to transfer a SIM card from one device to another… wasn’t able to open the device that held the SIM card…. No problems walking into this shop and having it done… when I offered to pay for the service I was told “happy to help you out”. TOP NOTCH!

I had an issue with my ear speaker in my iPhone 11.
The lady at the store just cleaned the area of where the speaker was and it worked.
No charge for this service.
She was extremely helpful for additional information I was enquiring about.

I was there last week to get my iphone xs screen fixed it was done so quickly and in reasonable price this was my third time visiting there and every time i am satisfied with the result.

I took my sons iphone in today because part of his charger had broken off inside his phones charging port. The gentleman behind the counter had the piece out and I was on my way out in less than 5 minutes and he charged me nothing! Amazing service and very professional, I would highly recommend.

I came into Dr. Phone Fix in Grande Prairie today to get an Otter Box Defender and screen protector for my iPhone X. The girl that helped me was really kind and patient. She cleaned up my phone and put on the screen protector for me. Good competitive pricing and excellent service. My wife has had her phone fixed here and was very happy with the service. Not impressed. Had an iPhone 11 screen replaced here and not only is the quality extremely poor and dark the front camera is smudged from the inside which we obviously can’t clean off ourselves. We will never be coming back here.

I dropped in to see if the battery could be replaced on my 5 year old Galaxy S7. As I don't play games on this phone, I really didn't want to buy a new one. The very pleasant gentleman said it would be ready in 30 minutes or less. And it was. For a very reasonable price. Would definitely recommend this place.

Took my phone in to get the charging port replaced, and a new battery as well. Very quick service, phone is good as new, and a reasonable price, especially when considering what a new phone costs. Any issues in the future, I will be getting work done here.

I thought I destroyed my phone. I walked in within a short period of time they replaced the screen, sensors and camera. It is good as new. Highly recommend them!

Got the back glass and charging port on a galaxy s9 replaced. That install went great. But during the install they broke the front tempered glass screen protector. Told me it had a small crack in it and it spread so it's not their fault. Screen protector was a week old with zero damage that I had noticed. They also cracked the top half (away from where they said it had a chip) plus they was no connecting cracks between the two points. So they did good work on what I asked but they get one star for breaking my stuff then lying to me about it so they don't have to cover their mistake.

My experiance dealing with all the staff here has been excellent. Very professional and efficient at what they do.

These guys are really great! They fixed multiple phones we have owned and they care about customer service. We accidentally double paid and they took it off our bill when we noticed it a couple weeks later. They also cleaned up our phone ports for free and really tried to help us out over the holidays. Great place!

I'm a little weirded out. Pretty sure they stole my Samsung battery and replaced it with a knock off. When I went back the next day (question about my screen that was changed the night before), there was some sketchy business with whispering about my battery and my phone was whisked away to the back for a bit. Very weird. He ended up replacing the screen (which had nothing to do with my battery.) However my screen is fixed
