Dr Phone Fix - NW Calgary

My elderly mom was having issues with her phone for months. We finally went in to see if it could be repaired. Jenish fixed her phone on the spot. She had already taken it to Roger's and Best Buy and neither one of them could diagnose or fix the problem. Jenish tried a few things and got it going with no charge. My mom was so pleased. We will definitely go here again and we are so pleased with the help we were given.

Vinny was very helpful, courteous and there were no eye rolls given. I am a senior and I had many questions about my new S23, I was able to buy a new case, screen protector and next is a lens protector. I initially came into the store frazzled because I was unable to get my SIM card out of my old phone, the tray was stuck. There were many start up concerns and he answered them in a simplistic manner. I would recommend Vinny, and trust me, I will be back. Get ready there will be a few more of us oldies at the door.

Lots of appreciation for Vinny and his store, I brought in 2 iphones for him to fix both w battery replacements and the other w a cracked screen. He was quick and fixed them under an hour. Afterwards, we were given a great deal for it and he gave us great aftercare instructions!

Phone cover popped up within a week after screen replaced, bring back to store and re-glue it, few days later, charging port not working, bring back to store and fix it; few days later, screen has ghost touch, phone is completely useless, would give zero star if there is an option.

I took my ipad here for a screen repair and they did great. But they called me after it was ready for pick up and told me they replaced the button free of charge even tho its regular $69.99 for the button usually. My button worked fine before i took it here. A month later the new button they installed stopped working. But They took it no problem and replaced it free of charge. The reason for the one star review? They gave it back to me With glue all over my screen. And it doesn’t come off easily. Its on every edge of my ipad as well where the glue was placed to hold the screen. This second time they were clearly very sloppy and didn’t even care enough to clean up their mess afterwords. The glue around the edges i can look past. But the glue thats on the actual screen is very annoying and its not something i should have to spend my time cleaning up. Unfortunately i wont be back due to this issue. I wish i could post photos.

Great customer service. Got a Samsung A70 screen repair earlier today, phone seems to be working well. There does seem to be slight drops in sensitivity but not often and this might just be on my end. Overall, would recommend!

We upgraded my husband's phone at a competing store a few months ago and found the prices/service at Dr Phone Fix were MUCH better! Sukhreet was able to do the data transfer within an hour as well. Plus, at Dr Phone Fix, they offer a 6-month warranty, whereas the competing store did not provide any warranty. Appreciate your store and the service you provide!
