Dr. Phone Fix - South Edmonton

Paid to replace my screen. The screen doesn't even sit flush and I sat down with it in my pocket with my keys in jeans and the screen cracked only a few days after replacement. I wouldn't recommend going here for cheap made in china screens. Website says lifetime warrantee but thats obviously not true either. I think a lesson in lifetime customer retention is in order here.

I have had 2 issues related to my phone, and this store always fixes it quickly! Amrit has excellent customer care and I would always recommend him to anyone having phone issues.

Excellent service and a super nice attendant. Went in and was quoted 100$ for a repair and only took less than 10 minutes. Compared to apples 400$ quote and two week wait, this is a bargain.

These guys are awesome and pricing is the best and super fast. To bad the leduc shop never returned any of the 3 calls and messages i left but the drive to south edmonton was worth it. Thank you both who were there when i walked in yesterday at lunch i will for sure recomend you.

I had an iPhone X, which had a completely black and blank screen, even though the data was intact, the phone was not working because of the broken screen.

I needed to back up my data and transfer it, but because my phone's LCD was completely not working, I couldn't do that. I went to Apple, and they said you need to back up your data first before we can review it, as we need to factory reset it first before we can do anything (for a hardware issue, not even software.). However, I needed the data, so I obviously could not give it to Apple to repair.

I went to this store in this location. The owner was super helpful, nice, and fixed my phone for a great price in just an hour. My iPhone X is now in fully working condition, the screen works perfectly fine after Dr Phone Fix replaced it, and I am now restoring my data!

Highly recommend to anyone looking for any phone or laptop issues.

Came in to get s21 camera lens fixed but the guy behind the counter pointed out that it was a lens cover on it and the phone fine so made my day better! Will come back again anytime!

Vikas is amazing! I dropped by on a whim, as my phone needed to be fixed, he chatted with me and joked while he fixed it.

I previously went to "You Brake we Fix" on 17th st. They had it for 2½ weeks and told me it was garbage and not repairable. I went to Dr. Phone Fix The technician examined it immediately. And did a minor adjustment with no charge. Wow great job guys. I'm impressed.

Had an iphone screen replaced here. It was a quick repair and cheaper but the screen is not nearly responsive as the original. For iphones, I would not recommend this unless you need a super quick fix.

I stopped in to get my iPhone 13 pro screen fixed and was met with a very friendly face. The price was unbeatable and the service was great. He said 15 minutes to switch the screen I think I was out the door in 10! Highly recommend!
