Fast service! My mom dopped her phone and smashed the screen. The phone was an older model but they had the replacement part on-hand. Joban was able to fix the phone in about an hour and it's works like new.

We took our IPad to get a screen replacement. The availability to drop off our device was great. Also we got it back very fast. Same day. So far the screen works perfectly and no issues

I thought my life was over because I had confirmation for eight hotel rooms on my iPhone and the phone locked and I could do nothing to unlock it. I panicked. I went to the Dr. Phone Fix -Evanston and the lady there calmed me down, fixed the phone within 20 seconds and then did not even charge me. UPDATE: From my last initial review, I have since been back to the original location to have the screen replaced because of the issues I was having after the replacement screen was put in. I agreed to update my review, but I thought I would wait a bit to see if the same issues occurred, and sure enough, the screen is starting to become non responsive and it freezes all the time with the second screen replacement. I understand there is a lifetime warranty in place, but do I want to go in every few weeks to have another screen replaced because of faulty screens? The guy who replaced my screen the second time indicated that it could be issues somewhere else in the phone, but would this not be a consistent problem before the screens were being put on? Because I have never had an issue like this with my phone before. I understand they are the cheapest screen replacement shop around and they thrive on you giving good reviews, but sorry, this is my honest review. I guess you get what you pay for. I will be bringing my phone somewhere else.

I came to this location because of the reviews. I came it to have my iphone screen replaced, and I don't know what they did, but my phone works less than it did with the cracked screen. In fact, I can get maybe 30 seconds of use out of my phone at a time before the screen complete freezes and I can't do anything. Terrible, especially for the amount of money you have to pay for this service!

Broken S10 back glass fixed with user supplied part. Great service, well priced and done repair. Other shops quoting excessive prices (100 dollars) for same service.

Called in about changing the cracked screen on an Iphone XR, got an appt right away, came in and got the screen changed. All within 30 minutes. Fantastic!

I was thankful for their help today trying to fix my tablet. I left thinking I was doomed, but turns out all I needed was to chat with someone to think about my login problem a little more. Once I got home, my memory stirred and I figured out my problem. My tablet is now working again! I'm very appreciative when someone takes a bunch of their time to try and help me out.

Figured the least I could do is offer up a good review. I'll be sure to head back if I have a real issue in the future!

Fantastic first time experience! Went in with cracked screen. He let me know it was just the glass, not the screen. Changed it out quickly, I got another screen protector AND this fabulous shiny sparkly phone case. Definitely will use again. Fast, efficient and helpful.
