This place has been the worst experience. First off ive tried to give them the benefit of debt when my phone was returned to me without the proper sim card tray they did agree to replace it after id spend alot of money and did not have a working phone.this took them a week. (no phone for a week after paying 1 forth of my rent on the repairs of the phone.) My wife recently broke her phone we paid to have it fixed and same case as my phone they quote you a number and in between you picking up your phone they charge you extra claiming they had extra repairs they had to do so they rip you off and the work is not good both mine and my wifes phone both no longer properly work after they FIXED them.we both paid more then expected because they claimed the battery on the iphone was bad but id just checked battery health and it was good 99 percent they are crooks and thefts stole from both my wife and i not only do they extra charge they charged use 50 dollars to unlock our phone after they locked it

Great place to get your phone repaired. It's not the best place to find phone cases. They have a selection, but depending on what phone you have, the selection may be limited. Fast service, and if you call and book an appointment, you save $10

Drop my phone call for a new glass back screen protector was fixed the next day and looked very good. Price was fair. Overall I’d recommend.

Excellent service. As a manager myself of a business, I would 100% recommend this shop to anyone. I have now been here twice for the same phone - 2 different reasons why and both times have been nothing but exceptional service. Under 1 hour and was able to give me a quote over the phone. His prices cannot be beat!

Went in to see if my daughter's phone was repairable as it was terribly smashed on the front and back, along with the frame.
The representative was unsure if he was able to repair the phone until he opened it up.
We left it with him to do his magic. We later received a call that he was able to fix most it (not the face i.d. Feature) but had to wait for a specific part to come in the following day.
The next day we got a call that it was fixed and ready to be picked up.
When we got there, the phone looked brand new and was fully charged (much appreciated!) We purchased a few more items, such as phone case, screen protector and a case for a tablet.
My daughter and I are 1000% happy with the service from this specific representative.
I never did catch his name, but I am sure he knows how amazingly well he is at his job. I commend you for the exceptional service. You deserve a big raise!

Excellent service, I gotta say this is the best if not top 3 repair shops in edmonton! They fixed my S10 and my sister's Iphone 11 Pro, and they work like a dream. They also have lifetime warranty on screens and the owner and employees were fantastic and very polite.

Do not go here i reapt don't go i was ripped off by a part for my laptop that costed me 22 dollars for them to repair when i found it on amazon for 10 dollars.

I came in today to replaced the battery of my old Samsung Note 5, the guy told me that it will be done in an hour and I received a call after 45minutes that my phone is done and ready to pick up. The place is clean, fast service, fair price and the guy is very accommodating and I recommend this place for all cellphone issues and repairs.

Brought my iPhone in today because my phone wouldn’t charge all the time. Thought it was my charging port so I brought it in to get changed. I tried to clean it many off times but it didn’t work. After he looked at it he said I think all it needs is a really good cleaning. He did that for me and didn’t charge me a cent. The phone works perfectly now! Thank you! I’ll definitely come back here when I have a problem with my phone.
