Dropped my phone, screen was intact but not working. Fixed in an hour for a fair price. *updated - screen wasn't working properly and had nothing but issues with my phone after getting screen replaced. Screen cracked in two places within a week and I didn't drop or damage it. Not super impressed

Been there 2 times. Always well taken care of. They replaced the screen for my iPad - 10.2”. Price was incredible, repair was done in timely manner. Screen is working well since then. Fantastic price and service! I needed to replace the charging port on my Samsung phone and they fixed it in a half hour! Plus, they have a large selection of chargers, cables and cases that aren't caried at other places. They were super friendly and I'll definitely be going back.

Had another company try and repair my phone and after they found they did not have the proper parts to complete the repair I brought it to Dr Phone Fix. Not only were they knowledgeable and understanding but the turn around time was amazing. Very friendly and polite and the best price anyway in the area. SHOPPERS BEWARE!

I recently tried to get an older Android models glass digi repaired by calling a number of cell phone repair outlets. Three of them claimed that the Digi screen was no longer available. I researched and found the correct part for $26 in Vancouver, paid for it and was delivered within 2weeks. I called Dr Phone Fix in Leduc for a quote to repair the phone indicating that I was bringing the new part and the damaged phone. Very quickly the person on the phone said it would be $100 to do the repair with no guarantee of the repairs success. I said thanks, but no thanks!

I called “Cell@Fix Cell Phone Repair” in Windermere behind the Cineplex theatre. I told them the same thing and they replied “there’s a 50/50 chance the repair will be unsuccessful due to the difficulty of the procedure” I responded: “Okay, how much will that cost? ” They replied “$35 and they need the phone for an hour or so” I dropped the phone off to them and 1.5 hours later, the job is done perfectly.

Please everyone, shop around, because some companies out there only have gross profits in mind, and really care less to help you out.

After I smashed my phone screen, I read the reviews on Dr Phone Fix and they were awesome, so I went to the Leduc store and I met Mac. Right from the start he assured me it was fixable and I would have it back by the next day. He was true to his word and very pleasant to deal with. I highly recommend Dr Phone Fix if you smash your phone screen. The service was exceptional, prompt and I am very satisfied!

My daughter and I had excellent service recently with replacing an iPhone screen. We went in and the employee wasn't able to fix it right away, so he offered to get the proper screen in the following day and replace it, had it fixed and out the door by 1pm. Very satisfied with the experience

They had the parts in stock and were able to fix my daughter's phone same day looking like new. In addition, they were still a better price than their competition that had to order the parts and would need 3 days before we would get the phone back. All of this with friendly service and great warranty on their work.

What can I say, I have been wanting to try and get pictures off an old phone of mine that stopped working, as we all do we keep most of our lives on our phone. Long story short I had very special pictures on my phone of my father who passed. I finally decided on a whim to call. Bring it in right now. I brought my phone in shortly after 5PM, he would NOT give up on me and kept trying to get the pictures and videos off my phone, and HE DID. The service was BEYOND amazing and I will continue to go back for any of my phones needs. Please if you are looking for a place look no further this IS the place to go.

I had the need for a home button replacement on an ageing iPad Air. Rather than recycle the iPad I went to Dr Phone Fix and enquired if it was repairable. The answer was a resounding yes. They had the part in stock and so gave them the job. Left it over a weekend to suit myself and on the Monday picked up a repaired and working perfectly iPad. Hey, the charger end cracked off in my wife's Ipad. Took it to the Leduc location. The guy took it apart, removed the broken piece, and charged me nothing. Real professional, really quick, great service.

I called this morning for a quote to fix my Samsung A51 screen and the quote beat the Samsung place by $115. I was in and out within an hour and the people were very professional and kind! My son had two great experiences there and referred me there and from now on this is my go to place for any phone repairs or accessories. Definitely a big thumbs up!

Absolutely amazing customer service! Walked in, no appointment, and greeted by an employee that was very friendly and full of knowledge about technology and shares it with you so you now have some knowledge about what happened to your iPad Mini and how to prevent it from happening again. This gentleman took a iPad Mini that we had and didn’t know what was wrong with it as my daughter didn’t know either lol. Not only did he get it to finally turn on but he fixed it to where it works like it did when it was brand new! While we where waiting we had great chats with laughter as he continued to help others! Every person that came in and out of the store had smiles on there faces from great customer service with a smile! When he returned the iPad mini too my daughter turned on and working her face was priceless ️ she saved up money so she could get it fixed … now here is the best part of the story there was no charge! Broke my phone on a hiking trip and after being without a phone for almost a week I brought it to this place where they were able to fix it within an hour and did a really damn good job. Tried getting a tempered glass cover for extra protection but wasn't satisfied with the product, and they had absolutely zero issues handling the refund. Fast efficient and super helpful at a fair price.

Brought a phone here to have a screen replaced.
They replaced the screen which then completely fell off about a month later. They would not warranty their work. Took the phone else where and was told it was definitely because of poor work when the replacement screen was installed.

Broke my screen guy was so efficient in fixing it took less then 2 hours considering I have a pretty new phone. When I got it back I noticed the camera wasn't working. I took it back in and he fixed it so fast and free of charge. He apologized for not checking it first. Was really pleased with my visit with them. I will definitely recommend to friends.

Highly recommend. Kind service and quick too! My IPhone 7 had a cracked screen and broken LCD that was repaired for only $80. The prices offered here are more than reasonable and the store is kept so clean. Very impressed with the entire service. Plus, they didn’t even mention my embarrassing Lock Screen. Lol

Same day fix, great professional craftsmanship. Also notice my speaker needed replacing and was able to basicly make the phone look and sound new again. Will be going back for future work. Recommended!
