Dr. Phone Fix Professional Cell Phone Repair Sherwood Park

I’ve had two repairs completed on my iPhone in the last few months. One was a faulty charging port and the other was the screen. Both times they were repaired extremely fast and was quoted before. Both repairs had warranty issues though.

I had an issue with one of my speakers that I felt was warranty because it happened at the same time as the charging port. It took 3 times for them to understand the problem but did fix it in the end under warranty but was difficult as I kept having to explain the problem and they said it worked but it didn’t.

The second repair was a faulty screen. Repair was quick. But it only lasted a week until the screen was cracked again. It did fall a couple feet and did have a screen protector ($30 bought from them) and a hard case. They took off my screen protector and damaged it so I couldn’t use it anymore and said it was $30 for a new one. They say they have warranty on their screens but they don’t because if it’s cracked then they say it was dropped and that’s not covered. I dropped it at a reasonable level onto hard plastic and feel it should last longer than that.

Overall I enjoyed the quickness and upfront pricing but I feel they use cheap products that don’t hold up. I won’t be going back because next time I will get it repaired by Apple or get a new phone.

Hi I’m a 10 year old girl and my cord for my tablet broke off in the charging hole but anyway I got really worried and sad and I was haveing a terrible week and that was another thing on another, so my mom booked an appointment for my tablet and we went there and the amazing beautiful lady took my iPad and got the cord out in under 4 minutes and then she gave it back to me for free! So thanks you for making my day.
