Derek did a great job fixing up my basement after a flood. I was very happy with their work and would work with them again.

I requested Dr Reno to fix me up after I had a flood in my basement. They did a great job overall I was really happy with the work they get done. I will be more than happy to deal with Dr Reno again.

Condo board hired for repairs due to flood. Wall and tile removed without my permission in my unit. No time line from Dr Reno to repair. Ignore repeated requests for timeline materials etc. Not impressed. If I hired company I would move on and and look for another but I'm stuck waiting since July 14 2022. Still no timeline on repair and my washroom is not usable for myself or guests. Multiple dates missed to meet in person to discuss issues with work material etc. They also left materials in front my door for no reason that I had to move. Other tenants complaining about timeline and lack of professionalism. Materials left scattered all over building for weeks on end.

AMAZING. I couldn't have ask for a better result. Dr. Reno does incredible, quality work for an incredible price. The quality of workmanship shows that they enjoy their job and take pride in their work. They are punctual and start quickly. Definitely recommend, you won't get a better result for a lower price from anyone else in this area!
