I had my lobes reopened by Matt today and it was a great experience! Kind, helpful and professional service by Matt and everyone else who helped me at Dragon fx. The whole thing was quick and easy. I returned to Dragon fx because my previous experiences here many years ago with my tattoo and my lip piercing were excellent. Highly recommend!

Got my double lobes pierced by Mat and it was one of the best piercing experiences I have ever had! Made sure to help me get exactly what I wanted, and talked the whole time to help my nerves. He even stayed late to pierce me and my friends! If your thinking about getting a piercing go here immediately!

I got my first piercings done here, the jewelry I got them with was great and I haven't gotten any infections

I just went back for the second time to get my nose stud downsized because it keeps snagging and then growing an irritation bump. The first time I was turned away because it was “too early” even though they told me to come 8 weeks after my piercing to get it downsized, but when I went they told me I was too early because it hadn’t been 2 calendar months. Today I came at 7: 30, well before the advertised closing time and was still turned away because the piercer leaves at 8 and apparently needs a half hour to clean. I came right at 7: 30 and was still turned away. What makes a difference of 5 minutes to them will cost me like an hour because I will have to make another trip back. What kind of service is this.

Best experience, lovely people, and great environment, 100% would recommend for a first timer.

Really regret getting a tattoo from Steve. It was rushed an absolute horrible tattoo. I am now having a real tattoo artist to cover it up. Absolutely the most horrific tattoo. Can’t wait to get it fixed.

K I had a super rad experience! Miss Rachel Dancer is fabulous at her job. Professional and polite. She heard me out (all my questions lol I wanted something kinda specific). She assessed my anatomy for placement and then explained how we could get the look I wanted with my piercings. Honey gonna be taking a lot more of my money! Will be back! Ps front end staff was super welcoming and informed too!

Got my 2nd piercings in each lobe. She did a great job! Rachael is one of 2 APP certified piercer in the city.

Great shop! We have been twice to see Steve S for tattoos and have been in love with the results both times! Would ABSOLUTELY recommend anyone check him out if you’re looking to get some work done.his personality is lovely and his work is amazing. Brought my 8 year old daughter recently who is afraid of needles. She wanted her ears done for a long time. I couldn't be in the room with her but her piercer did a wonderful job making her feel comfortable, safe, and even let her come see me really quick before she did the other ear. Great service, definitely recommend, and will be back!

Dragon FX’s piercer Rachael is the best hands-down! I’ve seen her for a large gauge conch and a philtrum piercing so far, and she is absolutely wonderful, so skilled, and very professional, i could not imagine seeing anyone else for piercings in the future. Whether you’re going in for your first piercing, or 20th i recommended her 110% if you’re feeling nervous she will always do her best to ensure you feel comfortable, as she always goes the extra mile for her clients! I don’t have enough good things to say about this experience. I was a walk in tattoo and Tod had me seated and ready to go within 15 mins. Tattoo was extremely fast, clean lines and exactly what I wanted. Explained the aftercare really well. He was professional and clean. Overall an amazing experience and would recommend to anyone. Staff were all accommodating and kind.

I got my nose pierced by Rachael 4 months ago and haven't had any problems with healing. I had a medical appointment recently so I got retainers put in my nose piercings then went to see Dragon FX to get my original jewelry put back in. I asked Matt to be gentle as my nose was very sore from the retainers and Matt was so gentle I couldn't even feel the jewelry go back in which I really appreciated: ') They have a very calm energy, listened to my request and informed me about better retainers for next time. Everyone at this location is always so kind.

Today I went to DragonFX to get my helix pierced by Matthew. He was so professional and eased my nerves, then did a wicked job piercing so it didn't drag out or hurt more than necessary. I heard about him because of the awesome tattoo artist Chantelle T who gave me an epic storm trooper tattoo a few years ago which I get compliments on to this day. Definitely recommend DragonFX to everyone.

Returned to get more piercings done by Mathew and had a lovely experience again! I love that he takes time explaining the process and what’s happening so there’s no suprises. Always a lovely time and will be back for sure!

Tod did a great job. The whole process was great from sending in my design, the time estimate and Tod doing the tattoo. Overall a very professional staff. I would recommend.

I came in for a nipple piercing. Rachael Dancer and her apprentice helped me. Amazing, both of them. I was nervous about showing them my breasts but they were so chill about it. I would recommend them in a heartbeat!

The apprentice is incredible! I got my threadless nose stud removed by them.they removed it so smoothly. They are very professional towards me! HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I’ve gotten 2 piercings from here. Rachel did my septum last year and Paige did my nostril piercing. Both times that I was there they were wonderful. They were kind, and answered all my questions. I love my piercings and will definitely be back for more (:

I loved it because as soon as you walk in they make you feel at home, all the staff is very friendly and treat you like family had my tattoo done by Chantelle and have to say she is very good at her job, if ever I’m back in the Edmonton area I will be sure to go back for another tattoo at this place. This was my first ever experience getting my ears pierced and I couldn’t have gotten better service. Mel at the front gave me all the information I needed and Paige was so understanding and knowledgeable making me feel very comfortable. The piercing didn’t hurt and it turned out so well! Recommend!

I have gotten my piercing and a jewelry change here 1-2 months ago, and I honestly had a really good experience with them. The atmosphere was nice and friendly which made me feel very comfortable and welcomed.
They also provided me with aftercare instructions and other informations about my piercing which was really helpful.

Di was absolutely fantastic. Her talent is quite impressive. She made me feel welcome and comfortable the entire appointment.
I also got my tragus piercing changed-for free! This is a huge bonus because they are difficult piercings to change on my own.

Absolutely dissatisfied and disappointed with customer service at this place and receptionist's Kane or whatever his name was - zero people skills - basically offended me and told me to leave the salon.
CHASE - artist who thinks he is a center of the universe- thank you for ruining the tattoo expierence for my husband and wasting his time and in the end basically stealing his money.

I Would never recommend this place for anyone after what I experienced there just watching how my husband was treated.

I did my tattoo with Shontelle- she is absolutely amazing and great artist. The one star is absolutely not for her - she was so nice, carrying and did an amazing job for me. If you wanna go to this place - book with her.

All I needed was some help with putting a stud back into my nose it hurt to much to do this on my own. I had been to many different stores from piercing to jewlery stores and no one would help me with this task. Finally I was referred to Dragon FX Tattoo in West Edmonton Mall. Much to my surprise when I walked in they were very willing to help me. So This review goes out to Cody Sayer who was very professional and took a gental approach taking only seconds. Then he was gratious enough to say, no charge. I was very very impressed at the layout and design of this salon but most of all the cleanliness. I know that if I or anyone needs these type of services I will have no problems recommending Dragon FX Tattoo. Cosmetic Artists tatoo permanent eyebrows, eyeliner, lipliner, beauty marks. They have several professional tatoo artists you can pick from and the art that you want. They have 3 locations in Edmonton: West End, Millwoods and Kingsway.

Chantelle is absolutely amazing! She has done 3 of my tattoos now and never once disappoints! She's fun to talk to and works with a light hand. This is very important when your getting tattooed in sensitive areas. The guy at the front desk (sorry for forgetting your name) is also super helpful, he is also kind and charismatic. When your super nervous about getting a painful location tattooed, he can make you crack a smile and feel less anxious. Highly highly recommend!

I had a rook piercing here and he was very nice and professional. I had the piercing previously from an other shop and I had to take it out because it was causing problems. But my piercing healed really fast and it didn’t cause a single problem! I highly recommend!

My experience at the Dragon FX was great. The gentleman on the phone taking appointments was very friendly and Rachael who did my ears piercing was awesome!

I actually had my ears pierced when I was younger by the guns and I had a horrible experience and got infections so I was left with scars. I decided to try again years later and my experience was so great. I felt comfortable, the place is clean and Rachael knew what she was doing. It’s been almost a month and they are healing great.
I highly recommend them!

I went in today as sort of an emergency as one of my old cartilage piercing started getting really angry the last 3 days and I just couldn’t remove my flat back earrings for the life of me. I’m currently 7 months pregnant and was scared I would get an infection if I didn’t get my earring out right away to clean. Even though I didn’t have an appointment, Rachael took me in right away. She was SO caring and informative - I had no idea that because of hormonal changes from pregnancy, piercings (even old established ones) can become sensitive and inflamed. I was really relieved when she got the earring out! I honestly can’t thank Rachael enough today?

Got my ears pierced on July 30th and recently slept on them and pushed a piercing in.

Staff was very professional and fast when I explained what had happened. In and out in 10 mins

Space is always clean and brightly lit.

They’re very detailed about what to expect and what to do to take of the piercings.

I went in for permanent eyebrows. Not microblading, but a solid tattoo with a slight fade or ombre at the front.and Amanda was fantastic! Not only has she been there for 15yrs, extremely professional, and is easy going. She was also very personable, the conversation was easy and fluid and the whole experience was phenomenal. I can't wait for these to be healed and to go back for touch-ups in 8 weeks. Thank you Amanda!

I went to see Rachael Dancer at Dragon FX for a conch piercing I got from another shop. It was not healing after a year. She gave me great advice and explained what was happening with it. I followed her instructions and it healed up great. I recently went to her to have my daith pierced. She made it very easy and explained what she was doing at every step. She makes you feel welcome as soon as you enter the shop. She is very professional, clean, and knowledgeable. The piercing is healing great and I have had no issues with it. I will go to her for every piercing. I highly recommend her.

Today was my first visit to this location; I was looking to pick out new lobe jewellery and get quotes on seamed rings. The gentleman helping me was knowledgeable and friendly. Rachael ended up taking over the transaction and she gave honest advice and helped me decide between two pieces. They had some affordable pieces rather than everything bvla and anatometal which is a fortune. Will go back for sure!

Got my nose pierced as a birthday present to me. Did it as a walk in, and was treated very well. I have allergies to jewelry and expressed my concern but was given recommendations. The piercer (I'm so sorry, I can't remember who, but a very nice gentleman) was fantastic. Discussed placement for a while as to ensure my piercing was subtle yet beautiful. Process was easy breezy, super clean, and was given lots of info for aftercare. Fast forward three weeks and my piercing is amazing. No pain, no lumps, no reactions, nothing! All beauty, no issues. I even called to give a personal review. Cheers, thank you and here's your 5 stars.:)

I phoned around 4: 00p.m to get a tat for 5: 30p.m. And they were very polite and the Tattoo Artist was very kind and they took me in right away. Tattoo turned out very beautiful and Thank you very much for being so kind to me.

The website is not helpful AT ALL. We were trying to get my ears pierced here, so we went there, and they said no. So we went 4 more times, said no every time! So I cried outside the door with my mom and we went to Eye of the Lotus. They were way better than DragonFX and the staff were actually nice.

I've been here a few times for tattoos and piercings. Pretty good place over all and the work is great. But I was in yesterday with a friend to get a tattoo. While we were waiting, the man and woman at the desk loudly mocked me in a "funny" tone for what I was getting tattooed. Not impressed nor very good customer service.

I had microblading done by Amanda and have not ever been happier about looking in the mirror than I have been since her amazing work on my brows! She was super nice, didn't hurt me at all and was great about explaining everything before and after. Highly highly highly recommend!

I have had 1 tattoo and 8 piercings done here, and I recommend them to everyone. I have had 4 different piercer's and I loved all of them. They took their time to mark the placement of my piercings and make sure I was getting the look I wanted. They are super clean and sanitary. They are the best for piercings and they are honest with you about everything they are doing. They walk you through the piercing before it's done, while you're getting pierced they tell you what they are doing and they always go over aftercare and just how long healing time is. I will not go anywhere else for my piercings.

Got my nose pierced and the piercer decided to put a stud in my nose that literally will not come out of my face I have tried everything. Gotta go spend $25 more to get the stupid thing out Try and educate your clients more about the jewelry you make us pay for.

I went in for my first tattoo ever, it was tiny and only took 5min. They still charged me 165.00 which is ok but they cldve guided me more about the tattoo. They cldve suggested more ink around the tattoo. I wldve got more done. I"m VERY disappointed in the experience.
