Josh responded to an after hours sewage emergency. He was prompt in his response, helpful, cleaned up the sewage, including cleaning and spraying the area with disinfectant. He also was helpful in directing me to follow up with the City to identify if perhaps the issue that led to the back up is their responsibility.

Ever needed a friend when you are in a jam? Drain Hacks are indeed a friend in need and friend in deeds. Josh and Marshall have bailed me out of some really tricky situations with my home drain systems. The last time it happened, it was a real emergency at about 10 PM. Stellar work! We came home to a clogged and overflowed kitchen sink in the evening and techie Josh had it sorted in no time. They made sure the problem didn't affect our neighbors on the floors below and were kind enough to sus a crack in our p trap coupling to boot.
