The management company emptied my storage locker and stored my belongings in generator room where I had no access to my things for 3 months. There was no warning email or effort to reach out to me about my belongings. After living there for 9 months and not having access to my belongings for 3 months they tell me that my belongings weren't in the correct locker. I was supposed to be in a different locker which guess what.had someone else's belonging stored in it. Completely unorganized and put no effort into correcting the situation. When I asked to at least waive the fee on the elevator rental to move out they gave me a run around and refused.

Poorly ran building, management was not professional. Serious dust in the ventilation system that nobody seems to care about. I would not recommend living here. The only thing going for this building is the location.

As an owner, I can confirm this is a fantastic building to rent or own. The management company Equium keeps it clean and tidy and the location is just Perfect! You are literally at the posh Mount royal area without paying the Million dollar price tag!
