My experience about Ford service - It was a terrible and boorish attitude. I haven't seen anything like this for a long time. I don't recommend them.

Very bad attitude towards customers. No punctuality or feedback from the customers. I will never come to this service again.

Everyone was very helpful and if I could give them 10 stars I would! I love love love my new Ford Brinco and the Drayton Valley team that sold it to me!

Had a van in for an out of province inspection, they told me it's leaking oil from multiple places and has a fuel leak and would need a new engine/rebuild. The leak was true, it needed an upper fuel filter replacement as far as the leak and engine rebuild turned out to be totally false as it passed the inspection at a none Ford shop with only some lube and nothing else required. Can't say it's the shop for sure as they blamed it on the mechanic but.huge difference in the price of a rebuild vs some shop supplies.

I had a minor problem with my splash shield when I travelled from Edmonton to Drayton Valley. Drayton Valley Ford staff were so helpful and kind. They had me fixed up and ready for my return drive within 20 minutes. Suffice to say, you've got a great Ford business in your town, Drayton Valley! Highly recommended!

The staff at Drayton Valley Ford are very accommodating and helpful. No messing around with giving you the best pricing available. Easy to negotiate with. I’m a repeat customer and this is the fourth new vehicle I have bought from this dealership. I highly recommend purchasing your next vehicle here. I have always been taken care of by the sales team, parts and service teams. Even if there was a sour experience/issue in the past, management has always stepped in and made things right.

Do not trust Drayton valley Ford there is no warranty on there tires and terrible customer service there. They ripped me off on tires. And because of the bad set of tires they had put on wrecked my rear differential.

I loved the service they gave me in the last few days. They fixed more chips in my windshield than I asked for and then didn't charge me for the extras. I even asked them to try one that didn't look fixable and they tried that too but didn't charge for that either. Super nice to me and insisted on not over charging. I will keep on coming there.

We have done business with them several times now and have received excellent service. They are honest and fair in their negotiations. Big shout out to Bevan and Sally for their help with our purchases.

Once again DV ford has gone above and beyond to make buying a truck a great experience. Bevan our salesperson went above and beyond for us and Sally the sales manager went out of her way to make us feel like our business matters.
