Amazing technician and great customer service. My laptops charging port was out of use when they have replaced it with a new charging port and the looks of my keyboard intact solid repair!

Seriously, a great place! After driving around from Best Buy, Walmart, Dollarama, Marshall's, NONE having any options of the phone case and protector I needed for my new phone. I took a chance here and voila! They had BOTH! QUICK, EFFICIENT, FRIENDLY AND FAIR!

I take my phone there 3 time, each time they make me pay $120, and say that the phone fell but the screen is the broke and I know that the phone didn’t fell, their work is bad, I don’t recommend this store at all. They are scamming you for your money.

I went in to get my phone repaired, they tried to up the price from an hour before when I called. Went back a month later because I went from full service to really bad cell service and was told they only supply a 30 day warranty. Tried to explain I was at the hospital with my mom in hospice every day and couldn't make it it before then, but they didn't care. I've since discovered they broke some clips and my phone doesn't seal now and my camera and inside of my phone is full of dust. Would not recommend.

Mike is very efficient, very professional, friendly, creative, and productive. He is a problem solver, always knows how to fix any problems related to computer and other electronics. I highly recommend him to anyone.

I have a Samsung A70. A year or so ago I had big issues with my screen. I left it with them after a very reasonable quote. Went back 3 hours later.they quoted 2 hours - couldn't get there for 3, was actually ready after 90 minutes as they called me. My next problem was my phone was not charging. Replaced the charging port. Very reasonable cost. Last evening my phone just quit.not sure what happened. I would only take to their shop. Was ready in less than an hour. I couldn't get there until 4pm. My phone was fixed & ready for me.and n/c. Amazing shop. I recommend them 100%.

If you're looking for an honest cell repair shop, this is it. 5 star service, very professional, speedy and cheaper than other places in town. What more can you ask for.

My kid dropped water on my macbook, I gave it to Dr. Cell after 7 months, still they were able to revive it and made it better than before. I had great experience here and the charges are also reasonable.

Today I went to Dr Cell NE location and they were able to fix my I phone 7 plus water damaged phone. They really know what ther are doing. Mike was the technician who fixed my phone. I would gave hime mor than 5 stars
