My Samsung had a broken screen which I thought was beyond repair, my friend recommended Dr Cell who quoted me $120 to fix the screen which seemed reasonable. The repair took one day and I was very happy with the result, however the screen is now very fragile. Within two days it had a few cracks from barely being touched, and a month later the screen is basically cracked to the point where it needs to be replaced again. I'm not sure if this level of fragility is due to a cheap screen being used, or is standard in the industry, but it certainly wasn't this fragile before. It would have been nice to be warned about the extra level of fragility, and perhaps they could have applied a screen protector or even recommended I do it myself. I'm disappointed my phone screen is severely damaged again just a month after having it fixed for $120 without any major drops or impact on my phone screen.

I've said it before and here I am saying it again. This place takes such good care of me. They've helped me in the past with my Blackberry fixes and now that I have the hard-to-replace-screen Samsung S22 Ultra, they are still quintessential in fixing my clumsiness and getting me back to living my life. I went to different places to inquire about fixing my old external drive, this is the only place that was able to do it.price is fair and honest, excellent customer service, fast turnaround time (fixed my external drive for an hour) and overall experience. Dr. Cell (Omar) he fixed my Motorola stilus, I called 4 different places and went personally to other 2, they told me ether can not be fix or will take 2 days to diagnose the problem on the phone. I finally call Dr. Cell spoke with Omar, as soon as I got there and showed my phone he was confident he will fix it and he sure did took him 1.5 hours to diagnose and fix my phone. He is a definitely life saver. And prices are fair. Thanks Omar

Went to get the GLASS ONLY! Fixed on an Iphone XS max here and that was a BIG mistake. My phone was working fine before I dropped it off. When I picked it up right away I noticed something was wrong. It was Soo slow and it was restarting over and over. So he KEEPS it another day and still there’s problems with it the back camera no longer works, my gps is way off and has trouble finding me on the map and he changed my phones name to their company’s name!? ! Why? ! Sketchy! What else where they doing on my phone?
