I worked at the northwest corner of the city (Edmonton) years ago and I absolutely loved it. Culture was fantastic and the work was fun. I'll be forever grateful for the opportunity giving to me by Blaine. Still have friends from the time spent there. Fantastic place.

Has happened multiple times where I’ve called in and had the part number and model number ready and they tell you they’ll call you back and they don’t and when you call the follow up you have to give all that information again. Very inconvenient and not good customer service. But being the only supplier for these parts they seem they don’t care. Kinda rude on the phone as well like a don’t care attitude.

Zero for quality of work and knowledge.
On two identical trucks drive lines worn out in 8 months.
On 3rd truck outlet line installed on opposite side from where it supposed to be (in front of the 5th wheel). Will suggest Artic from Sherwood Park with 5 star rating!

Shame!

We have used these guys a couple times and work was done quickly and for a very reasonable price. We would not hesitate to use again!

Have install and buy a wet kit for walking floor and run a super b gravel so have side dump and a end dump I speak whit 3 different personnel and at the end the results is he instal the wet kit just to run walking floor and end dump put pressure line on wrong side so my line now are rubbing together and I cant hook on my super b because no swicht for end dump and no swicht for side dump cost was 10500$ and now they cant do it right because they are to busy wow never again only good point to be honest is under the truck very well install hydrolique hose and electric wire very satisfied on that that why the 2 start but still never again
