I purchased a Chevy colorado from these fine individuals in august 2022 had the deal done insurance sent off and the salesman told me If I got a garanttor I would get a cheeper interest rate and they would pay 1000 dollars to who ever I got to sign then the truck showed up regestered in my buddy’s name they completely 100 percent took out a loan I applied for in someone else’s name regestered it in my buddy’s name the salesman put his own cell number for my buddy so we didn’t get any calls about it and they told me that’s how the banks like it that he would send proper paperwork for me never got it and every number I call them from gets blocked after I leave a message my truck has been sitting at the gm dealer for 22 weeks almos half a year now with warranty playing games even tho I have full warranty for 24 months and no one at driveline will answer me back what do I do? I’m soon going to have to seek legal avenues

Anyone else with similar experience send me a message I’d love to talk to you about our problems

This is a horrible dealership with horrible people even wouldn't co operate with police to obtain cash from a fleeing criminal that robbed and injured woman 12550! If they would have he was bringing 10000 cash and she at least would have gotten that back. Shellydoell said she would do anything to help but did complete opposite. This is horrible and unspeakably disgusting.why trust them with anything else

Had a great experience, Russel has been fantastic through the process, only thing is the truck did not arrive with a trailer brake contoller as promised. Russel worked with his team and we got the issued resolved quickly he has been very honest through this whole process. Thanks for the hard work in getting what is needed.

Will never deal with them again. Never let me pick my own vehicle. Tried to trade the vehicle I didn't like for something else and they never helped me. Now trying to sell vehicle that I received to buy one I will enjoy. The vehicle was delivered with a very filthy interior and it's been at the shop 3 times for warranty work and I only owned it for 6 months

Nothing really bad to say or good to say. Have worked there for a short period of time and it was not so bad.

We bought a vehicle from this company and it was shipped from their Vancouver location. Upon arrival the interior of the vehicle was damaged; broken heat vents/missing vents, the rear tailgate cover hanging on by one clasp, sunroof not working. They said they would fix the damages and never did. A few months of driving the vehicle we took it on the highway for a trip, the whole rear bumper blows off, when we stopped to look at it both the front and rear bumpers were ZIP TIED ON. Recently only half a year of ownership the vehicle was losing oil and was knocking, take it for an inspection and the engine is gone essentially. They said they would replace the engine as we bought a warranty. They have had the vehicle since December of 2022, they don’t return calls, when you go to the office they tell you to wait for management which never shows up so it forces you to leave after waiting a long time. This vehicle was meant to be safe for my family and paying $50,000 for this vehicle is not worth the poor service, the quality of vehicles they sell, and shady operations. I’d avoid this place at all costs. We still haven’t gotten our vehicle back and no communication on the status. Their Calgary number forwards over to the Surrey office in Vancouver and there is no one to help or assist you, no returned calls or emails. We are going to seek legal advice and pursue it.

Chelsea and her management helped secure me a vehicle. Proud customer. If you need a vehicle, head there asap. Process was smooth and took no time to be in a vehicle.

Didn't get the truck was looking for. They promised to fix any damage that was on the body or the mechanical and they didn't repair the damage done to the body the just tried to cover them up with paint. The passenger side running board was missing because it was damaged by previous owner very unhappy they charged me more than the trucks worth.

3 Vehicles bought from here between my family. All 3 have had some sort of issue. My step dads being the worst. First day, the battery died and we found out the battery was no good. 5 months later and minimal km's put on, the fuel pump has gone, so e decided to take it to the mechanic and its a $2100 job. We then asked for a full inspection done on the truck and in total after not even 6 months there is another $2685.21 in repairs from Engine Oil Pans, Differentials, Tie Rods. All stuff that the mechanic mentioned shouldn't be going with how little Km's it has been driven. We reached out to Drive Line with no offer to help. So on top of spending $XXX of dollars we have all these repairs. Definitely will not be buying or recommending anyone to go for a 4th vehicle in our family.

This is also just the big issues we have had. Doesn't include my car or my biological fathers SUV

Watch yourself with this place. I caught them lying about vehicles and trying to upcharge me.after I called them out they stopped responding to me.they had an approval in place but won't even tell me which bank it was through so I could go somwwheres else.

Chelsea out of the Calgary office went above and beyond for me to fix an issue with my vehicle which occurred when my car deal was made with an out of province salesperson. Chelsea supported me for months with trying to reach out to said salesperson and when those attempts failed, she spoke to her manager. Together they arranged to take over my file and resolve my issue even though the deal was not made through their location. Chelsea went out of her way to make the process so much easier on me. I have told everyone that I know who is looking for a vehicle to reach out to the Calgary office. Going further I will never deal with any other dealership except Calgary Driveline Auto.

Salesman, finance manager and GM all spent days harrassing me over something I didn't want, tried to coerce me into signing things not discussed, still harassed me after threatening to file a police report and actually had to file one over it.

Scam business designed to put you in a debt/interest loop.

Incredibly deceptive and misleading buisness practices. They will say whatever they need to in order to get you into something even if it's not what you are wanting. Have many text messages promising one thing then passed on to another person who says nope we can't do any of that this is what you get. I have read through the other reviews seems this Is their standard operating practice. When I sent screenshots of the promises all of s sudden they stop responding. They are not a customer focused company at all. Stay away at all costs. Trey was the initial person that was getting the approval then I was sent to Amerie.

Purchased a car through Driveline. Always stressful when buying a vehicle. I delt with Thomas at the company. The purchase process went well. I asked many questions and he had the answers. There was a problem with my remote start but Thomas was able to get the issue corrected at no additional cost to me. Overall it was a good experience

I am very happy with the service I received at Driveline Auto. The staff are extremely helpful and courteous. They helped me get a vehicle and made the process smooth for me. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle.

You can’t complain about the service because there isn’t any! Do yourself a favour and ignore any cold calls or texts from this company. They offer you a great deal (lower your interest, lower your payments) or a new and exciting vehicle that exceeds all your dreams (they give grand illusions that you have OPTIONS) only to try and stick you in something you don’t want (because it’s your ONLY option), and it’s way over your budget. Then turn around and mock you for not being able to afford such ridiculous payments. Communication is absolutely the worst, I’ll never purchase through them again! Driveline- Put me on your “do not call” list.
