I can not say enough amazing things about these guys. If I could give them more stars, I would. The best car buying experience we've ever had, but also the best overall customer service experience we've ever had. They were kind, well informed, genuine, honest and fair. Being completely transparent, car buying can be such a stressful dreaded experience, but after dealing with Rod, Dan and their whole team, this is the ONLY place we'll buy a vehicle from again. Don’t deal with them, all they care about is the next sell. I was in there this am and was looking into a truck, while driving it I noticed a wobble in the front end. One of the salesman was with me and noticed it as well. They took in to a ford dealer to have it looked at and I told them once it’s diagnosed to let me know. Never heard anything back so I contacted them and they sold it. Sleazy car salesman is all I have to say about this place. Stay clear!

Just bought my first car with Chris and it was phenomenal. Everything from purchasing to financing was very transparent as well. The staff was nice enough, however, after a test drive where the vehicle was not running correctly, I was never updated on its fault diagnosis, repair or when I could see the vehicle a second time.since the rep.never bothered to provide any sort of update, I purchased a vehicle elsewhere.

I won't chase someone to sell me a vehicle, nor buy one from a location that couldn't bother to help with a sale.too bad.

EDIT: I test drove a 2017/2018 BMW 540xi with powering steering faults and inquired about trading in my 2014 BMW M235i with Sergei P - feel free to redo your search with "Tony" and not "Anthony".

I was told the vehicle would go to the shop for inspection and will be provided updates, I came in with a good friend and my girlfriend.it's a shame you jump to conclusions saying this "account being fake" or that the "review is fake" when you're completely in the wrong.

I recently purchased a 2019 Porsche Macan S from Driverz Auto. I was treated fairly on my trade in and Sam, Sergei and Chris made the whole process a non process! They were easy to work with and super nice! I highly recommend them.

Wow awesome team of individuals. When you are buying a care from here, it is not about the car but about the team at Driverz Auto. A very fun experience. Never was buying a car a more enjoyable. STOP adding admin fee! What kind of paper and ink requires a $800 fee? Men up if you want to make more money on the vehicle and just include it in the price instead. Maybe McDonald should add an admin fee to their Big Mac meal.

Great experience at driverz auto, Ken was very helpfull and made my time there an easy and enjoyable one. Bruce helped me with finance arranging best rate from the financial institutions, i got my vehicle the next day i went to see it which was so cool, honda crv was all detailed with full tank of gas. How does this place hold such a high star rating when they're shiesty just like every other used car lot. Spoke online Tuesday to a salesman about a 2003 liberty they had and what the price was. Was told $2900 as the ad online said call for pricing, I have the chat transcript that was emailed to me as proof. The next morning I texted the same salesman about when I could see the jeep. He worked an early shift that day that didn't work for me so I had to book a time on Thursday at noon to see it so it could be cleaned and sanitized. Thursday comes and at 11: 30 I get a text saying the jeep had been sent to the mechanics for an inspection and he'd let me know when it was back. Totally fine, then 2: 30 I recieved another text telling me there has been a price change on all the vehicles on the website. I look and see that the jeep now has a price tag of 4988. That is an astronomical and unwarranted increase on a 2003 with 230000k. I was told I could see it the next day being Friday. But at 4pm Thursday I get told the liberty has sold. 2 days of wasted time and being pushed off just to have them sell it without even giving me a chance. Not to mention they ripped off some other poor sap selling a high milage 17 year old liberty for over 5k. A friend of mine who works in car sales got in touch with the manager Sam and got no where with him either. This place is no different from your roadside shack used car lot, they're all the same. DON'T TRUST THEM

I have bought my truck here, my wife and two of my daughters have gotten vehicles here, the service is awesome. They go out of there way to serve there customers with respect.

Came to Calgary from Regina looking for a RDX. Had 4 different dealers lined up to view vehicles. After visiting all 4 dealers, Driverz Auto was hands down the best. The car was exactly as advertised and I dealt with Johan and Chris who were very helpful and easy to deal with. We just bought our van here. No pressure sales staff with an easygoing attitude made this the easiest and quickest purchase yet. If only the insurance guys would learn a thing or two from these guys.

I have purchased two vehicles from Driverz and have had a great experience both times. In 2017 I got a 2014 Dart from them after my Caliber broke unexpectedly. As a female going into the dealership alone I was nervous I would be taken advantage of as some Dealerships had tried to before. But the process was easy, they made me feel comfortable and they went above an beyond to ensure everything worked out for me. They even provided me with a loaner car over the weekend while they replaced the brakes on the Dart. I never had any issues with this car at all.

I just purchased a 2015 Cherokee from them and again the process was comfortable and easy. I have had a couple issues with it, but the team has been great about it and covered the costs. I honestly can’t complain about Driverz, the team is great! I highly recommend purchasing a vehicle here!

Came across with Driverz Auto when I saw this nice sedan vehicle posted online. Next day, after work went there to see it myself. Car is a beauty inside out fully loaded with specs and techs, price is appealing, low Km, and I ask to drive it that same day! I had no doubt about it, that this car here was waiting for me to take it.
Ken was the salesman that initiated the purchasing process for me. He is super friendly, sociable and caring and made the whole process to be easy and smooth. Since I bought the car during boxing week, all their vehicles were on special price, including mine. Around $2500 off.
Next day, I met Chris, another exceptional person who took care of my financing meeting my requirements and budget. He tried different options and banks till we got the best offer. I did purchased full coverage warranty (engine, transmission and electronic) for 5 years or 100.000 km on top of my odometer reader for only $2200 extra! This to me is a steal of a deal! Just like buying a brand new car with all the benefits!

However, the very best part, happened right when I was about to leave with my new vehicle. They came to me and said: Gabriel, I know Christmas is gone, but we still appreciate your business and we would like for you and your girlfriend to accept this gift from us!
Driverz Auto offered me a all-inclusive trip to Las Vegas for 2 people for 4 days and 3 nights. Or any all-inclusive cruise for 6 days and 5 nights.
I swear I don't remember being this happy!
My experience with Driverz Auto, couldn't be any better than this! 5 Stars Rating feels to little to me.

To finalize, after driving my car for couple weeks, went to the car wash to clean it all up, and unfortunately, some paint protection kinda of thing peeled off from my front bumper. I was really surprised and upset about it so I e-mailed Ken explaining what happened, took the car for them to take a look and they said right away to not worry about it. We look after costumer satisfaction and we will fix this for you. They gave me a vehicle to drive around while mine was being repaired. Took 2 days till I got my car back. They painted the whole front bumper. It was just like new!

So here it is! It's been a month since I bought the car, and up to today, this is definitely the best dealership I ever found. And will strongly recommend them to anyone interested on buying a car!

Sold us a car with a stripped drain plug had to buy a new oil pan for it. Car also needed a new timing belt $1000 also needed spark plugs wires and a coil. Wheel alignment was way out. Back brakes were completely gone. Bought the “lubrico” warranty that absolutely did nothing! Had to pay a fake $850 doc fee which is a scam. It actually costs $2. This place is a rip off Sam is a greasy manager. I spent almost three grand on this car rite after we bought it. Big rip off. I did manage to get a whopping huge cheque for $500. Not happy.

Purchased my beautiful 2018 Hyundai Tucson from this location! Ken was super personable and easy to talk to, He went above and beyond to offer expertise as this was my very first purchase on my own for a new vehicle. The finance manager Chris was able to work with my budget based on what I could afford and my past credit issues. They quickly responded to me and answered all my questions with ample explanation to help me understand the contract.
Not only were they so great no pressure allowed me to take the charge, I felt 100% confident with my purchase!

Very pleased with my experience at Driverz Auto. I can't lie, I judged the name a bit harshly as my husband can attest to, but these guys are a division of the Woodridge Group and pretty reputable. I ended up checking out about 10 dealerships in the span of a few days to replace my car, and John McKoen at Driverz Auto was by far the best. No BS, extremely knowledgeable about the car, and no pressure. Definitely my kind of salesman. I showed up an hour before they closed on New Years Eve to get me into my "new to me" car, and felt good about every part of the experience. They did everything they could (in a very low pressure environment) to make sure I was able to drive the car home that day. The car was also in pristine shape, and clearly they had put a lot of effort into the preparation and detailing of their cars - not always the same for used cars, even at some higher end dealerships. Car felt brand new, and I noticed many of their stock were high quality, no accidents, and low kms. Reasonably priced extended warranty gave me a bit of added peace of mind buying a used vehicle. Chris in financing was very upfront and transparent, and the approval process was very painless. I also left feeling very comfortable that they would do everything possible to make sure I was happy in the car. Would absolutely recommend John and Driverz Auto to friends and family.

I don’t leave reviews, so when I take the time out of my day to write one, you know a place is either amazing or terrible. And Driverz Auto definitely deserved the time out of my day.

When people hear “car salesman” they think impersonal, pushy, rude, etc. I encountered none of the above at Driverz Auto. Everyone we encountered had a friendly disposition that took the time to answer our questions and make sure we were 1000% satisfied with everything.

No one pushed anything on us. No one tried to “pull a fast one” or try to cheat us out of any money. If anything, the opposite was true, we were given more than a fair price for our trade in and a fair price for the car we purchased.

They went above and beyond to ensure we were taken care of. The staff at Driverz Auto were approachable enough that we felt we could contact them with any questions or concerns even after we drove off the lot.

Poor Chris had to put up with a plethora of questions from my (less than car savy) self. He not only was patient with everything I put him through, but also exceeded any expectations I could possibly have had for customer service at a car dealership.

I could not recommend Driverz Auto enough to anyone. I was more than just another sale. I genuinely was thrilled with my experience with them and I never thought I would ever say that about trying to purchase a car.
