I went to return the truck. I was the only standing person front of reception, there were 7 to 8 employees busy gossiping pretending working. When I feel standing stupid there instead leave the truck keys and out, when I just drop the keys and walk out suddenly a employe shouted loud you can't wait somebody will receive you. I feel so bad. Even after that he try to be hard in conversation. Very unprofessional. I will never use them for business again because of the level of customer service Driving force provide

Always able to supply trucks to our company when needed last second for short term or long term rentals. You don't get nickel and dimed like you would at the major car rental companies. Go Bruce!

Great customer service and trucks are always in immaculate condition, way better than uhaul. Only downside is the tiny parking lot they have which can be a nuisance when you're bringing a truck back when the lot is bustling.

We bought 4 vans and leased a truck I have found the experience a breath of fresh air. Randy has been attentive to any questions with straight forward communication. Well done Randy!

TheY do all documentation and when the car is been delivery is when you notice that it not is the car you need or want.

First time renting a vehicle from Driving Force West End location couple of weeks ago, Jody Langille and all staffs are very pleasant and helpful, vehicle is nice and clean, wish I discover this place long time ago because I have been having hard time reserve a vehicle that I want from Enterprise so many times, they always call me at the last minute to tell me the vehicle I reserved is no longer available, and I have to wait over an hour for a vehicle that doesn't suit my need.
I highly recommend this place.

I rented a 2020 Ford Explorer ST and it was a great ride. The staff at driving force were professional and made the process easy and quick, as it should be. I would definitely rent from here again and I recommend it

I have had an amazing experience with driving force! My family and I rented a van for our trip to BC. I spoke with Jody over the phone to book the 15 seater van a month before our trip dates and that went smoothly. He was very happy to answer all of my questions as it was my first time renting a vehicle. He also ensured we got the van with a hitch so we had extra storage space as we needed to bring a lot of supplies.

As for the van pick up, it was by far the most amazing customer service. We came 15 minutes before the location closed and Natalie went above and beyond helpful. She was friendly, personable, patient, and lighthearted, giving us tips for driving to BC as she recently did a road trip herself. The pick up did not feel rushed and she was more than accommodating for me and my dad. I would definitely recommend doing business with her! She honestly deserves a raise!

I will definitely rent from Driving Force again because of the amazing customer service I have received from them.

I have mixed feelings about my experience with Driving Force. On one hand, their front line staff are great (very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable). On the other hand, their management team has extremely poor customer service and is untrustworthy.

This review is based on an experience I had renting a 1 ton truck from Driving Force in May 2020. I originally scheduled the truck for a two day rental in order to tow a trailer. However, I experienced problems with the trailer hitch wiring, and had to switch out the truck for a new one. I wasted many hours trying to troubleshoot the wiring issue, thinking it was a problem with the trailer wiring. Needless to say, I was frustrated when I discovered it was actually a problem with the truck wiring (Ford F350).

To make up for this inconvenience, Driving Force offered to refund me one day of rental charges, which amounted to $183.85. I received this refund on May 14. Unfortunately, I received an invoice a few weeks later charging me for three days of rental. So even though I received a one day discount, I still ended up being charged for two days!

I appreciated that Driving Force was able to swap out the defective truck for a working one, but I’m still frustrated that the whole process had a major impact on my plans for the weekend. I’m also upset that Driving Force did not actually compensate me for the inconvenience. The manager at Driving Force (Bruce) won’t return my phone calls or e-mails.

If you’re going to do business with Driving Force, I strongly recommend that you get everything in writing. And try to avoid dealing with their management team.

Pure service. I had 490$ on my credit card and they need 500$ to lock and they send me back home without car.

They made the process of getting a new car simple, quick, and easy. Dan Clark at Driving Force took care of all the annoying details, no waiting in lines at the registry! I just showed up, got the keys, and away I went. Dan also went above and beyond, putting me in touch with a company to get a liner to protect the inside and following up to make sure they took care of me. It was the best experience I’ve ever had with getting a new vehicle and I have recommended them to many friends. When I need another vehicle, they are absolutely going to be my first call.

I have been dealing with Driving Force for two years now (West End _ YEG) - consistently; renting large Transit Vans as I have a business that caters to moving and installing art work. I heavily depend on a highly organized team, which I have in-house. From my outside vendors, - like Driving Force - I depend on reliability, clean and prompt service (and vehicles) and staff that meets my needs for professional and fast service. I have been dealing (almost exclusively) with Natalie Scott - a first class Customer Service Provider - who tends to my every need - from vehicle placement (depending on the assignment) to scheduling pick-up and drop-offs. She has been such an asset to my business, that it has almost hindered me from buying-out a Transit Van (which, maybe her Boss' won't be too happy about reading). She is a wonderful steward to this business - always helping, assisting with my growing and demanding business. I always look forward to seeing her and the other people of Driving Force as I always know I'm in good hands and know whole-heartedly they are looking after me and my business' needs. Wasted so much money on Uber today to get here. Called Natalie ahead of time to clarify I could put my fiance as primary driver and use my credit card to pay for it since his is locked in our mail box. She said yes. $60 in Uber today to get there and back! When we showed up they "couldn't rent to us or use my credit card cause I'm not 21, I'm 20". My fiance is well over 25 though.
I even asked if there was something I could sign to clarify I give permission to use my credit card. They told me no cause they are "worried about fraud". How is it fraud when we both have our ID, and I have a MasterCard with my name on it? We were there TOGETHER. I don't know why we couldnt pay on my card.ive gone to other driving forces and done this (South Edmonton, Grande Prairie and Fort St John) and it's NEVER been an issue. Super upset. Needed the car for an emergency family issue and wasted my time and so much money.: (Maybe get your facts straight before lying on the phone. I asked THREE times on the phone to make sure my time wouldn't be wasted. Even if I could come back I wouldn't.

The best dealership I've ever bought a car from hands down. The whole process was very easy and pleasant. My salesman Tom Spencer was the greatest. Loved his attitude and friendliness. He didn't use any sleazy salesman tactics and was not pushy at all but very professional at the same time. Was even nice enough to pick me up from airport since I was coming from different city and got me on my way very quickly and efficiently. Thanks Tom, you rock!

We arrived a few minutes before close, to pick up a few rentals. The rentals also had a few curve balls, so definitely something you don't want to deal with as you're trying to close the place and head home. I bought a car from driving force a few weeks back, the car is beautiful and was priced very reasonably. About a week after I had the car I noticed that the touch screen was very delayed and that the thermostat also stopped working causing the engine light to come on. After calling my sales person, Adam and explaing the issues I was experiencing, he told me that I could book an appointment at my local dodge to get it serviced and that they would cover any charges given. Both Jason and Adam were very kind, helpful and professional while I was purchasing the car and continued to look after me post purchase. Overall I am very impressed with the service that they have provided me and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to purchase/ rent a vehicle.

Adam Rose was amazing. We purchased our vehicle through Driving Force West Edm and had some issues with the windshield and tires. Adam was quick to respond and made sure we were looked after and satisfied. Would highly recommend this location to family and friends.

Just purchased my second vehicle at Driving Force. Was referred by a trusted friend to Dan Clark at DF who treated my wife and me as though we were his long time friends and ensures we got the truck we wanted. This time around when we wanted to replace the truck with a luxury SUV we called again on Dan. In quick time he lined us up with our dream vehicle a Cadillac Escalade. He put us in the hands of Adam Rose who proved to be as supportive a sales rep as there can be. Adam took great care to meet our every request including a very attractive financing deal which our own bankers advised to take up. We got the trade value on our truck that we wanted. Adam ensured our Escalade was finetuned to the extreme before delivering it personally to our doorstep. Overall it was a repeat of the highly efficient and pleasant initial experience with Driving Force and I would absolutely highly recommend them to any of my family and friends who are in the market for a vehicle. 5 stars.

I coach at the Edmonton Rowing Club. In summer we need to haul our boats to various places for rowing competitions. Our trailer isn't THAT heavy but it has an ugly profile when you pull into the wind, and we need something that can keep our boats moving in all kinds of conditions. The diesel service we get from Taylor and the others at Driving Force in Edmonton is fabulous. Taylor really takes good care of the Edmonton Rowing Club

Winter safety. Our relationship between DRIVING FORCE and the ski industry started this past summer to ensure there were quality vehicle rental options for winter driving. I was immediately struck by their attention to details like snow rated tires and roof racks. They asked insightful questions on things that are often overlooked. This has already proved to be a benefit when driving on snowy mountain roads. Another notable trait is their people. Folks like Taylor at the rental vehicle call centre simply put a smile on your face by just a phone call. This seems consistent with each person we have met in the company. Perhaps there is something in the water, but it appears obvious there is a strong commitment to customer service and organisational culture. Our partnership was initiated to ensure ski clients felt secure. I am now convinced guests will feel comforted by both the vehicle, as well as the care and attention that serves them.

1st thing, the vehicle, its super clean. I've been renting vehicles from different companies and what Driving Force offers, are the best ones. Even this last rental I've done for a cargo van, its like new.
2nd, the service is top notch. I'm a blue-collar-guy and a little rough but I still get that quality service. Ashley, the rep I dealt with, is super nice and most likely they probably all are.
3rd, I may be biased because I liked them so much I bought my family van from them. And people still think I bought it brand new.
4th, it's high-quality all through out and they make it look easy. Thank you Driving Force!
