Jordan Arsenault exemplifies a thoroughly high-level customer service experience. He was able to navigate my complex requirements for a new vehicle and deliver with perfection. If he consented, and it was legal, I'd be inclined to strap him to the roof and take him with me; perhaps he could convince one of my other family members to visit more than once every 5 years. Heck, maybe he could renegotiate the KXL deal with Biden? Heh.

We needed 2 cargo vans with very short notice (less than a week) for an outside drive-by wedding reception

they helped us over the phone and online with no hassle! They also were the only company who had the vans we were looking for! And they were incredibly clean, both inside and out!

We needed a truck for work but knew nothing about the leasing process. We had initially visited another leasing company but felt as though we were being talked 'at' and not 'to'.
We then went to Driving Force and Jordan was great. He expanded on the small amount of knowledge we had and worked with us to get the vehicle we needed. We had a tight timeframe to get this done and Jordan coordinated it all within that time. He even personally delivered the truck to us!

I purchased a 2017 Ford Transit from Jon/Kyle at the south Edmonton location. The unit was in excellent condition upon delivery and the customer service was second to none. There were a few minor issues with the vehicle of which I brought to their attention shortly after the purchase. Jon and the entire DF team at that location went the extra mile to ensure that those issues were resolved in a timely manner and at no cost to me. They stand behind the vehicles they sell and they uphold a high level of integrity. Excellent job DF south Edmonton team! I will be highly recommending your outfit to friends and family. 10/10.

I don't recommend Driving Force to anyone. My husband walked in there this morning, after a night shift in sweats. He was profiled immediately by the lady at the front. She told him he needs a major credit card, in which he responded with okay yes. She then says you need ID. Which he has.
She was cold and unwelcoming, my husband walked out.
She was very unprofessional.

Usually I avoid dealerships - or salesmen/saleswomen in general - but the Southside Driving Force has completely changed my perception. Two years ago I started looking at trucks with in mind of purchasing one in the following year. I was immediately greeted with staff that in no way ever pressured me into purchasing one today but wanted to find me the perfect truck that would meet all my needs (towing RV Trailer / home renovations). With the help of Dave Barker narrowing my options, I had a good idea of the type of rig I wanted and the general price range. Dave understood I was not purchasing one now and occasionally sent me updates whenever a new truck was available at a good price. Two years later with no warning, I walked into Dave's office and he says "Hey Andrew, hows it going? ". Amazing, that after two whole years Dave remembered who I was and the exact type of vehicle I was looking at. Coming on a few months of owning my newly acquired used truck has proven to meet my needs precisely without breaking the bank. Their Certified Used program provided me with the comfort that my vehicle is fully operational and will not break down while driving through Coquihalla Highway. To this day even after 35,000 km added the truck still runs beautifully.

Usual sales people only see me as another number, a person who only means anything to them based on the most amount of commission they can get out of me. Driving Force has shown that the staff is willing to prolong a sale as long as my needs are met 100% - they don't believe in cutting corners or sacrifices. Southside Driving Force believe in customer satisfaction and I would highly recommend anyone looking at renting, buying, or just want some information to check them out.

Did I mention that my vehicle was missing a user manual and even after Canada Post lost my replacement book, Dave was willing to hand deliver another copy. Truly, an amazing experience.

Had a very good experience working with this company. Kyle was easy to deal with for the purchase, and the delivery went well with Dave including them doing extra work on the vehicle after the deal was made. I would definitely buy from them again!

Beloved place to get you journal done on time

I booked a trip to different places and theirs denied my rental car then i found Driving force haha

Don’t rent a car here. I called Monday to ask if I could book a rental under my name and add an additional driver at the counter. The lady on the phone said yes no problem. I went in Tuesday with my mom to pick up the rental. They ask me for my credit card and ID, which I provide. I ask to add my mother as an additional driver, they ask for her ID and credit card. She doesn’t have a credit card, which is why I booked it. She needed to drive the car while we had it. They refused to rent the car to us because she didn’t have a credit card. Why would you need two credit cards when I have prepaid for the rental online as well as provided one for the deposit? Absolute waste of time.

Update: it has been a week now and I haven’t received my money back for this rental that I did NOT get. I’ve called and emailed and have not heard back from anyone. Please refund me.

I don't own a minivan because I think it's uncool. But I needed one to drive my family out of town for a wedding. Driving force offers unlimited km, while other places didn't on a minivan. Also instead of a base model, I got a fully loaded Pacifica, with powerlift gate, power sliding door etc. I didn't have to cruise around in an uncool base model.highly recommend this place if your looking at renting a vehicle!

Mike Collins did a superb job when we bought our tires! We ordered them Monday and they were in and installed by Thursday! Beyond impressed with his level of customer service!
