Great store! But service is iffy on faulty shoe exchange.wanted a fix for a recently bought shoe (the day before). Told it was too worn to get an exchange for one shoe. In the end amazing store and helpful customer service but I would recommend a different store for a proper exchange.

Wanted to say thanks to the store associate, who was with us during the lockdown of the mall on 8/21/23. Unfortunately, I didn’t ask her name, but she did everything according to the textbook and remained calm and helpful throughout. She also told us that store management was checking in with her via texts and let her go home afterwards without doing closing procedures, which is really humane thing to do, since a lot of mall employees had no choice but to stay late and keep up with regular closing chores. Even though we didn’t get to buy anything that day, I’ll definitely come back.

Thanks to Carrel for all his help with my mother and I. Lots of questions and they had all the answers. Thanks so much for all your help and kindness.

Beautiful little boutique store on trendy Europa Boulevard WEM. Amazing atmosphere and décor inside, great music as well (lots of early 90s tracks that I don't hear on the radio anymore, felt like I was in high school again back in the early 90s when Dr. Martens were at the height of their popularity). Good selection of styles and colors of various Dr. Marten boots and shoes. Staff were very knowledgeable and helpful. Unfortunately the shoe I was looking for in my size was sold out so I had to order it from the Dr Marten website, which was too bad because the store price was $20 less then the Dr. Marten website price. The store is easy to find in WEM on Europa Blvd, easy access to get to from outside the mall on north west side 2nd level where parking is more available. Would definitely drop by again any chance I get to check out any in-store sales they might have and to listen to all the great early 90s music they have playing as well.

We were there again today. Second pair of boots in as many months for our kids. What amazing staff the WEM store has. Welcoming, knowledgeable, patient. Please know how great your people are. It makes such a difference. So very pleased to see your inclusive signage on the counter. It means so much.

Had the best customer service here. All the staff was super welcoming and kind. It was just a positive atmosphere all around. Chaz was absolutely incredible and even went above and beyond in explaining everything, including how to properly care for your shoes. Thanks so much Chaz for all your help! We really appreciate it. 10/10 recommend.
