I purchased a drone accessory online; note that this item was not available anywhere - this was a Christmas gift for someone. Chose the pick-up in store, for the Vancouver store location. Purchase went through. After 2 days (on Christmas eve day), I called the only phone # available on Drone Shop's website and asked them for the Vancouver store's phone #.

To my surprise, I was told that the Vancouver store location is no longer open, and that my order would have to be cancelled. I wasted 2 days, was out of a Christmas gift on Christmas gift and nobody cared to call or email me to let me know that the Vancouver store was no longer open.

This was my first and last experience with Drone Shop Canada.

Staff rude not helpful at all. Guy had problem to come out from behind counter to help customer Dt Dec 13 2023 time around 1.15 pm. Will buy drone from Best Buy / Costco way cheaper and good customer service.

Disappointing! Bought drone at store, asked for accessory, told “next week”. Emailing weekly, frequently reassured I would be notified when Mini 3 Fly More kits come in. Today I’m told “we have them, but we’re allocating the ones we have”. Found it in stock next door at Best Buy. Adios!

My Phantom 4 standard RC was not charging so I gave them a call to see what could be done. They offered two solutions: a repair for the RC or replacement, both offered at an amazing price.

I decided to try the repair and had it in the same day and fixed in less than 24 hours. I've since tested several times and it's working beautifully again.

I would absolutely recommend them and couldn't be happier with my experience here.

Delayed my order almost for a month and they didn’t want to make a refund. I still didn’t get anything from store: no drone, no money!
