Getting my eye exams here is a great experience. They are co-located with a Lense Crafters which is handy, in West Edmonton Mall on the ground floor near the exit so there's always lots of parking and you dont have to slog through the mall to get to them. They process my work insurance directly, but for me the best part is that I can book online and then on the day I'm in and out in 20 minutes with no waiting. The staff and doctors are super friendly and helped me out with an eyeglasses prescription and then again with a contact fitting. I will definitely be coming back for all my eye exams.

I have been a loyal customer to BOTH locations for 15+ years. Amazing service hands down! Ive lived in southern AB for three years and I STILL stock up on my contact lenses when i frequent Edmonton. One phone call to either location and they are always willing to accomodate me. I have yet to find similar services at my location!

Dr. Klair is a fantastic optometrist. Easy to talk to, and very helpful. She takes the time to listen, and make suggestions on eye issues. She is very friendly and I will definitely keep coming back!

My first time in that clinic. I switched from another one, thinking that an expensive eye exam would be a better experience, but it wasn't. Staff very polite, exam very thorough, but minimum interaction with client from the eye doctor, just polite; eyes health education absent; explanation of results basically none, if I don't ask don't get any feedback and just get my prescription; lack of interest on me when I said I wasn't interested on glasees from them. No an experience to repeat.

I’ve been going here for a long time. Essentially I was forced to either buy overpriced contact lenses through them, or pay $50 for a trial pair to receive my contact lens prescription. After speaking to others, this is not common practice in the industry. Just simply gouging. After 20+ years at this clinic, that will be my last visit.

Friendly and efficient staff. Dr. Pyarali Was quick but thorough. Took time to fully explain conditions and treatment. Highly recommend.

I have had my eyes checked at this office for over a decade. I recommend it wholeheartedly. They care about their patients, are very knowledgeable, and professional. Their front staff is always kind and ready with a smile to help with whatever you need. They also sell contact lenses, and have a variety of options which is great.

Even though it had been 16 years since I was a patient here they treated me like no time had passed. Everyone is super polite and friendly, the office is up to date and clean and the exam by Dr. Pyarali was very thorough. As long as they are open and I am close enough, I will always be their patient.
