DSW Designer Shoe Warehouse

My family and I bought shoes for a wedding at DSW, and we asked the cashier for the washroom key after paying for our shoes. She said we better use the mall washrooms. We won't be using DSW in the future.

Worst service for customers. I bought a pair of shoes and the two people in the store were unprofessional and no courtesy, very rude. They didn't give me any bag to carry the shoes. Even no lid on the box. Disappointed.

Went to exchange online order to smaller size. I tried on at my front porch, took 3 steps front, 3 steps back to check if I can walk in those high heels. Then they were too big so I decided to exchange. The store manager accused me of wearing it out and returning it for cash as rubber underneath the heel is damaged. I literally wore it less than 30 seconds, and the rubber did not look damaged to me but they told me only unworn shoes can be returned so next time try high heels on soft surface like carpet. My family were very confused as they saw me try on for 30 sec and put them back in the box so it was odd that they said shoes were too damaged.

I was also told by some friends that Sunridge location often have people who are trying to return used shoes for cash so the store clerk may not be sincere compare to the other location. I understand that could be the case but I did not even walk 10 steps in those heels.

If I cannot return online order because I tried them on, how can I shop shoes online? I felt pretty unsatisfied with their customer service. Especially the manager who was not sincere and talked to me with accusing tone of voice.

It's nice collection of shoes but the prices are not wholesale as they claim and their name is also Designer Shoes Wholesale

Lots of options and great prices provided you find your size in the design you like. They have lots of famous brands. Mist visit!

Worst Customer Service. The sales representative named Jessica was very unwelcoming and so rude when I was trying to pay for my shoes. I didn’t want to provide my email address but she refused to help without an email address and forced us to provide an email. Then she asked for my phone number and my first and last name. This is just ridiculous. I understand that may be she wanted to create an account or whatever but I never wanted to sign up for one. Customers shouldn’t be forced to provide their full information in order to buy a pair of shoes! And if they don’t wanna give information then why are you guys forcing to provide information? It was a very humiliating experience and I ended up leaving the store without buying. NEVER GOING BACK AGAIN!

I wish could leave 0 star but there is no option unfortunately. The staff and the manager but were ridiculous. They were treating me like nothing. Wouldn’t recommend at all. Need to learn some manners that how to treat someone. Attitude was like they are on very high level post. I wont go back to this place ever.

Found that the shoes I’d like were not in stock. A little disappointed in that

I've been back. And this time they had lots of new balance shoes. Picked the first pair I tried and love them!

Bad experience last night April 13,2023 with the closing staff. Trying to purchase this last pair of shoes with the wrong box. Waited 15 mins for them to get the right box, couldnr find it. Ended up telling us they cant sell me the shoes cause theres no box. I dont need the box. Disappointed.

DSW is your one stop shop wether you want Jesus sandals or some classy dress down shoes or runners or new wimter boots. This is your spot you will def payless than sportcheck or other non direct shoe companies. Reasonable on returns as well.

A lot of options but the prices are high and even if you get clearance items they are more expensive. Better off getting them from actual stores.

Given enough time to browse, you can find so e great deals here. I always enjoy looking through the clearance section and almost always find something to my liking.

Typically overpriced, very large store. You have to look hard for any deals here. There are specials wracks at the begging on the store entrance, just walk forward 20 feet or so.
