Good place to wash our vehicles, and not as busy so waiting less (only waited once since living in the neighbourhood)

Overall quite good. I wish they had more tools and options for cleaning. If I go next time, I would take some of my own tools for treating some tough spots and wiping dry. Credit card machine required swiping multiple times and didn't work many times.

Nice and clean, friendly operator, wash bays are a good size and good wash value for the dollar.

Very friendly staff always good with handling any customer that come through the bay doors. Very clean washrooms all the necessities for Car Cleaning is in the vending machine. All washing station r very clean.

Go there all the time, never had any issues
with equipment. Friendly staff, change machine always has loonies. The bays are always cleaned when as soon as a customer leaves the bay.

Good pressure, full selection of soap, pre-wash, conditioner and wax. Friendly staff keep the place working well with good pressures and always clean.

The price is for the wand wash is one of the best in the city, and if you're very particular about washing your car they let you do bucket wash/hand dry if it's not busy. I exclusively do bucket wash and this is the only car wash I go to now because some others won't let you

Dani is the nicest guy ever, always helpful and smiling, ready to give you a hand and show properly how all the thing in the boxes work. I always take my car there for cleaning and never dissapointed.

Definitively a place to visit if you want to invest a little time in servicing your car.

$2 to start and $1 every minute. Somewhat slightly expensive than other car washes but staffs are very helpful.

I've washed my car a few times at this location over the past year or so and I can say I always had a great experience. If it is not too busy, they let you dry car inside without you rushing you out and they do ask you to leave if there is line up unless you are continuing to pay. It is fair and square. Products used are great quality and Leave your car shiny. Water is hot and has good pressure even when it is freezing cold outside. Happy to be a customer!

This was my first time, I got help from "Preet".
He clarified to me what to do and I did not have enough coins he helped me as well " you may use credit if you want".
I may not be the best person to judge soup concentration but I can tell you that it cleared all my car muds and dirt.
The space you have per car is great and more than enough for a big guy to move and wash.
I used brush, soup, vaccum and water; next time I want to try wax and tires option.

The have manual car wash and automatic car wash.

The best is the 15$ package for the automatic car wash.

For the manual you have to be ready to run like a crazy person cleaning became you have timer that starts once you pay.

The Duggan car wash is the standard that I compared all car wash in Alberta to. It is clean and chemically are fully stocked. It could be better lit. I have only found a few other car washes better than this one but they are definitely above average

My favorite car wash in the city. They have a carpet shampoo/ steam cleaning option and paint protectant other car washes don't offer. And never really have to wait

This carwash is great. It's an awesome place to wash your car in peace. Call me crazy but it's one of my favorite things to do lol.

Best place to clean car. I have been using Auto Car wash services and this is far more better than that in terms of cost and value. Staff member Dipen is very helpful and show me all the tricks.

Just popped in here for a wash on our truck, and it was the closest one to our hotel. Our card wouldn't work in the machine and the employee lent us their card, let us pay it back. He even helped back our truck in! Super awesome staff here. Bays are large and have all the necessary things one would use to wash their vehicle.
Easy to access on entrance or exit. Decently priced for a wash! Will recommend to friends that live in the city!

I highly recommend this car wash, I was there this afternoon around 4pm, very clean place and the staff was really helpful

I quite like this local car wash. Staff are very friendly, always see them doing something like cleaning or checking equipment. I trust this team. They also don't mind if you wipe your car down while washing, AS LONG AS there are empty spaces (they do have a sign up that asks you not to sit in the bay and wipe your vehicle down, which makes sense)

I have been going for years. They have the triple foam which means if you are particular about your car, you can achieve the wash you want with out using the brush. My vehicles are black so the brush is a definite no no!

Place has gone downhill quick since it changed ownership. Have lived here for 8 years, will be spending my money somewhere else.

Good location. It tends to be quite busy on the weekend. Come after 6: 30pm and you should have no problem finding a stall and having time for drying your car after. Everything works, and rates are reasonable. Staff is friendly too. You can pay with credit card now too.

Decent deal on pressure washing your car and they have plenty of good soap and brush options, Nd carpet cleaning if needed

They are handing out gloves, to protect the spread. Always cleaning and professional employee in the morning.

Some RUDE staffs push customers to end washing really quick even when customers have paid and are using their services. I won’t recommend this place if you want a pleasant car wash experience! These RUDE guys should be FIRED!

It’s a great place to go for a car wash. I’ve never used a DIY car wash before so it was a new experience for me. Mr. Dipan Patel was exceptional. So helpful and engaging. Making sure I had the best experience. Not just that I noticed that his engagement was the same with every single customer. Going above and beyond and that too on a day with -41degC windchill. Kudos to you Mr. Patel. You’ve won a customer forever. I’ll come back not just to wash my car but for the great service. Keep up the great work.

I was in a hurry this morning and didn't know how to wash my car with their machines as my husband does it, the attendant helped me wash quickly. The best clean ever got in $4. Unbelievable amount of soap and it was so hot it melted all the ice by the tires.

It can be a good carwash if water pressure was higher. The water pressure is very low and it takes forever to wash a car. Water is not hot and indeed it is cold.

My truck is super big and never an issue washing at this car wash.today i tried the automatic wash and it was great!

Buyer beware! I used to like this car wash. Now the pressure is low. And I couldn't believe they use cold water. Especially in the winter.
I asked the worker about it and he wasn't helpful or concerned about the cold water.
Not good at all if you have any ice on your vehicle.
Will not be going back here again.

Best car wash I know. Compare with other car wash Duggan has more space to wash our car. Bay space is the main advantage.i was a Customer From 2011 to 2018 then I moved to west.

My child goes to school by the car wash, always saw it but never used. It's way better than most car washes I have been to. Good peessure, the pre soak worked well and soap came out. Attendent was friendly and offered to help. Recommend them.

It was great. Stalls were clean. Nice and wide. All the chemicals were strong and and plenty comes out. The attendant was very nice. Recommend this place. And lots of room after to dry your vehicle. And if bays are open, you can do all your work inside.

This carwash has VERY wide bays, perfect for pickup trucks. It is very clean and organized. The price is excellent considering it is a hot water wash which works very well. 10/10.

Touchless Car Wash is excellent. Wash bays are spacious and clean. Got my vehicle cleaned/detailed today and I am very happy with the result. Staff are friendly and polite. Owners have done many upgrades and it shows.

First time using their touch less car wash and I have to say I am very impressed. I have never had a touch less do such a great job. I like how the machine scans the contours of the car and the overhead spray arm comes down and sprays really close to the car for the front and back. The only negative is the price is quite high for the best wash at $18. If they lower it to like $15 to be competitive to the other washes they would probably get a lot more business.

This car wash is run down and poorly managed.
The lighting in the car wash bays is like your washing your car in the dark.

Most of these 5 star reviews are from the owners family and friends vs.the real reviews of customers actually using this facility to wash their vehicles.

Response to owners response:

Half your lighting is HID and LED and half the bays are under lit and dark.
The car wash was dead that day and no attendant on-site and three of the bays were closed off.
The car bay stall curtains are falling apart and taped up the paint is peeling, etc i can come over and pin point all the issues if you want.

You better fix your business practices and your attitude because the customer is always right not the owner. Look at your responses to the other customers review you blame each of them for their problems at your facility. While you should be the one sucking it up and making it right.

Best Professional staff.specially first time users must go in morning hours attendant is very helpful there and have services like touchless car wash, vaccum and soap is perfect.

My first ever negative review of a business. Im sad about the outcome but felt I had no choice.

2nd update
From the updated response from the manager of the car wash I see that there is good reason to never return. He claims that they "offered" me money. They certainly did not! And they accused me of asking for free money. (Why would I even do that?). My car was already washed.just was finishing the rinse and had 57 seconds left on the timer when it quit working.hence the reason i went to ask for help.
I rest my case.

I liked the convenience of this location and had been there many times with no problems but if the machine doesnt work properly and you ask for help.beware!

I see that they made a post below that says I was trying to get free money. Seriously?
Well now I have to post what actually occurred.
I'm disappointed in the attitude of two workers at our Duggan car wash. I wash my car there several times a year and have always had good service and have never had a problem til today.
I put my toonies in and was washing my vehicle when the machine stopped before the time was up. I had just about a minute left on credit on the machine.
I walked over to the office to ask for help and they sent a young man over to see what happened before the other man came over. He said I would need to put another toonie in to get it going again. I said I only needed the 57 seconds left on my credited amount to finish and dont want to add another toonie.
He replied with" our machines dont break like that and you must add a toonie to get it going again" and then he added
" we have a huge customer base with no complaints".
I was stunned.
I just wanted to finish rinsing my car off.
I told him I'd rather have my money back for the balance left instead of adding another toonie because at that point I was ready to leave even though I still had soap on my car. I just wanted to get out of there instead of continuing to be yelled at.
He then said to the other guy who was with him " Its ok, we dont need her, we'll give her a loonie. "
I left as fast I could after that.

As I said, if you need any help there.dont ask

Don't like the credit card prepay. There $10 and I usually use $8 or less. Rather use coin machine. Do not like to go back and forth for $2 bucks. They figure they can make more with prepay credit cards. I asked why the coin machine not working and they don't give me a straight answer. It's all a scam to get every loonies or toonie from customers.

Very affordable car wash, I like their pre-paid pass it gives me 10% off also i can use for their automatic. Staff is so friendly and always smiling and willing to help. Pressure is good, soap comes more than other car washes I have noticed. I wish they took debit on the machine but i bought my pre-pay pass with debit.
