We came in a few days before a sale, and Cameron advised us to come in once the promotion started to get what we wanted at a significant discount.

When we came in first thing in the morning to take advantage of the promotion, the paint was ready to go and we were in and out of the building in less than 5 minutes.

Highly recommended!

First time dealing with this paint shop. They seem pretty good and knowledgeable. Cater to walk in customers and contractors. Help me with my paint color choice and I was on my way promptly. Not too busy so wait time was minimal. I'll be back

Excellent customer service. Helped me color match a splotch of paint on an old doorbell. I was expecting it to be a long process since I didn’t have a great sample but they called me back an hour later with a completed can. Match was perfect. Thank you very much!

Best paint store service that I have experienced. In a pandemic, it sure was nice to have such incredibly friendly staff to serve me. Thank you so much for the TERRIFIC experience today! You guys are my new paint store.

Built a deck chair with my niece. She wanted to paint it some really loud colors. We went in to Dulux, and were helped out by Cameron. Excellent customer service, very personable and knowledgable. Much better experiment than you will ever get at any big box store!

Very disappointed with customer service. I had to work today good Friday 2020 and I called to see if they were open and got no answer. So I checked the website and saw that they were closed Saturday and Sunday. So I asked my wife if she could bring the can of paint I needed tinted (the can had the chip colour needed). She texted me back that they will only help professional painters in store but DIYers had to order online with curbside pickup which I do understand giving covid 19 but I did check the website and there was no mention of this policy change. So the fact that I wasted my wife's valuable time and that I can't finish my trim. Today was the last time I will be using them. I going to colour match what I need from another vendor.

Kim is the person you want to go buy paint from. Everything from product knowledge to light hearted "my dog does not have a name yet". I found my place to buy paint.

I contacted this Dulux location to order paint as I have on numerous occasions within the last few years as I am in the middle of renovating my house. I generally receive good service and would simply call and state I would like to order more of what was previously purchased with sheen and quantity. I'm not sure if the person who answered the phone was having a bad day and I'd hate to judge anyone for that but as a customer I should never have to ask if they'd like me to call their business back when they're in a better mood. They were short on the phone, they scoffed and sighed at me, and were rude to me when I asked them to look up a previous order on my account. I ended the call and took my business elsewhere as customer service is important to me.

We had excellent service by a young man named Ced. He helped us out completely, even though we showed up 30 minutes before the store closed. He did research for a colour we had forgotten about, and even called other stores to inquire.

I highly recommend this store for the customer service we received.

I am a fan of Dulux paint outlets and the paint they sell. This location is really not my favourite however. The staff here are not particularly helpful, they do not listen to what the client is saying. English is my first language and I normally have no problem getting my point across but I found that even trying to explain something two or three different ways, they just keep repeating what they think even if it is not on point (English was the clerks first language too). The one in St Albert seems to have far more knowledgeable staff that are willing to listen and understand what it is you actually are trying to accomplish.
