I drive a Ford Explorer. They service Ford Explorers. Moved to Lethbridge just over two years ago and won't go to any other dealership. They are really good in every aspect. Service advisors, sales people, parts people, and mechanics. All must be well trained and experienced, because they do a great job.

Unable to repair cars. Bought a new car in Aug of 2018. It has been in the shop 12 times for the same problem. Still misfiring and they don't know why. Will never buy a car from Dunlop Ford again. Maybe never a Ford.

If your looking to purchase a vehicle I’d highly recommend going and seeing Tom in the sales department. Tom was phenomenal to work with from the first visit when I first went in the order and build my bronco to the day I picked it up. Justin in the finance department made the process smooth and worry free. Ian was also fantastic making sure I was happy every step of the way.

Have been buying vehicles from Dunlop for 15+ years now. Sales dept is great to deal with- hats off to Ryan and Brett. Dealership has that "hometown" feel to it- all the staff work hard to make sure that the customer is looked after! We will definitely purchase there again.

The worst service in the West!

The Service Manager has now Contacted myself and we will see if we can get our issues resolved. I will have to hold to my rating until such time as the service has been completed. I will give him credit for reaching out to me!


I was contacted by the Service Manager and all was resolved. A special thanks to an Assistant Service Manager by the name of Krista Terry whom was pleasant and efficiant for the correction to our issue!

No better service. My wife and I have purchased and done all the vehicle servicing through Dunlop because there is no better - and we live in Sylvan Lake! Dealing with Dunlop is worth it to us. The person touch this team puts into us and our needs, and finding the right deals is wonderfully appreciated. Brett is a talented salesman who truly cares for us and our needs, and he even drove our new Escape a distance to deliver it to us. Justin in finances is adept and thorough, finding the best deals he can.
Overall, this is the best experience and continues to be the best service we have ever had. Thank you to Brett, Justin, and Shaun for making us feel appreciated and listened to. You go above and beyond.

My 2018 F150 started having significant issues after a technical bulletin repair from Ford was applied to my vehicle. The staff at Dunlop was assisting me all the way through to get this issue resolved with Ford and they fought hard to bring these issues to a close. As of yesterday, I have received my truck back and all issues are resolved. This would not have been possible with the unwavering support from Dunlop Ford!

I would like to give a big shout out to Tom and Justin for finding me a great Ford Escape which I love more then anything. Also for helping me out with a situation that my dog did to my passenger door panel he scratched it and put gouges in it to find out that it isn’t covered under warranty. But these 2 awesome guys found a place for me to get it fixed and it didn’t cost me anything. I would def recommend Dunlop Ford in Lethbridge and go see Tom or Justin they are awesome

Brutal service! I had to explain to the service writer and manager what a outer pinion bearing was. Then to have them tell me they can't replace it without rebuilding the diff! Scammers!

Terrible experience. We drove 3 hours to look at a 2016 mustang that apparently only had rock chips. Front bumper was barley hanging on, the dealer used hot glue to attach it, which according to them is apparently there standard repair. Rear bumper had massive panel gaps, multiple clips broken or missing. Massive waste of our time.

Dunlop Ford is all about long term relationships. They have a great staff who have helped me through 2 vehicle purchases and hopefully more to come. They are transparent, fair, and want you to be a customer for life. I have recommended friends who have been treated like family.

I was lucky enough to purchase a vehicle from Dunlop Ford this past week. The sales and finance team was great to work with and couldn’t have been kinder when I asked questions. (I had a lot!) I loved working with Jackson, Gord and the whole team from start to finish. When I asked about winter tires, they were able to add them day of which was a huge blessing in this past week of storms and snow drifts. Couldn’t be happier with my choice to buy a Ford again and especially from this team.

Called about electrical problems with driver door, buzzing and interference from speaker in cold weather, power to keypad but not responding to key presses. Was under impression that door panel was going to be taken off and that my car would be in shop for several hours to diagnose issue. Cleaned out door tray to make sure I wouldn't lose anything and dropped off car. Wiring was never checked, speakers were never checked, door panel was never removed, was told sound was change in door tray, and was charged $80 for a tech to try using door pad and tell me it was not responding to key presses and should be replaced. Nothing was diagnosed, nothing was repaired.

When I asked for a quote on a replacement speaker it took 2 additional phone calls over 3 hours to remind them to get a price.

When I took my car for an oil change was left waiting for twice quoted time before staff came to tell me in the waiting room that their tech tried to fill oil without replacing drain plug and had to clean up mess.

When I took my car in because the interior light wouldn't shut off in cold weather, the tech took my car into their shop, warmed it up, said nothing was wrong with the light, and sent it back out. I ended up having to replace the interior light myself because they refused to under warranty.

Not sure what is going on in their shop, I've tried to work with them but I've had enough.

Brought in a 2006 Ford Focus with engine light on and was told the thermostat was failing. Got quoted $680 to replace the thermostat and was told it was a really hard place to get at so it will cost so much. So me being a novice in mechanics went and bought the part and replaced it in 1hour and 5 min.

What they are quoting people is absolute Robbery do not use them unless you want to get ripped off.

Have you shopped around lately at car dealerships only to sense that they were trying to pull a wool over your eyes to keep you in the dark with their distracting magic tricks? Well, that was not the experience I had with Dunlop Ford.

First of all, the price they were asking for the car was plainly displayed on a large sign hanging in the front windshield. The sales person (Brett) put me at complete ease, answered every one of my questions, and made me feel like I was truly being served. (Sales people can tend to forget that purchasing a car is a major investment for most people.) The numbers were plainly displayed on paper… the price of the car, minus my trade in value (which I had already confirmed beforehand with black book trade-in value)

Right from Brett, to Gord (the financing advisor), I was at complete ease, and detected nothing but top-notched service.
My experience was extremely pleasurable… and I ‘drove away smiling! ’

Thank you to the great team at Dunlop Ford Lethbridge! I stopped into the service department today because the air was low in one of my tires, and I was having a problem filling it at the gas station nearby, so thought I would try Ford, since I have an Escape. All tires were topped up, and then it was discovered the low one had a leak. Everything was taken care of, even though I had no appointment. They accommodated me immediately. They also helped me with the keypad door lock on my vehicle, which I was never able to set myself.

They went above and beyond and I will definitely be back to have my vehicle serviced.

What can I say about Dunlop Ford. I have gotten all 3 of my vehicles from here and have an awesome experience each time. I even brought my husband over to the Ford side.which he just recently upgraded to a brand new truck (that he absolutely loves).
Tom (sales) as well as Jay (sales manager) both go above and beyond assuring all your needs are met from the time you tell them what vehicle your looking for and payments you want.
Over all Dunlop Ford is the place to go.the staff (financial and service department included) are very friendly and are always willing to help you. I will definitely be going back.

Went to Dunlop Ford with zero intentions of purchasing a vehicle. Brett came out to greet us and was very welcoming and helpful. He didn’t pressure us into purchasing at all. I found the vehicle we were looking for and Brett took the time to get the keys and show us around the vehicle and let us test drive it without any sales pitches. We left without purchasing but later returned the same day and purchased the vehicle, not only for the great price but also because Brett was so great to deal with. Upon purchase the vehicle had a minor issues with the door latch but I wanted the vehicle that day and gave Brett zero time to get it ready to roll. Dunlop Ford & Brett not only got me in to diagnose and fix the issue at their cost but also gave me a loaner vehicle to drive while they had mine. On top of all that, Brett personally delivered my vehicle to my house when the issue that was being fixed was completed. I will 100% purchase from Dunlop Ford and Brett again. Thank you very much!

I recently purchased a new Ford Escape from Dunlop Ford. Brett Turcato made the experience truly great! He was prompt in his responses, provided a pressure-free atmosphere, and took time to answer my (endless) questions. Brett provided me with various quotes in a timely manner upon my request.

Jay Laverick provided me with a stellar trade-in value. I never felt my excitement/desire for a new vehicle was being leveraged against me.

Finally, Justin Hall worked with me to get the vehicle financed. He was excellent to work with, and made the process very smooth.

I cannot say enough good things about the team at Dunlop Ford. I am so happy with the service, and my vehicle! It truly is a family atmosphere.

Had car in for routine maintenance. Have to take it again next month ot the end of this month. Good service. They have my vehicle ready when they give an approximate time or they phone with sn explanation for the delay.

When we leased our car in 2014 they were very friendly and accommodating. Afterwards things changed needed work had trouble getting appt. Now we are returning our lease they are extremely difficult and the finance person does not return calls or emails. If you have the chance go to a different dealership
