Oh my gosh! Have used their service before but forgot how caring this physiotherapist is! Takes time to understand you.and FREE Shockwave Therapy when you get physiotherapy! My plantar fascitis was disabling really. This is making a difference already. Thank you!

The entire clinic is excellent, welcoming, and professional! Ziad listens to my body and explains how to best heal and prevent reinjury. They’ve also been able to work around my schedule with the later evening days.

I have to do this review without any hesitation. From the moment you walk in through the door to actually walking out the door; you're greeted with excellent customer service and top-notch therapy that just takes away the aches and pains. The lady at the front is amazing and will answer your questions sincerely. She then passes you over to Dr. Ziad, and he takes over utilizing a sense of compassion mixed with deep knowledge to what you're describing for him to fix, and away he goes! You will actually walkout feeling something has been done about your issue on your first appointment.

Dr. Ziad then passes you over to workout physio person, and this person also takes their time to explain and show you the pre-arranged movements/workouts you need to do. All in all, this is an excellent physical therapy location, and I will continue to use it as long as I can.

Have been coming here regularly for 2+ years. Caring, compassionate, respectful, knowledgeable and great at what he does. I always walk out feeling better. Clean and modern place with a gym full of equipment to help with your recovery. All the staff are just fantastic. Will recommend to anyone.

Fantastic service, fantastic staff. The staff treat you as family, make you feel welcome, always has your best interest at heart.

This is run with hopes of helping us physically recover while trying to help us keep up with our busy lives.

After a few weeks of my boss being comfortable with my time off, I needed to make fewer appointments but try to complete my physio. They started to reach out to me to try to find more accommodating times for my appointments and started opening on more Saturdays to help me and a few other patients have an easier time to complete our recovery.
I would recommend all of you nearby think of Ziad and his team for the regular use of your helath care benefits succ as massages, or for the guidance and support needed following an injury.

I been going here for almost a year, and I can tell you you won't find any place thats so compassionate and accomadating. All the staff are super friendly and caring. Everybody just really wants to help you reach your health goals. Absolutely recommend this for anyone.

I been seeing these great caring professionals off and on for my shoulders.
These people are wonderful people who actually care about your recovery and it matters if the required steps hurt you and will accommodate you so it doesn't.
These people deserve to be in this profession and it looks like they love what they do.

Best physio therapy place in Edmonton very clean and Ziad and his wife always take care of you and treat you like a familly Good job to you guys

I was very lucky to have found this clinic and the physical therapist Ziad. It is a small family owned clinic, with one physical therapist. It can be busy at times, even with it being busy you don’t feel like you are left in the room for hours waiting for the next step.
Ziad, is very professional and knowledgeable with his treatment and works with you to ensure you have will have the best recovery possible. He is great in updating the exercises and making adjustments as my recovery improved. He is encouraging in times of frustration and disappointment. He was always very patient with me with all my weekly questions! I was being treated after a bi-lateral knee replacement.
They have a small gym where I was directed to go after the room treatment. There is a staff member always present to direct and supervise the exercises. I found this very helpful as she ensure correct technique.
I believe they really care how you are doing and you are not just another number. I highly recommend this friendly and professional clinic. Thank you so much!

The clinic is very nice. You can really tell that the money goes back to the business. All the new equipment, renovations - looks and feels good.
Ziad is outstanding therapist! I actually followed him from his previous place of work.
He always explains to the patient why and how the problem has its effects on the body. I think understanding really helps to work on getting better.
The other aspect that I like about how Ziad is working.that he makes sure to get you you comfortable and back to normal as soon as it possibly can be done. There'is no money making technics like keeping patient coming for unnecessarily long time.

Exceptional expertise! Challenges you to push yourself to heal and at the same a display of compassion for what I was feeling. He normalized my pain to reassure me it was normal and I was on the right track to getting better.

He always knows what the problem is when my back goes out, and gets me back on my feet very quickly! I will literally die if Ziad ever retires! LOL
