Products: I have no issues with their products. My builder used Durabuilt and the techs have been courteous and responsive. So far everything works great and were installed well. Their catalogue is expansive and we were able to pick what we wanted.

Service: Stay away from Jagmohan Singh - just ask for a completely different rep. He'd take weeks to respond to every inquiry and his voicemail box was always full. He ended up ghosting me after I sent him multiple emails for updates. I had to go up the chain to the Director of Sales (his boss) to get any kind of response about my order and the Director became my point of contact from thereon out. Also, when I asked Jag why my final invoice all of a sudden had a delivery charge on it, he had the gall to say he originally quoted me under my builder's account specifically saying they are a "large volume $4M customer" the free delivery was removed when he finalized the order to my own account - despite me being a repeat customer and spending $2k for this order. I will be fair and say that he got me a discount elsewhere but the poor tact is mind boggling. I pointed out to his boss that as the end user of Durabuilt's products my money to the builder would've ultimately went to Durabuilt in anyway and the comparison to my builder was unnecessary and didn't make it seem like he valued my business. Jag is the worst customer facing rep I've ever had to work with and I work with many vendors for a living. He could've easily asked a different rep to handle my order, but he didn't.

There were other hiccups along the way but those were dealt with quickly by the Directors. Thank you to Day, Rick, the techs (Dutt, Hine, Sergio) for their support.

Extremely bad products and services. First the side window was broken and damaged our wall, then the bedroom window frame crack and leaking. They promised us to fix it but we waited for months causing more damaged and they said to our builder it is not under warranty (within a year). Stay away with this horrible company

Excellent job of taking care of a problem we were having with our new condo windows by Datt and Farhan June 2023. They made sure it was all working properly before they left.

The team from Durabilt Calgary came to service our window today in Lethbridge. They were efficient, polite and professional. While they were here they also adjusted a couple of durabilt doors and gave tips about how to keep the doors functioning at their best. Great service! Thank you guys!

Dutt and company attended our service call today to address a couple of exterior doors that had air leaks. Doors were adjusted and seals were swapped and it appears the gaps are minimized and there should be an improvement overall. They were prompt, efficient, and seem very knowledgeable. Dutt explained the pros and cons, and offered some very valuable tips on how keep windows and doors looking good and lasting a long time.

Hidayat and his partner came in this morning to replace a cracked window. Very professional and speedy service!

Had an appointment booked to replace a window and they cancelled at the last minute after I stayed home from work all afternoon waiting for them. Next appointment was supposed to be between 12-5 PM, and they said they’d give us 30 mins notice when they were on their way, so I could leave work to come meet them. Not only did they not give us notice, but they showed up at 9 AM! AND they brought the wrong size window! So, two weeks later another appt.was scheduled for between 12-5 PM, with a call to give us time to get there. This time they called 5 mins before, and showed up at 11 AM and said I booked for the morning? At one point, one guy was working on the window and the other two guys stood in the hallway talking, and dropping fbombs. (All which my neighbours could hear) Also they didn’t even ask if I was okay with the 3 of them not wearing a mask, even though I was wearing one due to a immune disease. Super unprofessional and disorganized company. Will go elsewhere to have my others windows replaced.

Tutt is great at what he does! He helped us with a leaky sliding door. He goes the extra mile to make sure everything is perfect. Before he left our home, he noticed our door was loose and he tightened it up for us.

Service that was provided by Jaspreet was great. He looked at the issue and made a correction that was missed by others. Thank you
