Dr. V. UDOYE are my family doctor for about 3-4 years (in Millbourne location) since my other family doctor moved out to the province. He care and he has compassion for his patients. He never disappoint me when there is something to get attention about my health and also to my family. Sometimes you may encounter, he didn't smile or look serious but he is person who has a heart and dedication to taking care and willing to help his patients. When me and my family get to see him for medical attention, waiting time takes sometime less or a few more minutes (in Millbourne location) I do understand they are behind to their schedules especially when they are busy but the service that the MOA provided for us are way above and beyond.
When I came in for my appointment in this location few days ago, I DONT have a problem to the MOA, I get my service right away and they sent me to the waiting room to see Dr. UDOYE. Dr. UDOYE thank you for saving my life once more and you may have more life to save in your professions.

I never been so humiliated in my life like that before. I went to my son's appointment to inform Dr. Falade of my son's condition because my son was unable to go. I waited one hour an half to find out that I needed a consent form from my son and he kicked me out.

Very unprofessional and rude receptionist. Also, doctor Humphrey was always late on three different appointments with different excuses being used each time to the patients and was told if you don't want to wait until doctor shows up you can rebook for another day after driving an hour each way for these appointments. Very unprofessional staff this place should be reviewed especially the lady receptionist who runs the front end. You are not a nurse or doctor keep your comments and attitude for your own home life do not bring it into work. You should not to be able to dictate if a patient should or should not get an appointment or phone call back from their doctor you don't know the patient history as you are only a rude receptionist who shouldn't know patients history just answer the phone and do your job.

He has taken care of my medical needs and we'll he basically saved my life last year.

Dr Humphrey is a very terrible doctor, each time I go for my appointment I get at least 30-1hour delay and I complained about this to him, only for him to say I don’t want to be your family doctor again, I don’t want this job anymore.
How can someone with experience say that to a patient, such a terrible place to be.

Dr Uche Oguekwe is a wonderful doctor and staff are pleasant enough but the wait times are too much, especially after travelling from the west end. Good luck Dr Uche—thank you for taking care of my mom and I when we lived near your clinic.

We had a run around with AB Health services and was appalling at best but DX medical centre was fast and efficient. Will definitely recommend in the future.

Came in as a walk-in, was quoted 30-45 minutes but ended up waiting for well over an hour. I didn't mind because I was a walk-in client and didn't have an appointment booked. The Doctor is what really threw me off. It wasn't the Doctor who usually takes walk-in clients as he was running behind. This Doctor was quite rude, didn't seem to believe any of my symptoms and told me "I was fine". I had to beg for a prescription because I knew I needed anti-biotics.
Won't come here again, not a clinic where they are caring Doctors.

We have been going to this medical for the last six years. Dr. Uchhe is the best doctor and he listens to you for all your concerns. That is the best that you can expect from your doctor.

We have been coming here regularly for a couple of years now. Dr. Felade has become my family doctor (and he sees my younger son) and Dr. Humphrey sees my older son. They are both great physicians: knowledgeable, kind and polite. I feel lucky to have them just down the street and they are always thorough whenever we come with ailments. As for the reception staff they are super sweet to us. Kathleen is always especially kind. Not sure how other people have had issues. Surprising to me. I would give them all 10/10 stars.

I called this clinic for two things & the guy who answered the phone could not even get the information correct not to mention how rude he is cutting me off while I'm still speaking. I gave him a clear instruction as to what my contact info is then they still called my home to book an appt when im not even at home. He was also breathing heavily on the phone as if he had run a mile which is so disgusting. Then I called again to make a follow up call earlier so I can hopefully talk to someone who can make sense, the 1st time my call was answered, the girl put me on hold for 5 min & then I heard a click on the phone telling me that she hung up the phone on me. So I called again & the receptionist could not even get herself straight on what to say when answering the phone & put me on hold again.the 3rd time I called, the girl put me on hold again. Someone should train this people how to handle customer, they are very rude on the phone. I understand how difficult & trying it is, to handle a customer, I also work as a customer service agent, but I would never ever hung up on a caller unless the caller is abusive. You guys are so rude, if its not for the customers, you wouldn't have a job, no wonder there are so many negative comments on this feed. You should be reported to Better Business Bureau and on the media for the bad customer service you provide - you are in the health business, you should be more understanding & able to provide a good customer service.

Dr. Uche is patient, friendly and very knowledgeable. I didn't feel like I was being rushed from his office. He answered all of my questions.

The phone staff never answer the phones and now the clinic is closed on a Sunday with no notice though they're supoosed to be open 10-3. What a joke. Have to go to the emergency room now for an antibiotic prescription. What a waste of time. Post your hours properly or at least leave a notice.

I went here because I was told the doctor who I used to see moved and there was another female doctor at this location that could help me and I could get the help very quickly even though she doesn't work that often. 2 months later I get a call saying to call extension 2 (the Millbourne location) and when I call they tell me the lady that called is actually in the north end (?). I call extension 5 at 4: 40PM and it tells me they're closed already even though it says on the site it closes at 5PM. I'm not happy with having to go all the way to the north end for just a referral for something I'm very worried about.

I started to use Dx Medical Centre a little over a year ago in the thick of a pandemic, when you'd have expected to see delayed appointments. My experience has however been seamless with their online appointment bookings. All of the Doctors have been nothing short of amazing, taking great care of me and showing deep concerns for my health. If you ever need a clinic, Dx Medical is your best choice. Thank you for all your care

The doctor I see at the clinic seems very helpful and truly cares about giving the best patient care. Unfortunately the front desk staff seem completely incompetent. On numerous occassions they have screwed up my appointments and I have tried making complaints to their clinic manager Eunice in regards to the numerous errors the front staff had made. Eunice just says she will need to investigate and then does not follow up.

Today I came in for my 9: 30 am appointment only to be told it had been changed to a phone appointment. When I questioned why I had not been informed of the changed, I was told that someone called me yesterday. When I said that is a lie, the lady looked at the other lady and asked if she had called me. The lady said "no".

It is sad because even if your doctor is goid it makes it hard to want to go to a clinic where their front desk staff continue to make mistakes and then lie, instead of owning up to their mistakes and rectifying the situation. I worked as a Medical Office Assistant for over 10 years and never seen such a poorly run clinic.

This clinic, not to mention the doctor I've been seeing has left me so beyond TRAUMATIZED! I can't even summarize all that they have done to me! Life threatening health issues are completely ignored. I have more medical knowledge than this doctor. What happened to DO NO HARM? I have never in my life been treated with such utter disrespect. The doctor couldnt be bothered to care at all. So many issues with this place. I'm ready to just give up. Thank you so much for that.

It was my first time visiting this clinic and I'm quite happy I chose to go there. The front staff, nurses and doctors were all very nice. I saw Nurse Karen, who was wonderful, and Dr. Humphreys who was very nice. The appointments were quick. I will be returning to this clinic again.

The services that I receive from Dx Medical Centres (Trail South) is excellent. Dr Uche is an excellent doctor. He is incredible. Not only has he taken great care of my health, but also he is lovely to speak with at every appointment. He always ensure that I am properly informed about my health. He explained everything to me in a very respectful and clear manner. He always makes me feel safe. He is very very kind, a great doctor! He always takes time to listen. I always say to my family that he is a blessing. I am so lucky and glad I chose him as my family doctor and I highly recommend him to anyone. He is very very very competent. He is the best doctor I have ever had.

Honestly DONT GO HERE!
I got a recommendation to move to this clinic, first time had to cancel because of an emergency, went personally and the girl at the front was plain RUDE! I gave it a second chance, but again the receptionist was rude, doesnt even have manners. I decided to move to a different clinic, best decision ever! Not only that but they take FOREVER to take the phone, expect a 30 - 1 hour wait, unbelievable

We all take limited time off from work to make it for appointments and when you get there on time, then have to wait for 20/30 mins, It's really disappointing! I had to walk away from my appointment, as I was late for work.

They are completely incompetent. Don't bother.

They turned me away for a necessary treatment booked for me directly by someone from Alberta Health, because my Personal Health Number was "invalid. " This obviously isn't true, because I've had it my whole life and in fact just used it the day before. So clearly, the people working the front desk can't even be trusted to type a number in correctly.

They told me my options were to pay $100 for my appointment, or waste an hour of my life finding a registry to activate my Health Card (which is already active). I'm going somewhere else.

No injury showed on my MRI and after that I felt every request or complaint I had was an inconvenience.

I have taken over the care of my mother and not impressed with dealing with this clinic.

Number one, they do not have automatic doors for wheel chair users. Getting her into the clinic with the double doors and ridges on the floor is a challenge.

Number two getting a hold of reception to make an appointment or for any kind of questions is ridiculous. I understand there is sometimes a wait time, but on hold for 10 -20 min, just to make an appointment, every time I call. Very frustrating.

When we did finally get in to see the doctor, he barely saw us running in and out of the room, and when he did see us appear that he was almost falling asleep! I have never seen that in a doctor at all. I recognize it is a pandemic time and stressful, but if you are falling asleep at a patients appointment it is better to own it and reschedule so my mothers needs can be cared for properly.

So close to finding a new clinic to go to.
If you are looking for a new clinic, stay away from this one.

I got told to try this place by the U of A hospital. I thought they could take walk in's or new patients welcome like there sign said but my bad I must have read it wrong. Went in to get some bandages change. My advice try a different place first.

The administration is confused between me and other person I have appointment and the lady said no you have to wait although she was the one who booked on telephone! The after waiting 45 she told I did have appointment at 1.30! This so irritating!

Very Disappointed today. I had an appointment for next week but had to go in early due to med reaction. While waiting, the receptionist came over to me and said did you know your appointment for next week was cancelled. Why? I still need to see my Dr.for other reasons. This is unacceptable and unprofessional. I am going to write my Dr.with the details. It's hard to get into this Dr.and to just out of nowhere have my appointment cancelled. Can't help but be suspicious.

I had an appointment for February 25, I called last week and they were too busy. My appointment was for 2: 00. After sitting for more than half hour I decided I had had enough. I used to see Dr. Augustin there and was never kept waiting. Staff is always nice but if a person makes an appointment they expect to be seen within a reasonable time. Doctors don’t respect appointment times and I am tired of being left waiting. They will not see you if you are late for a scheduled appointment, why should I see them when they can’t keep their appointments.

Brought in our baby with a cough at the advice of health link. The receptionist was beyond rude and unprofessional. They couldn’t accommodate us without an appointment, I asked if we could maybe wait until the end of the day as the clinic was closing in an hour and be seen if an appointment became available. Instead of suggesting another walk in clinic or saying that there was no way they could see us, as we are obviously stressed and first time parents or communicating in any way- she walked away from us and hid around the corner. So unbelievably rude and awful.

If someone who is sick a makes an appointment, then has to wait in the waiting room 45mins (and counting) past there appointment time, do you really want to trust them with your healthcare?

The receptionist just called a woman to the front to speak to her and as she approached she then proceeded to take a phone call. Shortly after this the receptionist blamed a family of 3 for holding up the clinic (they were in there for 10 min).

This is my experience with this medicenter. Any other organization would be closed in a day but because the people who come here are poor, sick, and likely dont have the means to find a decent family doctor. They continue to wait, be lied to, and receive sub standard medical care.

Do yourselves a favor and find a better clinic.

Terrible visit waited over 1 hour with my best friend and they originally told us half hour 45 tops so did not happen took way longer than expected pushing patients through that came way after not ethical way to.run things and bad CRM after all it is us who give the business and they need to remember that

I'm sure the medical staff are just fine here; however, the receptionist at the front desk was incredibly rude and unpleasant. I understand there are regulations they have to abide by, but her cold demeanour was unnecessary and unprofessional. She even deterred me from returning once I had the right documentation. Hopefully they address this issue as I will not be returning to this clinic due to this rather harsh encounter.

Tried to cancel a monday appt numerous times, due to work. Unable to leave a message, no hours or days they are open were mentioned. Now informed I have to pay a cancellation fee. Terrible.

I go here whenever I need a quick appointment for something that can't wait to be scheduled with my family doctor. I have probably been here about 7 times since they opened. The doctors and front staff have always been really nice to me, and very helpful.

I actually had 1 experience where they forgot about me in the waiting room and I had a bit of a meltdown (I had a massive hive breakout, including on my face so I feel it was justified haha), and despite me being a little difficult they were very helpful and apologetic with me. These things happen sometimes and it's fine, just go talk to them and they will help you out:)

I would definitely recommend this clinic to anyone looking for helpful doctors. I would also recommend going right when they open to avoid a long wait. I go right when the doors open and I never have to wait longer than 15-30 minutes.
