I've had no problems getting my packages shipped up from Montana Mailbox with DYK Post. More cost effective than going with a reshipper that just uses one of the major shipping services. Pickup is easy and staff is helpful. Would recommend, especially if you get many packages from the same sender.

They are way too awesome. Have shipped hundreds of packages across the border without issues over the years. Thank you for such an awesome service!

Can't say enough good things about this DYK Post location! Canada Post's rates are astronomical especially when shipping to the US/Internationally. They take 2-3 weeks to deliver something to the States and for the most part no tracking is provided. Having the option to buy US postage & then having DYK Post drop off my packages across the border is an absolute game changer! My small business literally can't run without them!:)

Since using DYK Post for my US and overseas shipping needs, my business has increased, more happy customers, great customer feedback and more sales. It's definitely the best US and International shipping service available. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Shipping time from my location to the US is so fast, sometimes I'm shocked to see how fast my clients receive their deliveries!

I make my own labels using an outside platform, then drop off my packages at the DYK office. This saves me time when I get there. I do recommend you prepare your own shipping labels this way if you want to just run in, drop off and leave.

As for receiving shipments from the USA to Canada, the experience is okay, but not a cost saver. I mainly use for shipping out only.

I've been working with Dykpost since I started my ecommerce business back in 2015. As Dykpost expanded their business, so did we! I ship packages daily for the past few years, with very few issues. I have the pleasure to work with Mayra at Edmonton South probably since she started and we've been working together ever since! Daniel has been my main contact since we started and he has been very helpful. What I like is his immediate attention/response to an inquiry/issue. Throughout the years, i've tried a few others similar logistic company but their customer service is sub par and their charges are not transparent enough (eg what goes to them vs what is paid to USPS). Regarding people who are unhappy of packages that are received from US with hefty custom/brokerage fees, I've also experienced the same. Nothing is free I would say. If you've always purchase things online, you should probably be aware there are some companies charging very expensive shipping fees, and some don't, and most of the time, duties / brokerage fees are not avoidable. Make your own judgement on whether you should use their service or directly ship the item to your own address with a fee.

I have nothing but compliments for DYK after having dealt with them over the past 4 years and counting. Anyone that sells to the US and beyond would find their rates very reasonable, and while transit times may vary for far flung destinations (Asia Pacific, EU, etc), they are still far better than Canada Post. As for inbound parcels, one should first enquire about the anticipated duties & taxes (tariffs, GST, etc) that may be imposed by the relevant custom authorities. I believed most negative reviews seen here so far are due to individuals not understanding how tariffs and duties work.

Friendly staff, reasonable prices - just make sure all customs forms prefilled out so your pkg doesnt get refused by us customs (its a $50return fee)

No troubles working with DYK Post, I have been using them for over five years now. It can be difficult to get service but they are simply quite busy. Reviews about the shipping prices are overblown, shipping is simply very expensive since covid. The shipping service from Montana is best suited for heavy/large packages and is much cheaper than shipping via air.
