This is my go to for blood work. Walk-in wait time is generally 25 mins. Staff are well trained and courteous. Recommend.

I have a lab req to get CBC and ferritin test done every month due to my low ferritin. Ferritin was MISSED in two of the incidents. The first time i was poked twice because the staff missed and I reminded him afterward (i hate needles and thats why i was not paying attention). The second time it was not even being ordered and collected (even it was HIGHLIGHTED in yellow). Whats the point of doing blood draw if orders are not put in properly. The staff are nice. However, they have to be better trained on how to read lab req.

I wish I caught his name, but the guy in the maroon scrubs around 6: 00PM today made me feel really comfortable; and like 7 fearful patients he had one day that hardly felt anything, I also hardly felt anything when he took my blood. Things were quick and I was nervous for nothing. Cheers!

My son was very scared to come get blood drawn and Cameron was so kind, patient and walked him through step by step. Definitely recommend him for any scared children he was the best phlebotomist I've ever been too.

Cam was great. Best experience I've ever had getting blood taken, genuinely did not feel the needle. Had an appointment and was in and out in 10mins. Will only come here going forward.

Visited for blood work got bruises, though they do this all day everyday, shameful. After a week it still hurts.

THE fastest DynaLife location. Walk-ins are very much an in-and-out process. All the phlebotomists are really nice too, I've never had a bad experience and I always enjoy the little chats.
I have deep veins which makes their jobs a bit harder, but they're always patient and know what they're doing because it's never an issue and they can easily feel for a vein.
Thanks so much for doing so much work while healthcare continues to be busy and difficult. Salt of the earth.

Got blood work done here. The girl didn’t even disinfect or clean my arm before putting the needle in. She did is so roughly and rushed, It was painful and left me so bruised and sore after that I can’t even bend my arm. I am pretty sure DISINFECTION AND SANITIZATION is important when it comes to healthcare and blood work.

Came to get some blood work done. Thankfully it wasn’t busy, but I found that the receptionist could’ve been a little more polite as she called the previous patient by name but when I was next in line I was not called by my name. But overall it was a still a pretty good experience & quick.

This clinic is wonderful! All the staff are so friendly and made me feel so safe and cared for. The service was lighting fast and I really appreciate all the staff's hard work.

I have always struggled to get my blood done as I am prone to fainting. Today I got my blood drawn by Tommy at 51st avenue (South Trail) location. My experience was really good and it was all thanks to Tommy. He made sure I was comfortable and not afraid of fainting. 5 stars! I would drive across the city for this experience again.

Rude patients should be ashamed of themselves, if they don't like to wait then book an appointment and don't go in as a walk-in!

Last time I was there it took more than one and a half hour to take blood test. I think there system is slow and complicated. Because of coved they asked people to wait in their car.anyone without car wait in the cold outside.what we will do in the winter.

It’s good that this laboratory open on weekends. Staffs are really nice and accommodating. I love that staffs are efficient too.

This is the best lab in the city i’ve ever been too! All of the staff are so kind and friendly, from the front desk to lab staff! Thank you for a very painless experience!

Dashti was so amazing today, thank you for your help! She was so kind, actually from start to finish each employee I interacted with was extremely kind. The staff here seem to get along well, it was a fantastic environment. I came around 3pm and was done by 315. A week ago I went to the heritage location and the staff was literally so awful, it made the whole experience so stressful, and on top of that it took two hours from the time I walked in, to me leaving - and the lady there who drew my blood was extremely rough and careless. Would recommend this location if you are south!

Wilma does very excellent job on my blood drawing. I didn't feel anything at all. And for someone who's a little traumatized with needles, this is a very big deal.

Went here because they are usually good. Some lady behind the desk told the young guy helping me something and ran off. Next thing he says they can only do that test between 7 and 10 am. I have only done theses tests for 30 years and never before has anyone said that. So I spent more time and gas to go to Capilano and got my tests done.

I never go to any other DynaLife as this is my favourite one. All the staffs are sweet and helpful. I feel so comfortable. ️

This is the second Dynalife lab I've been to. The frontdesk staff were nice and thoughtful, she allowed my friend to "walk-in" cos he didn't schedule an appointment. The lab is a bit smaller than other Dynalife locations but the services are are top-notch! Fast and very efficient.

As a chronically ill person, getting blood tests has been part of my routine every month for the past year.this location is by far the best dynalife on the south side.quick, professional and amazing staff.i genuinely look forward to my monthly blood tests after starting to come here

Hmm came to this location to get bloodwork done on May 17,2021…. Meanwhile I’m still waiting for results one week later.

One of the women at the front desk was very rude. She snapped at me and was neglecting her responsibilities by joking and laughing with her co-workers while she should have been more focused. I am also confused as to why staff in a medical lab setting are permitted to wear high heeled shoes, long false eyelashes and heavy makeup while working (not to mention the hair hanging in the face). Aren't the people who act as receptionists also trained in other areas in the lab? Are there any standards regarding professional appearance for the medical lab assistants even when they are acting as receptionists? Are there members of staff who are possibly in the practicum stage and need reminding of these standards? Anyways, the full glam look was just distracting in this healthcare setting (specifically the shoes, which seem like a safety hazard).
Remember, when you are up at the front desk, you are "the face of the lab". Let's keep it professional.

They didn't disinfect my arm! It was my first time there, I typically go to the heritage location and they have always been clean and professional but have long wait times so I decided to come to this location. I parked and then phoned to ask about their wait times, pressed 3, they didn't pick up, I was redirected back to the menu and pressed 3 again and again they did not pick up again. Tried one last time and they picked up and told me it would be 20 minutes. I went inside right after the call and there were no other patients there, the two workers at the desk were sitting on their phones. (I don't care that they were on their phones but if they were sitting right there why didn't they pick up?) After handing over my papers and going through some covid questions I was told to just walk to the right and pick any collection chair to sit in. The worker came over quickly and was kind but did not disinfect my arm, they put on the tourniquet, asked me make a fist and then just stuck me! They didn't disinfect my arm! I have done lots of blood tests and I am a regular blood donator and my arm has genuinely never hurt the way it does now, I am bruised, the injection site is inflamed (looks like a small pimple or hive) and moving my arm feels crunchy? Not sore, but crunchy! On top of that the worker tending to the patient beside me didn't read the paperwork correctly and nearly drew multiple unnecessary vials. When the patient questioned them after being told "this is a lot of blood work" the worker then read the forms and didn't apologize, just said "oh you just saved yourself like 4 vials of blood" I would rather go somewhere that is clean and thorough and have to wait a long time than go to somewhere quick, dirty, and unprofessional. Accidents happen, mistakes are made, but in a field like this you need to do better. Not practicing cleanliness could seriously hurt someone: (

The facility was clean, but the employees I dealt with were quite unprofessional especially the receptionist.

I'm super anxious when it comes to getting bloodwork. I went a few weeks ago and had the nicest person helping me. He chatted away and kept me distracted. Everyone where knows what they are doing and are really professional.

I had to re-do bloodwork that was botched at the Westgrove Dynalife. I had spoken to Katrina on the phone in advance to ask some questions and despite the hectic pace there, she was very kind and helpful. In addition, Michelle took my samples with ease, and was also very kind. I was in and out much quicker than I expected. It is a very busy location but all the staff were trying their best to move people through as quickly and efficiently as possible. I have been to this location a number of times and the staff here have always been great. Thank you!

The only reason this place is getting 3 stars is because of the kind lady working there.

My problem with this place is that I was sent away because I didn’t have exact cash. I offered to over pay and was still turned away. First time in my life where I have encountered a situation where only exact payment and not overpayment would be excepted.

There was no line up on the day I went. There are sanitizers everywhere, and it was a quick walk-in, in and out right away. The staff was friendly.

Fast and reliable service while following all covid protocols. Staffs are polite and welcoming.

One of the best labs, each and every staff is polite n humble. Less crowded as compared to other dynalife labs so i recommend to go there if you want to save your time and they are fast too. Lab is clean and nice. Covid restrictions are followed
