Today I was a walk in at the lab. It was about a 35 minute wait, expected the people with appointments should be taken on time. Had a great lady Sara, she was kind, efficient and friendly.

Best experience at a DynaLife diagnostic laboratory location! I came in for a number of tests as a walk-in. The tests were completed quickly and the service was excellent. Thank you to Hannah especially!

Make sure you make your workplace aware that you have to come here for blood work etc. Because trust me…. Even with an appointment time, you will be waiting awhile.
This place has a high turnover rate for employees as well. I could definitely see why.
Came here acouple of times, with appointments booked and everytime it’s a gongshow to wait. It can conflict with your work if you are doing this on your lunch hour. Very poor service. Hardly anyone ever at the front desk.

The older lady who seems to run the reception area was incredibly rude, not only to myself but to the two customers ahead of me. She seemed very inconvenienced by walk ins as well as just people in general. Despite being 30 mins early to my appointment and checking in with reception, I was not contacted to come in from my vehicle until 30 mins AFTER my scheduled appointment time. When I tried to call them and explain I had to leave and could no longer wait due to another appointment no one would answer the 5 phone calls I attempted to make. I completely empathize with being busy. I do not empathize with rudeness, a condescending attitude and lack of professional communication skills.

I was a walk-in client and the wait was not long, maybe 15 or 20 minutes which is reasonable. I get blood work done routinely and have not had a bad experience when attending this location. The lab technician taking my blood was professional and courteous. I did not feel the needle at all the last two times I got blood taken by two different technicians.

It took 3 weeks to get an appointment, I showed up exactly on time and waited for over 1/2 an hour as walk in people came in crowding the waiting room. I don't know what the point is in making an appointment when walk ins get in faster. I gave up and left.

So this is actually a complaint about the waiting room system. I think the staff at the Fort Sask location are actually really good at what they do. And, like the rest of us, are at the mercy of the scheduling system and how fast they can get through the backload of customers.

I didn't have a lot of time to wait to walk-in, so I elected to use DynaLIFE's save my place appointment system through their website. So I was given the option of 9: 53am. I selected this option at 9: 25am. The website said to be there before 9: 53am so because I'm habitually early, I was there at 9: 45am and in the waiting room. I saw that my name was near the top of the list. It stayed near the top for about 10 minutes. Then it disappeared. So I waited. And waited. And waited. At 10: 40, after watching 3 people who were also walk-ins come and go after I sat down, I got up and asked for my requisition back. I got back to work and sat down at my desk and then I received a text message saying they were ready for me. So if they're going to send me a text message, why would I need to use the save my place feature from the website? I wasted an hour of my time. Not impressed. The people responsible for the waiting process need to take a hard look at what is going on and streamline it. Really guys. Who has more than an hour in their work day to spend sitting in your waiting room? NOT HAPPY.

Great staff.low wait times.wish you were open on Saturdays as I have to book time off work to get my blood work done
