I went to this location for a Urea Breath Test and was told that I had the incorrect form. They informed me that a stool sample was required when the document clearly stated Urea Breath Test. We challenged their opinion, only to leave in frustration. Immediately went to another Dynalife location and had ZERO issues with the paperwork or ther prescription for a Urea test.didn't ven have to explain it to the clerk.
The people at this particular location are not helpful, lack understanding and ability to interpret standard medical documents.

Nothing but efficiency and compassion over the last three years with my dearest husband with cancer and Alzheimer’s, who passed late last year. Thank you

Not impressed with this location, avoid it. I came in for a bloodwork draw for my pregnancy - which was time sensitive and important - now a week and a day later, and there are no results. They lost my bloodwork and deleted my previous review about it.
Update: Now an entire 3 weeks, no results, no call, no resolutions.

The lab technician identified that I was very uncomfortable with getting my blood drawn from my inner arm. She took the time to assess both my hands and found that I had a great vein in my right hand. The rest was a walk in the park. Very thankful for this great experience.

A very small lab but more convenient. It took me 15 min to get everything done. Some times the lab get busy. Generally, Staff are friendly and serve you in a nice way. I would like to thank them for the great job they do during the pandemic time. Keep it up folks!

100 people waiting and only 2 people working and reason is they are booked for coming 4 weeks wow

My partner take her mother in on Thursday afternoon - nice black woman and staff good. It not too busy. Then we must go and bring sample back. We go in Saturday and most packed! New front desk people and mean, doesn't like you and treat like your servant to them. Not nice. Don't go on weekend to this one.

Don't know why they even book you an appointment if they make you wait 1 hour to get your blood test done
