Went there for blood test a couple days ago. I checked in at 9: 44 they told me the waiting time was half an hour. And they will text me when they are ready to see me. So i just sit there and wait for them. They texted me and I told the front staff about the text, the lady asked me to sit there. 10 minutes later they sent me another text and I did the same and being told to sit down and wait. They called everyone in, even the patients who were there after me and some of them even checked in at 10: 30. But I was just sitting there. When I told them they again told me to wait. Finally, i called them on their contact number and asked them what is going on (while sitting inside the lab). Then they called me for my turn and tech said they never got the confirmation from the front desk lady (however I checked in for 3 times). It was really disappointing to hear that. When i asked the front desk lady she said she forgot. Really bad experience. Being pregnant sitting over there for more than hour and half without eating and drinking anything was making it worse. Never going back to this facility again. Not recommended for anyone.

Staff is too rude specifically at front. We already booked spot even though they dont ket us enter even in lab. Their system is so broken and do not have sufficient staff. Attitude is like theybare doing favors on us.

I’ve worked in the healthcare industry so my patience with their process is to a great extent.

This happened TWICE. They asked me to come in for a redo in blood test but when I got there, THERE WAS NOTHING FOR ME. I didn’t get any sorry or explanation as to why they called me but suddenly there’s nothing for me? What a waste of time, money, and energy. Please do your job better.

Went for a walk in, waited the expected 90 mins which was fine. Went home to complete 2 samples. About 10 mins after being home (20 mins since leaving lab) they called me to say I needed to come back because they had lost all the labels to the blood I had just given. I reluctantly went back, did all the tests again and they called at the end of the day to say they cancelled the tests because they put the wrong last name on the labels so now I have to start over with my Doctor and get new requisition forms. Interesting because they never once asked me for ID? Not sure what name they have. Everyone is standing around chatting and not paying attention, don’t trust them with your health, you’ll never get the answers you’re looking for.

This place had a reasonable wait time as it was a busy place but the staff in the front desk were very rude dictating people to go behind the door- I barely heard them say 'please' or 'thank you'.

Despite the walk-in line at 7: 30am, I was waiting, in and out in an hour, which I felt was reasonable. The staff are professional and great! I had a quick pleasant conversation with my lab tech and was out. It would have been even quicker had I been drinking more water the previous day!

The receptionist was so rude, she don’t know about customer service. She told to wait for half an hour, after waiting for an hour I asked her how much more time it will take and she again said half an hour more but there were like 9 people ahead me and that was so disappointing when I asked her to book me an appointment for other day she replied you have to book yourself.

They make you line up outside when there is room inside to line up and have to wait in the cold

We arrived 20 minutes before closing time, we took 15 minutes to get to the laboratory however they refused to take us in because they close at 3. There was no one in there being treated, we were the only ones there. They were just sitting around. So they could have taken us in but they refused to do so, and the receptionist attitude was very bad and not welcoming. I usually go to the Milbourn laboratory but I decided to visit this one, but now I know not to come here again. If I could give a 0 star, I would.

This is not to disparage the employees working here. They are doing the absolute best with very little. This location is too busy for itself, and I say this in comparison to heritage square which is one of the busiest and smallest and they’re better staffed and able to handle. It doesn’t help that dynalife does not have consistent practices across different branches in terms of lineups and what they consider save my place vs walk in vs appt.

Give this location a break and try somewhere else, and if you have to go here, expect a busy wait.

Ramandeep was so nice and friendly throughout my medical test. Usually i get dizzy and unconscious for awhile. But she did it no time while distracting me. And i was absolutely fine.

Today, I was there in the morning to get my blood work done. I had very bad experience just because of the Receptionist I'm giving one star. The lady at front counter was so rude and unprofessional. She don't even know how to communicate with their clients. How someone can be so disrespectful towards patients. I don't know who appoint her there. But, she don't deserve that position. The lady should go out and get some classes of behaviour first.

The screaming and cries I heard from the waiting room should have clued me to what was about to happen, they stuck the needle in way too deep, I will not be using my arm for 24 hours, for fear of bleeding out, ouchie!

This is my favourite location. Not busy and the staffs are always friendly to me compare to other locations.

One of the worst dynalife to go to. Staff is so rude. I had to drop off a sample and the asian lady at the front was so rude about it. I'd rather drive further to a different dynalife then this one at this point.

I called Friday to check the timing for Saturday he said they close at 3. He even double checked before I hanged up. But when I arrived today it was closed. I can only do my blood test on the weekends why would you waste someone time who also had to fast 10 hours prior to the test. Garbage dynalife location

Not that getting blood work done is ever pleasant but this Dynalife location is really well managed. I was a walk-in at 7: 00am (opening) and I left 15 minutes later, very quick turn around time! The staff were great, very friendly and personable and the lady that did my blood test was the best I've experienced in all my years. I didnt feel or notice a thing and she kept chit chatting with me the entire time. I wish I got her name, I imagine she's probably really good with kids too. Regardless, this is a great Dynalife location, (not that I make it a habit) but I would absolutely go here again and highly recommend this location to others. Thanks!

I was came walk-in and someone (maybe she work here) bring her family member and didn’t wait in line, just came no hand sanitizer and using computer and put her name on waiting list and sooner just bring her booth number 2. And we came early and still waiting our turn. Rules for everyone same and but seems likes their family member can come anytime they don’t need to be wait. We are still waiting but she’s done. Very irresponsible.

It's a great place. I had a great experience while getting my tests done. The staff is super friendly. The place is nice and hygienic. My case was taken care of by a very humble lady named Varsha. I found their services quite prompt and efficient. No complaints at all. But it would be great if they could arrange an indoor waiting facility because in winter it's quite hard to wait outside in a queue. All in all, it's a good medical lab.

Very disappointed with one of the employees here. I had already checked in for a booked appointment and I heard them checking in another lady with the same name as me. When they called my name we both got up and I asked for the initial of the last name to see if it was me or her. She screamed at me in front of a full waiting room and said I said Alesha. I said yes I understand but we are both Alesha. She said no in my culture we say Alesha. I sat down confused why she made me feel racist, knowing that I know how to pronounce my own name. On my way out a man with the same ethnicity as her stopped me and said I just want to apologize on her behalf, that was so rude and I'm sorry she treated you like that. I started crying, that was really nice because I am a very nice person and all I was asking was if it was my turn.

Worst experience I've ever had. First receptionists treat people very poorly and send them out to wait in the car because they only got seating space for 6 people due to "Covid". If everyone is done with Covid because I don't see anyone wearing mask or keeping distance at a mall, a restaurant or bus, then how in the world are this people still treating the clinic as if we were in the middle of the pandemia.

Receptionist was extremely rude to patients, especially elderly patients that had a hard time hearing her. She would yell louder and rudely at the poor people just trying to get in for their appointment. Not to mention she was yelling at people for walking in through the doors instead of waiting outside, with no instruction.

Very stupid staff, especially the Indian girl who was standing behind to the receptionist and talking with another lady about her shellac, I was there to drop off my stool sample, she asked me to wait in line to drop off the sample. I always go to the other location and there I never had to wait for drop off, this is the first time I saw that.they should we well trained.

Horrible staff, Asian lady was so rude to me when I came in. She made me feel stupid for asking questions about my blood work. She degraded and made me look like a fool coming in. Please get better staff.

$3 parking. It is very much run like as assembly line, there is very little interaction and no bedside manner whatsoever. I was thankfully in and out pretty quickly with my appointment. The technician I had never changed her gloves while with me, she typed on the computer and got all of the supplies then drew my blood, I felt unsure if this was standard practice, but it definitely isn't sitting well with me. I also had an ecg, which I have had multiple times, never had to be bare chested before, it was super uncomfortable and the tech did not engage with me other than to mumble instructions. Do not recommend.

Honestly while the staff is friendly & all, that doesn’t mean they should be taking long to do they’re job when it’s not busy or unstaffed. The waiting period was decent timing, it’s when drawing blood that seemed to take more then 10 minutes…

Welcoming & professional staff. They are very accommodating especially with children with needs.
I don’t understand why this location doesn’t have 5* reviews! We’ve been going there for years and always had great experience!

My wife was 7 month pregnant with ICP health condition. We had to go for her blood work every week on monday untill due date.
We used to log in and book the walk-in slot that they offer. Every time we book the slot for example lets say our slot was booked for 8: 45 am, we are there at 8: 30 am ahead of time. Guess what every time we had to wait at least 1.5 hours to get it in. Is this ur management? Atleast have a courtesy for pregnant human being. I can understand wait time delays around 5-15 mins give or take.but 1.5 hours of wait time even after booking the appointment?

I had to wait very long even after saved my place online. Terrible management. I wouldn't go here after this experience.

Front desk people need to train.worst service.feels like patient are treated like animals.felt like racism.hope management will train their associate. No wonder why you guys have lowest rating.

Big fat lie that statutory/ holidays open at 7am. Here we're December 25th past 7: 30 am and it's close. The map says you're already open. At least leave a note or something in the door that you're either opening late or will be closed for the day.

Very impressed with this lab. They were amazing with my 2 kids who were very hesitant about getting their blood drawn. They said it didn’t hurt and nobody left in tears.

Long wait and say to book appointment but it doesn't let you online. Didn't even put my 2 year olds time slot in and couldn't even try to accommodate her. Very unprofessional and rude. Long wait times because they are too busy not doing their jobs. It's currently freezing outside and they tried telling me to wait outside. I do not recommend this location. I am only here because it's the closest one to my house and I do not drive. Worst experience I have ever had at any dynalife!

The old grumpy Lady collector from Sherwood park who happened to work at tawa Dynalife today is soO rude. She should know how to be polite & if she doesn’t want to work to other locations go home & don’t throw her frustrations to the people around her. Banging washroom doors is not nice!

I have an appointment coming up and reading the horrible reviews I'm nervous to go to this location, I do not want to be treated like garbage. I am human and it is not my fault I have to go for blood work like this is my health.thank goodness I will not be driving because I am aware of paying for parking!

Worst place to go for lab test. Parking isn’t free it is hard to find a spot and on top of that you have to pay for it. Wait time is really bad. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone at all.
