Very quick and friendly staff.
Went to the synergy centre one first, huge line outside and they hadn't even opened at 610. So I tried out this one and got in immediately.

Save my place is nothing here. We got save my place for 8: 52 am and it's 10 am but no luck.very bad service very bad experience

The entrance is positioned away from the main road (behind the building). I appreciated how there were arrows that pointed in the direction of the main entrance. This made it easy to find. The staff were accommodating. The appointment and walk in system seems to work great. My blood work was done by an elderly staff member who was very pleasant. Great experience

It takes only 2 minutes to give blood sample, I don't understand why people spend 10 to 15 minutes inside samle collection booth. Staff is good.

Had an appointment. Was fairly quick. If you don't have an appointment you will be waiting close to an hour.

Unfortunately my experience was not great. My lab tech was quite unpleasant and spoke down to me. I can appreciate having a bad day but patients deserve better.

Awesome Staff and you move through the queue very quickly. The Staff do not deserve to be berated by ignorant clientele that don't know how to operate a computer. Adults need to take responsibility for their own inadequacies. Spoiled and Entitled Elderly need to be put in their place and are treated TOO NICELY by the incredibly patient Staff.

When I first got there, I followed what the sign said to stop and wait and I did. Two female techs seen me, looked me up and down and didn't come to help me. I waited there while they sat around at the desk and chatted until a nice little Philippino lady came to greet me. Shortly after I sat waiting, and watched every person that came to entrance get help from the "friendly" female techs I mentioned before. Im used to it I get treated differently because of my ethnicity. But, it has bothered me every since.

The whole staff at this DynaLIFE location was excellent! Not only were they really sweet and caring, but very helpful as well!

I had two requisitions, one that has been faxed to other locations and keeps getting lost and the second one that I had on me. They couldn’t find the first one but nothing new there, I don’t blame them for that. They talked to me to see if they could possibly find my requisition, and gave me a sticky with their fax for my doctor to send to (unfortunately they are closed so I will have to wait till Monday and go another day).

My second one was needed at a specific time, and they got me in within a reasonable amount of time. Then when taking my blood (I apologize as I did not ask her name, I really should have though) was super friendly and professional! I have hard to find veins that tend to hide, which has resulted in having multiple people dig and badly bruise my arms my whole life (with the exception of a few). I told her I don’t faint but not a big fan of needles for the reason I have stated. She empathized with me as she talked in a calm voice, told me she will be quick and it will be over quite soon. Then made small talk throughout the procedure. She only had to take it once and there was only a small light bruise half the size of a pencil eraser that showed up 2 hours later (which is pretty normal.actually even with good people, it has always ended up the size of a toonie for me). I am highly impressed with the professionalism and how much they care for the people who come in.

With finding the place, I read reviews on where to find it beforehand. So it took me 1 minute to find the entrance and room. I get if one didn’t know going to the place, but I just made sure I did my research and got to the facility early to find it. I would understand for any mature clients, maybe having difficulty finding it the first time. For those who don’t know, though the sign is on the side of the building, the entrance is at the front. Once you get into the small lobby, just follow the signs that say DynaLIFE. Like I said, it was pretty easy to find.

So I would highly recommend this place, I think most people who go here and have a great experience don’t write about it. As they probably don’t go as often as I have to. But let me tell you, I know good and bad service when it comes to bloodwork, and they hit it out of the park.

TLDR: Staff was professional and very caring. They take blood like graceful fairies, not savage orcs. And if you do your research beforehand, finding the place is fairly simple. 12/10!

Absolutely horribly run staff is rude and the management st dynalife have no clue how to properly staff their location. Expect more than an hour wait over all this location is unprofessional and horribly run. Avoid it! This location is inside the Athabasca professional building on the 1st floor it is hard to find the sign for this business is very poor. The best way to find this place is to look for the Rexall drugstore sign which is visible on the outside of the building. Dynalife is in room 132. Dynalife needs to put their own sign on the exterior of this building and make sure it is big enough for people to see from the road.

Always happy staff at this location and kind and do not make people feel like a number. Always cheerful and treat each client like a guest and that their health matters most. Thank you. Athabasca location is a lot better than Synergy location.

Time to improve. Long wait times. Staff visiting and not in a hurry. I work for a living and I am always in a hurry. In short you suck and can improve by a few changes. More staff, the right staff that care.

Very difficult to find this place, no outside signs.
Once you get inside the building the staffs are kind, helpfull and professional.

What an awful place. Third time here and it’s still awful. No privacy whatsoever, smallest bathrooms ever I don’t know how I managed to pee in the cup with no space to even take my purse off, then when she was taking my blood it was like I was a big inconvenience to her. Not an experience I want to remember, I’d definitely book into another location next time. This place is like a factory the way the out people through.

Probably the best place I’ve ever been to give blood. I have had bad experiences in the past and I actually hate needles 100% but the workers made me feel at ease. I’ve had a few different ones take blood and all did an excellent job. Depending on the time you go in, it can be a bit of a wait but that’s just how it goes for walk ins anywhere. I would definitely recommend this place!

Not enough staff at the early opening hours. Staff casually visiting in no rush to do anything. It is always the same and has been for a long time. Needs new management at the top and supervision all down the line. I think the Government should be seriously looking for an alternative to this company. It should never take 1 1/2 hrs for a simple blood test.

Waiting time too long more than 1.5 hours compare with other dynalife.feel bad! Not recommend to anyone.if there is rate negative i would do so.

Wow the absolute rudeness of the majority of the staff is amazing. The blonde woman must be the worst snooty look on her face and completely ignored us. The ONLY nice person was the younger girl with the long dark hair. She is the only reason to give this place even one star. Doesnt surprise me that everyone hates going here. Hearing others horror stories like one of the staff spitting in someone's face makes me wonder how it even stays open. Was probably the old blonde woman

I have been going to this location for a few years now.sure it gets busy at times, but if you patiently wait your turn, the staff processes you quickly and efficiently. One of the key things is to follow the directions on the requisition.if you don't, it makes it difficult for the staff to help you.if you are not sure, ASK YOUR DOCTOR when he gives you the req.

By far the worst Dynalife I have been too. The staff are extremely rude to everybody, they are all miserable. Especially to the elderly, have some respect or find a new job! I have been here many times and it’s always the same. They also move at a turtle pace so wether you have an apt or not, clear your day. I refuse to come to this location anymore unless I have to. Like today, when the other Sh Pk location is closed. If your thinking of coming to this location, DON’T! Go to the one at the Synergy center. They are super friendly and respectful, love their jobs, and you won’t be camping out in their waiting room all day.

Extremely understaffed. This location is poorly managed, clients wait time was well over an hour.
