Made an appointment and have been waiting over 30 minutes and have watched people who showed up after me getting called. They don't honour appointments. A few of the others do. It's been awhile since I got blood work done and I forgot this place did this. This review is honestly to help me remember. Book elsewhere.

Best nurses by far! Very gentle and precise, and the wait was less than 5 mins with an appointment.

I have no complaints about this place, always fast and efficient. I mostly walk in here for my tests and my wife's and it usually takes half an hour or less. It's much better than the Callingwood branch.

I get very nervous when going for medical tests and usually start crying. The nurse was so kind and understanding and took time out of her busy day to talk to me. She really calmed me down and helped assuage my worries.

Mixed experiences; oftentimes the staff at the front desk are just as polite and cordial as the staff in the back drawing blood. Other times, there's a short-tempered man speaking in broken English at the front desk.

The appointment system didn't work at all. I make the reservation two hours before and it's still take one hour to wait when I arrived on time (I arrived even 15 minutes early than the appointment time )

I did a "save my place" on the Dynalife website at 12: 00 and arrived at 12: 15. The estimated wait time when I got there was 2 minutes. At 12: 25, two other patients walked in without making an appointment or a "save my place". I could see on the digital screen that they had both been listed under "walk-in" at 12: 25. I waited 40 minutes and during that time, the two patients who arrived after me both went in before me. I understand that this location can be busy since I actually worked here once upon a time, but I have no idea what the employees are doing since the waiting list should be pretty self explanatory.

Dynalife meadowlark is excellent. The service is fast and professional. I highly recommend here because the staff are friendly and organized. This morning, I was happily greeted in the midst of a rush. It made my morning. 5 stars!

I had a mixed experience. I found the check in was frustrating as no one took the time to explain the tests I would be having (there were 3). I had to ask a lot of clarifying questions during my wait.
Then during the test, the person taking my blood was quite abrupt but did an ok job taking the blood. My ECG was the worst part. I was asked why I was even having this test as if I didn’t have a heart attack etc. I responded that I had heart surgery and the technician ripped off the paper to examine my chest area closely and frowned. They said they don’t see any scars. It made me feel like I must be lying. I explained that some heart surgery is through the groin or the side. I felt uncomfortable- not sure if this is common practice.
I wish someone would have told me that the glucose test would make me dizzy and nauseous. I did wait the two hours and then the nurse who took my blood the second time was SO kind. Definitely helped the appointment end on a positive note.

Very busy location with pretty backed-up appointment bookings, but the staff are efficient and friendly. I showed up as a walk-in to a completely full waiting room and a long line out the door, but I was done in less than an hour. People with appointments got in at their scheduled times.

Very rude old white lab assistant with black hair and glasses that did my blood and electrocardiogram, been here two times for the same thing and got treated the same each time, solely cause she needed my physical healthcare card although I had asked the receptionist the first time if it was okay and she had told me it would be fine with a photo and ID, and after asking around in other clinics I see that the only person that has an issue with it is this insufferable lady. Instead of asking to move my arm she yanked it forward without saying anything the whole
Time, and proceeded to get mad at me for not locking at her in the eyes as I turned my phone off as she had ordered me to do so for the electrocardiogram and proceeded to insinuate that I had lied to her about turning my phone off.
A 7 year old has better manners than her, either retire and enjoy your old age or treat people nicely.
