Why let people make appointments if you're going to be late anyway? I had an appointment for 12: 30 and the gentleman before me was at 12: 20. He wasn't seen until; 12: 55 and I wasn't seen until 1pm. During this 30 minutes there were not any other patients being seen. If this is lunch time for your team don't accept appointments during this time. The only upside was the lady who took my blood was very nice and quick. However, 30 minutes late for an appointment when there was only 2 of us there is ridiculous.

I waited almost an hour. I was there at 12: 50. My appointment was for 1: 20. Didn't get in til 1: 43. Then I was told that they got me in 12 an hour after my appointment. What's the sense of making an appointment. She said they were running late. That's not my fault. Fix your scheduling. PLEASE.

Discussed with the service you get there. I needed blood work and they say 3 to 4 weeks for an appointment. Walk-in hrs for sure

Utterly terrible service. Completely unhelpful, and unwilling to help. The modern world and can not be asked to look up on the system for correct details.

The current receptionist as of this date posted, has selective hearing and only hears what she wants to hear not with the client is stating please be advised that this is a issue!

Not very efficient even with an appointment my last visit I had to wait 30 minutes.
I do not know why in this day and age of computers that I have to carry a piece of paper to an appointment. I did not have to for many years before.

The staff are wonderful. They are friendly and helpful. Facility is very cramped, but they keep things moving efficiently.

The three times I have been to this location in Strathmore and the woman at the front has to be one of the rudest people I have ever encountered. Do better DynaLife. People aren’t coming in for cookies and tea, we are coming there for ongoing possibly Life impairing issues and we are met but this miserable clearly unhappy in her job woman.

Crazy how small the waiting room is and ten people are crammed in. Had an appointment and still waited 25 minutes passed the time of actual scheduled appointment. I sure hope there are options other than this. Staff are friendly and overworked.
This lab is not setup for the staff to choose which arm the bloodwork will be drawn from, no tables or supports available to them.
