Hard to find place no sign board outside of mall. No direct calling number. Took me 10 minutes to find place. Place add some sign boards at outside

Waited in line to walk in, waited 5 minutes for someone to appear. It was 4: 31 by the time the girl came to the counter to inform me, no walk ins after 4: 30. Gotta be better.

The Filipino lady that wears a blue head cap needs to get her attitude checked at the door when she comes in to do her shift. She was at the front desk checking me in. I handed her my health card which is faded, grant you can still see my full name just the first two digits are faded. She gave it back to me and rudely said "how am I supposed to read this? " Not one person has ever complained before or they simply and kindly ask what the first digits are.
I had to repeat myself over and over I was a walk-in and my requisition was faxed over to them yesterday and she continued having attitude because she had to take the time to look for my requisition. I have never experienced such inexplicable behavior at Dynalife until today.
The lady that took my blood quickly ripped the needle out of my arm (which I ended up getting a bruise) when she was done.

They have a sign that says they will not accept any bullying or harassment, but why does this facility not treat the people that come through the door with respect and courtesy? You cannot ask for that if respect is not going to be given in the first place.
Do not give this location your buisness. There are other places that offer exceptional service and are personable.

I’m really impressed with this Dynalife! My sons first blood test and they were so kind and gentle! And for me I’m used to getting jabbed a few time before they get anything. But this lady only jabbed me once! And I can tell this clinic listens to the criticism and complaints and addresses them immediately! And they are very diligent with their take ins. I was concerned a little when reading their reviews but once getting there I noticed right away that they took care of the complaints. Highly recommend this place for little ones and yourself! Thank you

The front lady exhibits micro-aggressive behaviour especially towards people of colour, I was mortified by the way she treated a patient who wanted to submit a sample and happened to forget his label. Her services are extremely slow, and the office doesn’t look sanitary or safe enough for patients getting their blood work done. Patients are also given super tiny spaces to get their blood work done, and don’t have access to privacy.

You make an appointment show up 10 minutes early and are told to stand in line for 50 min with all the people who just walk-in without an appointment. When you make it to the desk you are told that you are late but they will try and fit you in, then you wait an hour and forty min to get seen.

Was good when I went in called to ask a question they answered their own question and hung up before I could ask mine.

This is a small and very busy lab. Walk in yesterday at 7: 15am, waited for almost an hour. The front desk lady was very professional and the lady who did my blood work also did a great job.
